The order could only be picked up on Saturday between 12-6pm. Not a problem at all. When we arrived, there wasn't a line, thankfully. The lady behind the counter wasn't so pleasant. No smile or greeting. We got our order and left. I expected so much more from these donuts and this place since people rave about them. The taste of the donuts wasn't bad, however, they were hard. Kind of like when you leave a box or package open and the food begins to get stale or hard. We basically couldn't eat the donuts, so I wasted $45.

The strawberry donut was soft with a sweet glaze that actually tasted like real strawberries, not that fake candy flavor. The lemon poppyseed had a nice citrusy kick, a little more dense than the others, but in a good way. The Maine blueberry was the standout. Bursting with flavor and the glaze wasn't overly sugary. You could taste actual blueberry in every bite. They're definitely on the bigger side. Everything felt fresh and made with care. The shop itself is laid back, no rush, has that Massachusetts vibe to it. Prices are a little higher than your average donut shop, but the quality is there. Solid spot if you're into creative flavors that still feel homemade. Highly recommend.

I am so happy to write this review after my second wonderful visit to teaCAMILLA…read more My first visit was for a simple ginger tea to soothe a health flare--it was incredibly high-quality, gentle, and helped my symptoms immediately. On my second visit, I went for my go-to cafe order: a medium iced matcha with oat milk and local honey. I was so impressed by the barista's technique! They crafted it perfectly so that the honey was completely incorporated and didn't just freeze and stick to the ice. Beyond the incredible tea menu, they have a beautiful retail section stocked with a wide variety of quality teas, books, and stationery gift merchandise The service is just as lovely as the drinks. Both times I was greeted with genuine kindness the moment I walked through the door. The ambiance is cozy, calm, clean, and highly aesthetic. While it wasn't crowded during my visits, it's a beautifully relaxing spot, and they even have outdoor seating where people were happily working. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Henry's for the 32 years I've lived in Beverly…read more I consider it to be a reliable place to get quality food. It's expensive, and usually worth it. Especially great are their premade foods by the deli counter. Their different types of chicken salad is a favorite of my husbands. Their cookies are decent, especially the butter crunch. Their house made chicken pot pie is very popular with so many people, I have brought it to friends when they are home sick and I don't want to cook. No one is disappointed with that. They make all their food in-house. So good. Their desserts are quite good. Recently had a small event and didn't feel like cooking. I supplemented with a gallon of their hearty vegetable soup, and their little desserts. The veggie soup was just too healthy to be popular with this crowd, so that was a bad choice on my part. The desserts were a bit hit. They have flowers, cute paper goods, great house made hamburgers, we go there often. Never disappointing, but much more expensive than Shaws or Market Basket. Having said that, we feel it is worth it.

Paid $80 for four tickets for my family -- two adults and our two young children. We were there for…read moreapproximately TEN MINUTES. My two-year-old's wristband fell off somewhere inside. When we went to the front desk, I showed them the $80 transaction proving I had just paid for four admissions. But here's the part that is genuinely unbelievable: the front desk employee said, verbatim, "Yes, I remember you got four tickets, and I watched you put it on him." So there was literally no dispute. Their own employee confirmed that I paid for my son's admission AND that she personally watched me put his wristband on him. A man was then called over and, despite hearing this, repeatedly told me that because my two-year-old no longer had his wristband, I hadn't purchased his admission. I kept explaining that I had. I showed him the payment. His own employee told him I had. He kicked my entire family out anyway. They told me they processed a full refund, which I will update this review to confirm once it appears on my card. I can understand having a wristband policy. I cannot understand accusing a customer of not paying when you have both proof of payment AND an employee standing there confirming she personally watched the wristband go onto the child's wrist. Absolutely appalling way to treat a family over a two-year-old losing a wristband. We will never return. This is the guy who clearly has an ax to grind with a two year old. I'd be careful with this place- clearly a scam.
