a hand holding a box of doughnuts
Victoria C.

A donut/cafe business with a drive through is definitely not the place to go on a Saturday afternoon. The place has a very old school style with a few tables if you want to dine in. There were still a small amount of donuts, but none of them had signs, so I just pointed to the ones that I wanted. The worker was kind and gave some free glazed donut holes after I got a half dozen of donuts. The best donut from the box was the cruller donut which was soft and had enough flavor. The other donuts tasted a bit stale like they were a day old. The vanilla cream filling didn't taste anything like cream but more of an off-tasting marshmallow fluff. Overall, I wouldn't recommend coming all the way here, but if you do grab a hot drink to dunk your donuts in.

If you want to find the best donuts in Lawrence you should Visit pop donuts in Andover st South Lawrence..., Donuts are so soft and always fresh you should try their Apple fritter which I believe is the best in Massachusetts sounds crazy but I think it's better than Kanes donuts Apple fritter don't believe me try it.

We loved all that we tried at Pop Donut! The apple fritter and old fashioned were especially tasty!

We enjoyed all of our donuts from Pop Donut! We especially loved the old fashioned donut and the apple fritter. The cheese danish had a maple flavor to it, and the raspberry turnover was nice and flakey. We will return next time we are passing through Lawrence!

No really try the Eclair Donut!

$7.50 for 3 donuts, a chocolate milk, and an iced tea. You can't get that at DD... My husband had an eclair and said it was better than a Boston Cream. He said it was light but appropriately crispy... My step son had two sprinkle donuts chocolate and strawberry; he said they were freshly frosted with a non greasy texture! Five stars all around.

Doughnuts are amazing here, they're huge too. Breakfast sandwiches are really good, especially on bagels. Great service, always friendly.

Very good donuts. You'll want to walk in to see all of the choices. I like the chocolate iced boston cream and the apple fritter.

**We found our new favorite spot!**…read more My partner and I stumbled upon Nan's Kitchen and what a delightful discovery it was! As first-timers, we were treated with such warmth and patience by the staff - no pressure, no rush, just genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. We started by sharing the hatch chili farro bowl with roasted cauliflower and hominy, fragrant ginger carrots, and lemon mustard salmon. The tomato harissa sauce and zhoug were absolutely incredible - seriously, these sauces are to die for! Everything was perfectly seasoned and the flavors were so well-balanced. Pictures are not perfect, but the lighting was so warm and comfortable, you will have to excuse them! Halfway through our meal, I spotted they had coconut carrot soup with chickpeas and ginger on the menu and literally ran back to order a cup. We ended up sharing that too, and it was such a smart move - the soup was aromatic and comforting with just the right amount of spice from the ginger. To drink, we had fresh lemonade and iced tea (both perfectly refreshing), and couldn't resist finishing with their banana pudding, which was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. What really stood out beyond the exceptional food was how accommodating and friendly the service was. They made splitting dishes feel completely natural and were so welcoming when I dashed back for that soup! The attention to flavor and seasoning here is remarkable - every single component of our meal was thoughtfully prepared. We're already planning our next visit. Nan's Kitchen has absolutely earned a permanent spot on our regular rotation! Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared food with service that makes you feel like family.

When we were in the process of losing our soul mate of a dog to lung cancer they would go above and beyond for our random orders and would always try to bring a smile to our face when we would pick it up. She wouldn't eat so we would call & ask for plain unseasoned grilled chicken or just bacon or whatever it was they always helped us out. Her last meal was bacon on the beach (her favorite place). Thank you for the amazing service.

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

The Naanza is absolutely delicious, every flavor is bursting through and the textures are perfection, would highly recommend. The chopped kachumber salad was very fresh. The lychee martini was a little too sweet and the chai martini was too milky for my liking. There are a lot of interesting cocktails on the menu so I'd like to try something different next time. For food I ordered the Samosa Bliss and the iron pan (kadhai) hit with paneer and a side of garlic naan. The samosas were delicious: crispy on the outside and well-seasoned on the inside with a tangy sauce. The paneer was excellent in terms of portion size and texture. I would have preferred basmati rice with the entree instead of the yellow rice and more garlic on the naan, but overall it was a satisfying meal. There isn't a dessert menu but they have a case with a variety of Indian sweets. Service was very attentive and felt like you were eating at a family's home. Lots of nearby street parking. As with many older New England buildings, the entrance is a little tight and has a few steps so it may be difficult for some people to enter. I look forward to visiting again!
