I'm not sure if the cheesesteak French toast is served meant to be served cold but it just not the best. The pumpkin French toast is the best thing on the planet and the customer service is great, but spending $30 on breakfast just to not be able to eat it is so so disappointing.

And, well, I won't keep you in suspense but that first bite of the salted honey butter and jam biscuit was transcendental. It was a little crumbly but so chewy and moist, and the jam and honey butter combo was incredible. Indescribable. They have so many pastry options, as well as breakfast sandwiches, but I really had eyes only for the biscuits. Also tried the cheddar scallion biscuit - amazing. I'm running out of adjectives to describe how good these were. The key for super flaky, tender biscuits is using very, very cold butter and not mixing the dough too much. It was cool to watch people baking in the back kitchen. Got the quiche as well. Tasty, with a nice mix of egg and veggies and cheese, with a well-made crust, but next time I would just get more biscuits. Lots of free parking spots in front and nearby. There's little space inside the store, which makes the queue a bit unwieldy, but it does move quickly and it's well worth the wait (and the drive).

Plenty of sweet and savory options for bagels and spreads. The prices are very reasonable. You can actually get a good sandwich for under $10 here which seems to be a rarity these days. Two things make me give this place four stars instead of five: 1. The parking lot is very small and hard to navigate, especially if it's busy. 2. They have an app for online ordering which I have used a few times, but it's actually less convenient than just ordering in store. Last time I placed an online order I ended up waiting longer than people who ordered at the counter. Also sometimes if you order something online they may be out of stock in store.

The workers were very nice and worked very fast. The shop also offered coffee and cold drinks to go and they also had some goodies to buy such as coffee beans,/T-shirts. Good selection of bagels (they have rosemary, which not everyone has) and spreads (they have whitefish salad, which not everyone has), plus breakfast sandwiches and more ambitious lunch sandwiches. I found the service excellent, the pricing more than fair, and the bagels pretty good. Even though they're not cracking my greater Boston top 5 or my New England top 10, the bagels have a nice texture to them: chewy, but a lighter brand of chewy, kinda like a biscuit. That texture grows on you as you try more of them. The pumpernickel bagel was a little light on flavor but the onion bagel made up for it. The rosemary salt bagel was much heavier on the salt than the rosemary, but still good. I'd go back.
