However, they quite literally put the ice in ice cream. 9/10 no matter what I order there are ice chips in my ice cream. Sometimes they are small something quite large. I took a picture the one time I pulled 2 chunks that were 3 inches long each. I don't know what is up with their freezer or whatever is causing this issue, but I wish they would deal with it. Ice chips/chunks are very off-putting. When you are not crunching on ice the ice cream is great.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the line moved quickly. I'd love to go back!
