I like to post photos of delivery service orders, including the packaging. Hopefully it's helpful? So here's today's order from Wicked Bagel Woburn. Sturdy packaging, well wrapped food, napkins included. Bagels were B1G1 so I got two everything bagels with scallion cream cheese. It was DELICIOUS, albeit slightly too salty. Cream cheese was plentiful and tasty. That's why I gave this a 3 star review. Now for the inedible part: Take a look at those photos of the chicken salad wrap! The wrap was so dry it was literally crumbled and in PIECES when I unwrapped it. Like *how* does one put that into the paper knowing it's disintegrating and think " yup this looks fine." Mind boggling. Absolutely no way they didn't see it cracking as they tried to fold it up. I tasted the chicken salad but I was already put off by the old wrap and couldn't be sure whether the chicken was equally old so I tossed it. I got a partial refund from Uber Eats. Conclusion: Stick with the bagels.

Front door with hours....again, I arrived at 6:55am and they were open and ready to go!

Finally made it to Wicked Bagel in Woburn. I have been to the Arlington location a few times but this is my first trip to Woburn. The location is on Washington St, Woburn (part of Cummings Park, which is a huge commercial spot of buildings). I arrived at 6:55am...they opened at 7am but the door was already open, which I was thrilled about! I was the only one in the store when I placed my order for two plain bagels, toasted with butter. Unfortunately, they did not have a grape jelly. They did offer strawberry but I am not a fan. When I got to work, I was able to get some grape jelly and put it on. The bagel was great....still warm, soft on top, cooked on the bottom...size was perfect.....taste was good! I know there are a lot of people who like different and more adventurous tastes other than plain but that is what I like. Service was quick. Price was fair Location was spotless I liked how they are selling Boars Head for sandwiches. I will definitely get a sandwich someday. Parking was great...it was early but there are plenty of spots just out front of the front door. Will I come back? Sure...location is great and there is more to try!

First time I've been here - staff was friendly. Got a French toast bagel and cream Cheese. Honestly I'm so happy with the bagel and amount of cream cheese on it , for the cost.

It seems like the eggs are premade, not fresh. Eggs were very dry. I think it would have been better going to Dunkin' across the street

Just a place that knows how to make coffee and food without turning it into a lifestyle brand. The shop is small, bright, and comfortable. Clean, organized, and modern without looking like it was designed by a committee. A couple of tables, a calm atmosphere, and nothing screaming for attention. You sit, you eat, you're happy. Wild concept. The staff was excellent--friendly, helpful, and efficient, without the forced enthusiasm you get at chain coffee shops where everyone sounds like they're being timed. Service was quick, recommendations were solid, and no one tried to upsell me a mortgage disguised as a latte. I ordered a 12oz roasted flavored coffee (the flavor changes daily). Today's was Mudslide. Smooth, perfectly hot, with subtle hints of chocolate that behaved themselves. Not syrup soup. Not dessert in a cup. Just coffee. And it was about $2 for a small, which is impressive considering most chain coffee places now charge $6 for something that tastes like regret and burnt beans. The menu is refreshingly reasonable. Enough options to make people happy without needing a scroll wheel. I went with the Red Devil Turkey BLT on an Asiago bagel with Chelsea Fire cream cheese. The sandwich was $11 and worth every penny. The Chelsea Fire cream cheese is the star--bold, flavorful, and memorable. If chain coffee shops had this, they'd immediately ruin it by diluting it and charging extra. The bagel was still warm and clearly fresh, the turkey and lettuce tasted actually fresh (not "fresh adjacent"), the bacon was cooked perfectly, and everything worked together instead of competing like a group project gone wrong. Overall: great food, fair prices, excellent coffee, and a place that quietly outperforms chains without announcing it. Highly recommend. I'll be back--probably more often than I should.

Anyway, they gave me actual thin sliced deli ham instead of Taylor Ham. That's a huge, and super disappointing, difference. I was so bummed because I live close by, I love Taylor Ham, and when I saw it on the menu I envisioned a world in which I could go to a place in Massachusetts and regularly get something I can usually only get in New Jersey. So I guess I can't. Service was exactly neutral, ambiance was pleasant.

We walked into a comfortable space with a relaxed vibe that never feels generic, the kind of spot where you can settle in for a meal or grab something quickly without the atmosphere working against you. The Vietnamese bowl is the order that brings everything together well. We tried it and the flavors were bright and balanced, leaning into the fresh herb and citrus notes that make Vietnamese inspired food work when the kitchen takes it seriously. The bowl format here gives you enough going on across the components that each bite shifts slightly, which kept the meal interesting from start to finish in a way that a simpler dish would not. The broader menu is worth exploring beyond a single visit. The shakshuka and acai bowl are both good, the smash burger salad is a surprisingly strong order for anyone who wants something more indulgent, and the vegan options are extensive and genuinely well executed rather than feeling like an afterthought. The smoothies are popular for good reason and the coffee holds up as well. Pricing runs on the higher side and the menu does not always list prices upfront on site, which is worth being aware of before you commit to a larger order. Service is generally attentive and fast, though it can vary by location and shift.
