I did my research and in term of customer service and the value, Nell's cake cannot be beat. She was very responsive over email and very accommodating with my designs\.I wanted to do a custom scrabble cake and gave Janelle the tile arrangements and asked her to have fun with it. I can't be any more pleased with the result, It looked so good and my girlfriend loved it! She went above and beyond the call of duty and paid careful attention to the details. I love the bag of scrabbles up top and the marbled tile holders that resembled closely to the actual holder. If i didn't know any better, i would say she took the tile holder straight from the game!
