There were now 9 people waiting in line to order. During this time I saw 4 other employees handling other tasks (folding cake boxes, washing containers including an approximately 3 minute conversation between the 4). None of the other employees bothered to help the one (one out of five..) person at the counter and went about their business oblivious to the growing line of waiting customers. They have a nice variety of flavors, and the staff is always young, friendly, and nice. It's a great little place to stop by with the family, especially when you're looking for a sweet treat. That said, our all-time favorite is still Kimball Farm! We find that they have even more flavors to choose from, and their ice cream is less sweet, which we personally prefer. Overall, Schoolhouse Ice Cream is a nice neighborhood spot that we enjoy visiting, and it's definitely a favorite with our little one. We'll keep coming back for our local ice cream runs!
