You try to get someone's attention and they purposely avoid eye contact like you're not even there. More than once I've waited nearly 20 minutes, only to find out the drink I needed had been sitting there the entire time -- never bagged, never handed off, nothing. Every other Starbucks I go to greets you, asks who you're picking up for, and the drinks are bagged and ready within a minute. But at this location it's like nobody cares. Even when I'm ordering for myself, it's still an issue. I've had them give my drink to the wrong person, leaving me standing there forever until I finally ask. Then they have to remake it. I've also gotten the wrong drink entirely multiple times. This isn't a one-off bad day -- it's every time, no matter what time of day. Every other Starbucks runs smoothly, but this one is just consistently a frustrating experience.
