Plenty of seating and has a drive- thru option. Friendly staff. The coffee tasted better than the bagel. I was expecting more. I got a small vanilla coffee and Canadian bacon, egg, cheese bagel. Maybe I should have gotten the classic cream cheese bagel instead of what I ordered. The coffee was good and I can actually taste the vanilla flavor and did not taste bitter, but the bagel was lacking flavor. I don't think I've ever had a fluffier bagel. It was quiet on a Sunday afternoon 30 min before close, and while they were out of berry type bagels, they still had a decent selection available. I got the jalapeño toasted with veggie cream cheese, but the bagel seemed more like just Asiago. I love both so I won't complain. The bagel was warm and toasty, so soft on the inside was a crunchy exterior. The cream cheese was well salted. The sandwiches looked tempting but this was a nice lil snack for my day. Such a disappointing experience. We drove 30 minutes and placed an order online. The staff was incredibly rude and not helpful after telling us that their online ordering system is down and that we would have to contact their online provider for a refund because there was nothing they could do. The person who appeared to be in charge said "well, it's not my fault" when I asked about the process. Don't waste your money or your time at this establishment. These people have never left New England. Never tasted the treasure of a Brooklyn bagel. This is as basic as it gets. No frills inside. sandwiches are really good. the coffee however i don't know if it's just the mochas but they have a super chemically after taste to them the last couple months. which is a bummer because it used to be so good. The bagel place I wanted to go to was closed so opted for this one which was right across the street from the hotel. They were sufficient, I wouldn't say the best. However, I like my everything bagels so full of seeds that it's crunchy not merely a suggestion of flavor. The strawberry cream cheese was exactly what the oldest child wanted. Didn't get a smoothie but those seemed to be the main attraction. There was a lot of fighting on Yelp reviews for other bagel places (not this one) so it was hard to know who to trust. read more

This location was amazing the first time I tried it but each visit is consistently worse and worse. They are constantly running out of certain flavors of bagels by 10/11am but they're open until 3pm so that's a bit frustrating. Last week there was a girl behind the counter who was extremely rude because I didn't hear her call my name when the order was ready. When I got home with the order, it was wrong. Not a huge deal since I liked what they gave me anyway but still, that's not the point. Today, they ran out of the types of bagels I ordered yet again and then they made the order wrong. They forgot to add sausage to my sandwich and when I drove back and let them know, rather than remaking my sandwich I was given a piece of extremely greasy sausage on a plate. There was no yelp for Middleton best bagel but here it comes. First off i hate giving bad reviews. Im all for supporting local especially when the food is fresh and good. However, what soured my experience was the staff extremely rude and need have a different attitude when dealing with the public especially in the food industry. I was hankering an egg bagel and decided to get my friend and myself Breakfast sandwiches on the way to the airport. I walked in and stood in front of the sign where it said to order. The girl behind the counter didn't acknowledge or greet me at all. Kept her eyes down and the girl working next to her dod about the same. I stood there a good three minutes before the cashier made eye contact and said good morning. I started to tell her my order because i thought thats why she greeted me. Wrong! The first girl that completely ignored me now chastised me for giving the cashier my order she'd take it in a minute. I was taken aback because maybe id she could have at least told me she'd be with me in a minute. I was in no hurry and i wasn't showing impatience in any way.
