i've lived here for 7 years and i always go to this dunkin yes sometimes there might be ups and downs to it, but you just gotta remember maybe that person is having a bad day and is overstimulated even if you're the only one there you never know what's going on in someone's life but overall I really like this dunkin and the workers there are really sweet and nice. read more

Ordered food and paid then they told me (after 15 minutes) they could not make the Green Goddess Wrap or the Iced capuccino because the wraps were frozen and the capuccino machine needs to be cleaned. I asked for a refund and they did not know how. Then asked for managers contact information and they didnt have it. In short I paid for these items and never received them. Dunkin' - paper. - Donuts Near Me - Ipswich, Massachusetts

New manager is super sweet and energetic! She put up new decorations so it's such a wonderful environment to be in, even if we're grumpy before our coffees! It seems cleaner and employees even seem happier. read more

This Dunkin Donuts sets itself apart from the chain with its friendly, small town staff...a smile wIth my coffee? The deal: I live in Boston, and the staff at Coffee Chainz is so burnt out by waiting on angry Bostonians all day that you simply never see them smiling...so sad. read more

The woman who took my order was nice, they got my order correct, the person who was making my drink was asking if you put caramel in it, maybe he was new... The only problem I had was when I ordered a tray of bacon for my dog... The Dunkin I usually go to knows us so we'll they put extra bacon on the tray... I paid 80¢ for two pieces of bacon... I guess I have to be more specific as to how many pieces my little princess requests... read more

Terrible customer service. Have problems every time I go to this location. Staff is absolutely useless. Will be taking the drive to Starbucks from now on, would rather have good service then pay less. read more

SLOWEST PLACE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!The employees are ridiculously slow and they only have one person working the register in the morning who also makes the coffees for every person in line. They also keep the online order on so in between every customer in line they serve they make like 3 online orders and make the people in line in the store stand there like a bunch of D!€K$. It's an outrageous way to handle customer service. Not to mention the people making the coffees every morning are so slow it's like they have their first day everyday! They never make the coffee the same way either and I never change my order but it's like I get a different one everyday because they can't make anything with consistency! I sometimes drive to Rowley a town away because it's actually faster than waiting in line there. I wish I could give no stars honestly! One lady is the only one who does anything right and is actually nice and always has a pretty scarf. Other than her they should prob fire the rest! Worst dunks I've ever been to and unfortunately it's in my town! read more

Go here if you want expensive ice. I ordered a medium iced vanilla latte, and specifically asked for just a little ice. They gave me my coffee and it was obvious that they ignored my request. I scooped the ice out and the cup was only half full of the actual coffee. This is ridiculous. I'm not paying for half a cup of coffee! On top of that it was WAY too sweet to the point of nausea. Waste of money. It was so gross I dumped it out and went home to make my own coffee. I want a refund. read more

I have been a valuable customer here for a few years now. Unfortunately over the past few months I have witnessed the steady decline of this location. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE especially in the morning. I would rather go any place else. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place! read more

If I could rate less than one, I would. I normally try to go every other dunks but this one and this time it was a reminder why I hate it. I always feel like I'm a bother when I go in and there are a few particular people who just straight up suck at customer service. Particularly, this guy who always has colorful hair. He can't even bother doing a fake smile. Don't even bother with this one if you can. read more

This is my second favorite Dunkin. My first favorite is Brad's. My wife works here and I love to visit her on my way home. I always make sure to give a nice tip! The staff here deserve it. There is always a white van in the parking lot and whenever I see it, it makes me so happy because I know my wife is there. Love love love this place. read more

I've always gone to this Dunkin Donuts, and never had I had a problem. Until today, which really pissed me off. I went in and asked for a Medium Frozen Vanilla Chai, and got a medium frozen Chai Latte (yes, they are two VERY different things). So I went back in to exchange it for what I ordered. My main problem was the attitude of the staff member that I got. Now, I didn't say "that helped me", because she didn't. She was shorter, with black hair and tan skin. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. She was rude, cold, and seemed as if work was the one place she didn't want to be. I know that's the case for most of us, but you're not supposed to let you're customers see that. Also, when I tried to explain the difference between the two drinks, all she could say was, "there is no difference, they're the same thing." I've been getting this particular drink for two years, trust me, I know the difference. And when I got the new drink, it was the exact same thing. I even had to throw it out because I couldn't stomach it, so it was a complete waste of money. If I ran this Dunkin' Donuts, I would properly train the new employees so they knew the difference between these two very separate beverages, and I would fire the female employee who I had to deal with today. This job is NOT for her. As of now, I am done with this Dunkin Donuts read more

Whenever I go there the people are always rude and never give back the right change. But today they just got on my nerves we ordered 2 frozen hot chocolates and 15 mins later we get 2 frozen coffees. I told them and she kinda rolled her eyes. They also served everyone else before us but we got there first. Then after a hour my friend still didn't get her coolatta. So I went up and told them again nother eye roll, then another 10 mins later we get the coolatta and it's so watery and gross and there was a hair in it, also the hot chocolates tasted gross too. Another issue is that they put way to much ice in the iced coffee so you can't stir and you barely get any coffee, ask any of my friends and family this dunks sucks. I'm very disappointed. read more

I found the stale donut graveyard of the North Shore. As for the coffee I think they dunked a bean into hot water a couple of times for all the flavor it had. read more

34 minutes after their posted opening time, lights on but door locked. One employee inside completely ignoring people at the door trying to get coffee. Quick service and consistently good coffee. Worth the trip through a strange parking lot.

As a local who frequents this location I can say the service is mediocre at best. I understand not having a drive-thru in a small town, and I understand the location isn't the best and the parking lot is small, but I'd like to think that a franchise such as this in a small seaside town would also inherit the local character of warm and friendly. Or at least participate in nation wide celebrations such as national donut day, on which I wasn't able to get my free donut with drink purchase. On several occasions staff has been unpleasant. Whether its the way they glare at you when you are patiently waiting to place your order or making jabs at each other for the whole cafe to hear the staff seems like they are all miserable in their work. The service is slow, I waited 20 minutes in line just to try to place an order just this morning. Every-time I go here its slow. I've also had my order messed up several times. Just the usual, given a hot coffee when I ordered iced or a medium when I ordered a large or worse when I order almond milk and get regular milk and suffer the consequences all day or order a egg and cheese for my vegetarian friends and get it covered in bacon. If this location wasn't 5 minutes away from my residence I would steer clear. There is another coffee shop down the road, a little pricey but very friendly and much better coffee. Just sayin' read more

I do not know what the two sisters, Zero and Ashley from Boston and Gloucester are talking about. I agree with Nelson. I live down the street from this DD and go their every day. They are always kind, helpful and do everything they can to make my visit pleasant. The place is clean, and has great coffee (I get one every morning, on my way to work) As far as the donuts go, they are always fresh and towards the closing time they give them away for 1/2 price. My husband and son enjoy their donuts and I get a box on Sunday morning for church, no one has ever complained in fact the donuts are always gone right away. If I had to complain it would be that they do not make the vanilla cream donuts and the k cups are expensive. I think the girls review is riddled with inaccuracies sounds like a personal issue instead of a truthful review of the restaurant. read more
