A partially eaten bagel with cream cheese is wrapped in white paper on a black bench, accompanied by a disposable coffee cup with a lid.

This is a cute cafe near the Andover commuter rail station. I stopped here before work to grab a coffee and bagel. To my surprise, it is takeout only, despite the very large interior space. They have a variety of drinks, bagels, cream cheeses and desserts. The line moves fast and there was definitely a morning rush hour. They accept card or cash.

Super yummy menu and the ladies get your order out super quick. Enough variety on the menu to make stopping in worthwhile at any time

OMG - great little bagel place in North Andover! Everyone seems to come here for their bagel and cream cheese fix! We had ordered a farmers special - which was a french toast bagel with eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese and a side of maple syrup. We also ordered an everything bagel with the scallion and bacon cream cheese - amazing! Definitely will be back for more bagels and cream cheese!

The paper towel from the sandwich. - A wrinkled, torn piece of paper lies on a wooden table, with uneven edges and a slightly translucent appearance.

First experience: Nice employees, clean building, beautiful pastries. Second experience: Takeout: good sandwich, good flavors Third experience: Takeout: online order; grilled chicken focaccia on a wheat wrap. Add bacon. Giant wrap. Partially through eating, notice a chewy piece (thinking it is just chicken) then looking into the wrap realize it is grey in color. Pulled it out, open wrap, it is a FULL LENGTH PAPER TOWEL. Side note: obviously they use it to clean the lettuce but it was a full size piece. I throw out the sandwich and call, ask for the manager. Explain the situation. Her initial response was, "it's not trash... we use it to clean." My response, "paper towel is not meant to be eaten and there was no added bacon." I asked for a refund and hopefully will be getting it. But, she did not apologize for the inconvenience and only asked if I wanted a new sandwich. 10/10 could have been handled better by the restaurant.

11 total bagels - A collection of ten bagels with different toppings and flavors is displayed on a table, including some with chocolate chips and cheese.

The food was pretty cheap but the Wrap was 80% lettuce and chicken was dry. The pastry was fine.

When we were in the process of losing our soul mate of a dog to lung cancer they would go above and beyond for our random orders and would always try to bring a smile to our face when we would pick it up. She wouldn't eat so we would call & ask for plain unseasoned grilled chicken or just bacon or whatever it was they always helped us out. Her last meal was bacon on the beach (her favorite place). Thank you for the amazing service.

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise... we enjoyed them so much we now get a half dozen variety to take home almost every week because we got hooked on them and like to rotate through the large variety of flavors they have from savory to sweet. Warm bagels fresh from the oven with a thin, shiny, and crisp crust that you only get from proper boiling followed by a high temperature bake that gives way to a dense, chewy and tender interior. You can taste the authentic, high quality ingredients. They also have a variety of handmade whipped cream cheese spreads that push them over the top and a menu full of all types of bagel toppings, breakfast and lunch sandwiches along with very good iced coffee drinks and smoothies. I travel often to NYC with work where the bagel is king. I can easily say we have a match right here in North Andover. Stop by you will not be disappointed but get there early, they run out fast but they're always putting in another batch. Plenty of sweet and savory options for bagels and spreads. The prices are very reasonable. You can actually get a good sandwich for under $10 here which seems to be a rarity these days. Two things make me give this place four stars instead of five: 1. The parking lot is very small and hard to navigate, especially if it's busy. 2. They have an app for online ordering which I have used a few times, but it's actually less convenient than just ordering in store. Last time I placed an online order I ended up waiting longer than people who ordered at the counter. Also sometimes if you order something online they may be out of stock in store.

There are many places in the area that have a better bagel and that is the base of anything that I would order from here. Whether it was a chicken salad sandwich (All white meat, celery, carrots, sesame seeds, mayo with and sweet onion dressing) which I find to be "watery" or the Tuna Salad (All white tuna with celery, sweet relish, mayo and a touch of dill) which I don't like because I don't like dill. That is not their fault. But the tuna is very strong to my taste buds. The Freezato which is their version of a Frappachino is decent although you don't have a ton of swirl flavors to choose from. I wish they had more.

This time we also tried the blueberry cheesecake muffin. Oh. My. God. Best muffin ever. Also new for us here was the Cubano - another excellent sandwich. Service was friendly and helpful, if a tad confusing when ordering in person. You order the food first at the far end of the counter then order your coffee at the cash register and tell them what food you ordered. Ordering only was very straight forward. Inside was nicely air conditioned and provided a great spot to view all the tummy looking pastries. I very nearly went for the blueberry cheesecake muffin. There are also a good number of popular outdoor tables.
