This was a great outdoor bar, the service was great, the weather was perfect to sit out and enjoy a cocktail.

Despite our reservation we waited at the host stand for someone to even come over to talk to us for 15 minutes and then they tried to seat us next to the pool in an open cabana seat versus the booth we were supposed to have. There were older men in swimsuits laying out on either side of us. Not exactly what you want to see while eating. We asked to move. We were finally sat at a booth 45 minutes after our reservation time. Also, their website says "high atop" Phoenix, this rooftop bar is on floor 3. Finally online it says there is an "experience" on Sundays with a dj and a flower pop up shop and brunch bites. They have none of that, at all. No brunch food, no DJ & certainly no pop up shop. Completely false advertisement. As someone trying to entertain a friend who is here for a limited time I'm sincerely disappointed that we wasted hour coming to Phoenix for a nonexistent experience. Pretty place with potential that was executed horribly. Absolutely do not recommend wasting your time or money here. To be fair to the servers - there were literally only two of them. Really need more and I believe they were trying their best. read more

To be as professional as possible, I recommend you go to a different establishment. We came in as a party of 3 on a Thursday night with at least over 2 hours before last call. They sat us right away and there were probably only 4 other tables around. It had a great ambience and was very promising. Long story short, we ordered 3 drinks, and never got it. We waited 30 minutes and saw our server only twice the entire time. I want to emphasize that it was a slow Thursday night. After waiting all that time and being neglected by both the waiter and manager, we just left and had a better experience at the many other bars and establishments around the city. When leaving, I mentioned our dissatisfaction to the manager (or someone who appeared to be the manager) whose only response was "oh, okay". The place itself looked great! If only the staff and management were more attentive and actually cared for their customers. Anyways, come for the ambiance, stay for the drinks, wait for your drinks, wait some more, and hopefully you'll get your drinks, unlike us. read more

The vibes and views are great! Though the space is small they have maximized their use of it with booth and firepit seating. We came during final 4 Sunday (arrived late due to parking and traffic issues) so not expecting quick service by any means. We waited at the host stand for about 5 minutes without anyone walking by acknowledging our presence. Once someone said "someone will be right with you" we waited another 3 minutes or so to be greeted and sat. The service to get drinks and food was slow but the food was really good and worth the wait. I would definitely like to come any other time (not during final 4 or suns game day) to get a real feel of service. I do wish that said that they offered parking in the garage that can be comped. I ended up valeting since the game day self parking prices were inflated. No one at the hotel or restaurant answered when I called so it would be nice if it was on the website. read more

made a reservation for valentines day 3 weeks in advance...they canceled the reservation, no call no reason, called and left messages as to why..no call back.. very unprofessional business. of course they know that now every place in the valley is booked now..as a business owner myself i would never treat people this way. don't trust your reservations here..great way to loose business. read more

Went with a small group recently and the rooftop is pretty nice, it was in the shade most of the time. The service was extremely slow and it felt like a lot of work just to get food or drinks in. We got some of the apps and they came out ok. The beers on draft were not great overall and I was hoping for better from a local place. This was my first time cute hidden spot smack in the middle of downtown Phoenix. The ambiance gives you the feeling of being on an island vacay and depending on where you sit, you get a lovely view of one of Phoenix's mountain ranges. We went with friends on Saturday. 5-6 year old kids were screaming in the pool behind us the whole time, drinks sat at the bar for 15 minutes with our server also sitting there in front of them, flatbreads are terrible. It was my first time in Arizona and my friends and I decided to come to Eden for food and drinks. First, I want to start with the immaculate service ! The manager Zac and our server Cooper met every expectation we had and more. They were polite and had high energy. We were not sure what we wanted to eat and they gave us great recommendations. The food had a Mediterranean type of feel and the drinks were great. The roof top bar/lounge/ pool was absolutely gorgeous. The ambiance was great and to our surprise there was a live show and tequila showcase that was a perfect touch to our experience! Though the Arizona heat has a presence they do well with keeping it as cool as possible with the misters and the shaded areas!! Could only give a star for ambience. It's called rooftop but the views are block by neighboring buildings which was pretty lame. Service was nonexistent and server acts like he is superior. Dude could care less about your time. Bartender busy chitchatting with coworkers and our server. Literally only 4 party's present and all 3 served prior to our arrival, yet it took 30+ min to make 3 simple drinks but it never arrived.... That's when we decided to save our money and leave. I went here with a couple friends recently and the service was excellent! Our server Joseph was so energetic and friendly - they greeted all of us and made sure we had our seats right away. The drink menu was pretty extensive too and Joseph made sure to stay with our table, explain all of the drinks, and answer all of our questions until we decided. They genuinely went above and beyond our expectations so and I really have to give them a major shout out! I made a reservation a few days ago for my friends birthday for dinner and we checked in with the host (who was very kind) and he took us to our table and said our server would be right with us. We sat there for about 25 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. We were starving and restless so we went to the host and told him "we've been sitting for 25 minutes and no one has come by so we are going to go somewhere else for dinner" and he responded "oh, okay"..... I work in the hospitality industry and am super understanding of long wait times, but the rooftop was 1/3 full with an apparent full staff (hanging out with one another at the corner of the bar) and we were blatantly ignored. Very disappointed since we were recommended this place by multiple people and social media. read more
