The steak & egg bánh mì was the star--perfectly crusty bread with a soft interior, packed with crunchy pickled carrots and daikon, fresh cilantro, and sliced jalapeños for just the right amount of heat. The fillings were well-balanced and didn't skimp, making every bite satisfying. We also tried the breakfast bánh mì, which was buttery and flaky, layered with fresh veggies and savory protein--simple but done really well. The little touches, like the pickled veggies on the side, made it feel thoughtful and authentic. To top it off, the Vietnamese iced coffee was strong, smooth, and not overly sweet--exactly how it should be. Perfect pairing with the sandwiches. Great food, solid portions, and consistently good quality. Lu's is an easy go-to for bánh mì and coffee, whether you're dining in or grabbing something to go. Highly recommend.

I came with my family so we each were able to try what we wanted. My kids loved the tater tots and orange juice. They gave us each a free cookie! The inside seating is amazing. The staff were all so friendly. They even have a cozy kids corner with games and toys. My kids loved this! Highly recommend trying them out. The new location is beautiful, spacious, and worth it!

When we were in the process of losing our soul mate of a dog to lung cancer they would go above and beyond for our random orders and would always try to bring a smile to our face when we would pick it up. She wouldn't eat so we would call & ask for plain unseasoned grilled chicken or just bacon or whatever it was they always helped us out. Her last meal was bacon on the beach (her favorite place). Thank you for the amazing service.

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

There are many places in the area that have a better bagel and that is the base of anything that I would order from here. Whether it was a chicken salad sandwich (All white meat, celery, carrots, sesame seeds, mayo with and sweet onion dressing) which I find to be "watery" or the Tuna Salad (All white tuna with celery, sweet relish, mayo and a touch of dill) which I don't like because I don't like dill. That is not their fault. But the tuna is very strong to my taste buds. The Freezato which is their version of a Frappachino is decent although you don't have a ton of swirl flavors to choose from. I wish they had more.

Both were perfect for a hot day. We also had the farmer's special which is egg, bacon, sausage and cheese on a french toast bagel with a side of syrup. Brilliant idea and perfect execution. The chicken pesto sandwich was every bit as good. We added bacon and tomato. On out second trip we repeated the chicken pesto sandwich, because it was that good. This time we also tried the blueberry cheesecake muffin. Oh. My. God. Best muffin ever. Also new for us here was the Cubano - another excellent sandwich. Service was friendly and helpful, if a tad confusing when ordering in person. You order the food first at the far end of the counter then order your coffee at the cash register and tell them what food you ordered. Ordering only was very straight forward. Inside was nicely air conditioned and provided a great spot to view all the tummy looking pastries. I very nearly went for the blueberry cheesecake muffin. There are also a good number of popular outdoor tables.
