Yesterday we picked up some things and did not have the experience we usually do. Rather than outline it on yelp, I chose to send an email to the restaurant. They responded within hours, apologized, explained, offered some upgrades and solutions. They heard what I said, and are actually replying again with more info., An off day happens anywhere.
