My issue was it came with homefries-- I don't eat much of these because it's a bit heavy for me, so asked to sub for something like fruit-- was told it would be an additional charge. At $15, I would have thought a sub would be OK, but instead I did not get anything.... just didn't want to waste potatoes! Service was a little chaotic but we made it through! I asked a simple question, and the look and attitude I received in response were incredibly rude and disrespectful. It was the kind of exaggerated eye-rolling/look you might expect from an immature teenager, not from someone working with the public. When I called her out on the way she had just treated me, she suddenly acted as though she didn't understand what I was saying, despite having just been carrying on a conversation with another customer minutes earlier. Good customer service matters. It doesn't matter how good the food or drinks are or how clean an establishment is if customers are made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected by an employee. I rarely feel strongly enough about an interaction to write something like this, but her behavior was completely inappropriate. Based on my experience today, this particular employee should not be working directly with the public unless there is a major improvement in how she treats customers.
