    Latte with sugar-free pumpkin! PERFECT!!!

The coffee here is the BEST! Very talented baristas. The ambiance of the entire building is just fantastic. Lovely shopping for unique items. I usually don't give 5 stars just based on a cup of coffee, but theirs is SO good, I just had to.

Stopped in because it's Salem. The giant witch in the store is eye catching and cool to see. We lucked out and the line wasn't awful. The coffee shop portion is well decorated and small so be patient if you see a line. Staff were friendly and recommended something off the spring menu. The strawberry matcha and it was very good.

*In October you must have a reservation* What an unfortunate time to visit, haha! I came in October and found out (via a sign to the side of a very long line I had already waited in for 20 minutes) that you must have a reservation to even wait in the line and order. I was able to secure a reservation because a woman walked up to cancel her appointment which was an hour out and she gave us the reservation. Had that fortuitous incident not occurred, then I would not have been able to try them out. First, this place is located inside the Blackcraft store. It's such an amazing store, it's my whole vibe! It's a small opening on the far right corner of the store. The line, even with a reservation is still quite a wait. When I came back an hour later, I waited once again. :( The menu is awesome and everything seemed really good and since this was my first visit I snagged two different drinks and both were delicious! Man, I wish I lived here! This would definitely be my morning stop.

I had been waiting 6 months since I booked my trip to Salem to check out Blackcraft Coffee. I stumbled upon it while doing research on what was a must to visit while in the city. Reservations are needed for the month of October because they get insanely busy during the Halloween season and I was so happy when I was able to snag one for the first day we would be there. The coffee shop is attached to a huge gift shop of the same name - it is located in the back and is very small. There are no seats inside - it's mostly a counter and some small items to look at and shop for. The inside is decorated so on brand and spooky - from an all black fireplace, to the pentagram with dried flowers on the ceiling to even their espresso machine that is shaped like a cauldron! We ordered the Borah's Caramel Apple Brew and a Haunted Hot Chocolate. I was obsessed with their cups and the branding on both the hot and iced drinks - they also tasted really good too. Staff were friendly and quick - we didn't wait too long for our orders to be ready either. I personally think checking out Blackcraft Coffee is a must when visiting or at least the gift shop! I hope to come back and visit again some day!

Some friends and I traveled to Salem in October and I snagged a reservation for this coffee shop. As you can imagine the vibes are perfection. The drink names were creative. The employees were so kind and very helpful. I also appreciate they let me change a coffee base out for a chai tea base, I love a fun drink but I'm the only non-coffee drinker of the group. All the drinks were beautiful and tasted even better, the gift shop out front was so much fun to look through and had some great photo opts, but what was impressive is how well organized it was with a reservation. In October things can get a little hectic, and the coffee shop itself is small. You check in with a host, they allow a number of people in that won't make the space feel too small, and they quickly make the drinks. It's a fantastic system!

This place is awesome! There was a line to enter, but we had reservations and went right in. As soon as you enter you notice the beautiful witch statue hanging from the ceiling and the Edgar Allen Poe decorations. Towards the back of the store is the coffee shop, which is nicely decorated with a fireplace and all things Halloween. We were greeted before we entered the coffee shop and also while our order was taken. We discovered this location on TikTok and for once TikTok did not lie! It was worth all the hype. We ordered two coffees. Mine was from the seasonal menu and it was the blood drip lotus. I'm not a fan of green tea but this was really good! This is a staple in Salem everyone must try!

First, there are two listings on Yelp that are related and have nearly identical names and the identical address. This review is for the coffee shop in the far right corner of the goth Blackcraft retail place. During spooky holiday season a reservation is required for the coffee area. Before I attended, I had the misunderstanding that a reservation was required due to seating. I viewed posted photos that led me to believe that I would be entertaining a spooky coffee cafe adventure hidden from view due to its amazingness and exclusivity. BUT NO. Let's dispell some myths. After checking in at the kiosk and verifying our reservation, we crossed through the big black double doors. We entered a space the size of a small bedroom. A window is roughly six paces ahead with a small set of shelves to its left. Almost every surface is black. The ceiling is black and dried flowers and twine are suspended from it (see photo). The right wall has a fireplace adorned with candles, cauldrons, dried flowers (see photo) and flanked by two locked doors. Above it, three skulls bite down on a dried flower swag. There is a seasonal painting centered above the fireplace (see photo). On the left is a compact coffee counter featuring a large cauldron in front of the coffee machine (see photo). Behind the counter and above the teenage baristas is a list of available beverages on a chalkboard. There are some artfully arranged vines too. That's everything. The beverages were tasty. We got two hot Borah Brew coffee's, a Sea Witch, and a Good Witch (see photo). Reality: It is not a cafe and there was no food. There is no table service or tables. 3 steps in and we saw all there was to see. Yes, it's festive. Yes, it's a fun photo opportunity. Mostly, it's well marketed and hyped by perceived scarcity. Yes, I would visit again and seek beverages IF CONVENIENT. However, I would not put much emphasis on this as a necessity to the experience. It's nice if it works out. Beware that the reservations are booked weeks or more in advance. Although we were told that no reservations were needed as of Nov 1 - that was not the case, and we did need to have a reservation several days later. The three stars are because there's not much to the coffee area, and frankly I found the hype misleading. However, the marketing deserves industry awards!

The barista that took our order was polite. We got our drink very quickly. Really didn't cost much more than a Starbucks drink for a super cool experience. My drink was actually 10 times better than anything I've ever got at a Starbucks or one of my local coffee shops. I was very happy with it. Definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing a drink here. The place was so spooky and cool.

What a fun place! The experience was amazing. However, I would classify the place as a retail store with coffee verses a coffee shop with items to buy. We found this place while searching things to do in Salem and being a craft coffee lover, I needed to try this place. The place is huge and witch themed in a vintage bank right in the heart of Salem. We needed a reservation to get coffee which was odd because they only have coffee. My friend and I thought it was a full coffee shop that possibly had coffee house/cafe options but we were very wrong. The coffee area is in the back of the store and only serves coffee. The line was not very long which made us scratch our heads to the need of a reservation. Only 2 people allowed in the coffee area at a time. Anyway, we placed our order and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Good Witch which was very tasty and fun. I mean how to you go wrong with a pink coffee. I also purchased a pound of blueberry vanilla to brew at home and I highly recommended that as well. Buy it! It's good coffee. It is a tad on the expensive side but I think worth it as a special treat while visiting Salem. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and the telling of the history associated with the building. I would love for them to consider decreasing the size of the retail area a little bit, extend the coffee shop to be able to accommodate more customers, add a few tables and some witch treats like muffins, baked goods, etc. to make this experience even better. I will be heading here again in the off season.

I discovered this coffee shop when scrolling through Instagram for Salem-inspired activities. The coffee shop itself has a long line, so be prepared to wait a good chunk of time. I went in September and their busy time really kicks off to toward the end of the month. I waited about 20 minutes in line. I decided to order their caramel apple iced latte and it was honestly the best latte I have ever had. I wish I had something like that back home because the flavor was perfectly balanced from the fresh nutmeg on top all the way down to the caramel apple flavor in the latte. Staff were very friendly and also helped me and other customers with finding out how much it would cost to purchase their whole bean coffee. If I had more time in my day, I would have spent it wandering through the store inside and possibly booking one of their horror shows.

Such a cool place. An old bank, complete with a vault. Beautiful gothic decor. Lots of shirts & coffee beans for sale. The line for coffee looked long, but it moved quickly & was organized. Delish iced red velvet latte & pumpkin latte.

I loved this coffee shop! Their matcha is so good! Everything we tried was really good, especially the hot chocolate. During October, you need reservations to enter the cafe. We were able to get reservations for each day we were in Salem. It's such a cute cafe, and a plus is being able to shop after getting your coffee/matcha. I can't wait to visit again!

I can't even describe how amazing this coffee shop was. The matcha was the best I've ever had, the staff were so friendly, and the interior design was absolutely perfect for a witch town!
