When I called her out on the way she had just treated me, she suddenly acted as though she didn't understand what I was saying, despite having just been carrying on a conversation with another customer minutes earlier. Good customer service matters. It doesn't matter how good the food or drinks are or how clean an establishment is if customers are made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected by an employee. I rarely feel strongly enough about an interaction to write something like this, but her behavior was completely inappropriate. Based on my experience today, this particular employee should not be working directly with the public unless there is a major improvement in how she treats customers.

Prior to her joining if there were more than 2 or 3 people in line I would leave as the wait was sure to be 20 minutes plus and the overall customer service and care was low. Now, her staff is friendly, attentive and seems to all work well together. I popped in Sunday morning during the nice weather and it was packed/online orders pouring in and service was prompt, professional and I was in and out in under 15 minutes without preordering which is a stark change from before. Keep up the good work and thanks for making it so easy for me to get my coffee!!
