4.5 stars! We LOVED Ani's Bagel Cafe! The outside of the restaurant is right before a beautiful garden center/greenhouse! We came and were blown away by our breakfast sandwiches! They were so fresh and a great size. They were kind of pricey but definitely worth it! Our service was very quick and employees very helpful and friendly. It also was pretty busy, but they made sure to get our food out to us quickly! There wasn't much inside seating available, but they had an outdoor covered patio seating which was nice! It was raining when we came, but we still enjoyed getting to be outside! They also have a restroom that was clean. I would come back! read more

I just waited an hour for one singular bagel, just a bagel, and yes I went on a weekend when they are busier but I saw maybe 5-7 sandwiches come out before mine the entire time I was there. Ani's has a lovely outdoor seating area with a view of Churchill's Nursery. It's tiny inside and, when busy, can get a bit confusing as to who is ordering and who is waiting. I would describe this place as the anti-New York bagel shop. I asked if they served whitefish salad and all 5 of the women behind the counter, including Ani, looked at me like I was nuts. They never heard of whitefish, hmm? So I tried their overpriced Lox on a bagel. For $13.99 + tax + $3.00 suggested tip. Nope! The bagel is tasteless, the lox was a bit fishy, I couldn't taste the minuscule amount of onion or capers, and it was soaked in cucumber juice. If you want a legitimate New York bagel, go to Brooklyn bagel in Newington. They have whitefish and herring too. read more

Incredibly soft and delicious bagel! This is everything a bagel should be - soft on the inside with a crunch on the outside, warm and flavorful! I got a breakfast sandwich that was generously filled with bacon, egg and cheese. Their coffee is also delicious! Tons of flavors for bagels, coffee and pastries. Will definitely be a morning staple! Bagels are great. Service absolutely sucks, I waited for almost an hour for one bagel after being told it'd be 5 mins. Ordered online at 9:45 and didn't receive my bagels until after 10:40. Everyone who works there is not nice and does not care about the customers. I'm very disappointed in this place. Not our first rodeo either. Staff never apologized or anything for the wait. Delicious bagels at a great price! I absolutely loved my lox bagel sandwich, which had the perfect amount of bread to salmon, not like those bagels that are 90% bread with a sliver of salmon. My husband really enjoyed his bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and wow were they generous with the cream cheese! Decently filling for lunch or breakfast. We love fresh local bagel places and happen to come across Ani's Bagel. This is a small place located next to a greenhouse. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich, my daughter got a French toast bagel and I got a jalapeño and cheddar bagel along with a spinach and avocado smoothie. These were the best bagels we have ever had. They were fresh and flavorful. The smoothie was good, but a little thick. Once you order you do have to wait outside at the takeout window for your order. This will be our go to bagel place when we are in the area. read more

Sorry this place just became annoying to me. Went in today and ordered bagel and açaí berry smoothie. Well girl in counter making the stuff was monopolizing the conversation in the shed cafe by hitting in the ups guy. She didn't even care to say the smoothie was for me because she kept looking at the guy. First off he said he was getting married so that should end there. I even said thank you and tipped. No response. I will never again go here for crappy service. 2 the smoothie taste so damn bad. Great bagels but the coffee is frequently served burned and coffee drinks with non-dairy milks often taste terrible like the milk is starting to turn. When you spend $7 on an oat milk mocha, and it tastes totally off, it's a potent reminder to never get coffee with your bagel. read more

Just OK. Pretty pricey for what it is. "Medium" iced coffee is literally a small anywhere else. Which is saying a lot as it was around $3.50. We make a point to get bagels from Ani's any time we are in the area. Their bagels are so good and the cream cheese is fresh and tasty. Some of our favorites are the jalapeño cheddar, focaccia, French toast and sesame bagels as well as the jalapeño and bacon and chives cream cheese. The employees are very friendly and happy to place orders to correspond with our arrival time. It is a cozy place with limited inside seating next to Churchill's garden center. While the staff members were very pleasant and the service quick, I have to say I was quite shocked by the price my husband paid for two bagels with regular cream cheese. He got an Everything bagel and a Plain bagel. What was shocking was what they charged for the plain cream cheese. They charge $1.60 each just for the cream cheese. I just think $2.97 plus tax is rather high for a bagel with plain cream cheese. read more

Ani's breakfast sandwiches, on a bagel or freshly baked bread, are twice the size of those you get at national chains, tastier, and more than enough for a hungry man. The coffee is excellent and the service friendly and efficient. Most customers are there for takeout. These are not New York bagels, however for NH they are the best! They are always fresh, sometimes coming out of the oven as you order. There are salads, sandwiches, and drinks available in addition to the bagels and spreads! They have adjusted to COVID well, blocking off their doorway with a plexiglass wall and an ordering table, so customers do not enter the space! You pick up your order at another window! Best bagels in the area! I particularly like the NY Lox Bagel Sandwich. Good helping of lox, crisp cucumber, fresh tomato, cream cheese and lots of capers! My wife enjoys a toasted French toast bagel with cream cheese. Lunch salads are also great. Grab a bagel, then head to Hampton Beach and eat it while watching the waves. Fun and romantic. read more
