Copper Dome Dessert
Debra K.

If I could do a ten star review, I would. What an unbelievable meal. We opted for the Chef's Tasting and it did not disappoint. At. All. Service was spot on from the time we walked in and were greeted and seated. Our server could not have been more attentive. The bread was served with butter pats molded like honey comb with a bit of honey drizzle and salt. Such a nice touch. Then the food started coming out! To quote a previous review: "Phenomenal!" The pumpkin soup had just the right amount of sweet and savory and creaminess. I was so delighted and amazed by the eggplant "mushroom." The sweet potato risotto with "slow cooked sweet potato cut into thousand of bruniosed pieces" had just the right amount of toothiness. To finish out the starters, we were served a chicken potsticker. The two mains were outstanding. The pork belly was so crispy and tender and the pickled onions and caviar added just the right amount of acidity and bite. The duck dish, a roulade of smoked duck filled with truffles and duck liver, was also tender and, obviously, delicious. We could not decided which one was our favorite. The same was true with dessert. Was the chestnut cake or the namesake dessert, the Copper Dome, our fave? Perhaps more research is needed. Wine selection was minimum but more than adequate. The only small hitch in the evening was the beer selection. The cocktail list was just as inventive as the rest of the menu but it seemed too Christmas-like for our meal. I absolutely do want to return for their Thursday night cocktail and small plate menu. The Copper Dome is more than a hidden gem. It's a must-go-to-as-soon-as-you-are-able establishment! Truly. (Sunday nights sounds like a great deal and a great amount of food.) CHECK IT OUT!

Eight course menu

We went to Copper Dome to celebrate our anniversary and pre-ordered the 8 course chef tasting. We challenged them with the fact that I am gluten free and don't eat beef and they excelled with the challenge! We enjoyed every course but our favorite was the arancini closely followed by one of the desserts. Our desserts were different because of the gluten issue and I was given one with an amazing panna cotta that was to die for. As we had reservations at 5:30, we were the only diners for the first hour which made it a really private setting

We love trying new places, so thanks to Facebook we went here and it did not disappoint! The food was phenomenal and the chefs/owners came over to talk to us (which we loved.) this is a really cute place to have a date night and to eat really good food! We ate off the chef's menu, which was five courses. Each dish was divine. Our waiter Spencer was also great. Highly recommend eating here!

What an amazing hidden gem in Tulsa! We are so glad we found Copper Dome in west Tulsa at the Silo Event Center. Our dinner was fabulous! We enjoyed a 3 course and a 4 course option. They also have a chef's tasting option. The specialty cocktails, first course, main course and dessert were all fabulous! We especially enjoyed the salmon and steak as each of our main course....Just delicious! We will be back for the Sunday Supper soon!

Next time we'll be more adventurous and to the chefs tasting but we all opted for the 4 course meal. The portions are not large but perfect for a tasting. It was a great intimate experience and all dishes were executed well.

I really wish I remembered the drink I had the first time around, what I do remember is that it was really good. The drink I had recently was the Don Diego de La Ve & it's something I'd get again + would be my usual. Anything tequila, it's automatic (rum is right there at a very close 2nd) when it comes to an alcohol beverage + cocktail. Has addition of ancho reyes, a chile liqueur, that's super subtle in the drink along with lemon lime & agave. My homie looked at my drink & said that's something he should've ordered. *Side Note* I took a look at the menu & I'm convinced I had the Cousin Eddie (when I first visited this place). As I stated that rum is a close 2nd to tequila & the Cousin Eddie has Bumbu (rum) that I already enjoy on its own.

We ordered 2 pizzas, and a salad with sardines and I couldn't believe how flavorful the Caesar salad was. That combined with the sardines was the perfect bite. I loved the music, it had such a great vibe, you can really dress up or down here, it's such a chill place but still has a classy look to it. Crab Rangoon pizza is out of this world

We went on a Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. to try this counterpart to Ava June…read more I have to apologize in advance for the lack of photos to go with this review. Much like Ava June, everything is a little funky here--not in a bad way, just different and unique. We started with cocktails; she had her usual Old Fashioned, but ordered it as a "normal", with Makers Mark, I had a glass of chardonnay (subtotal $28). She put her Makers Mark Old Fashioned near the top of the best in town ($2 extra for Makers??). We frequently split meals, so decided to share a Little Gems salad, which was VERY good. There are only a few salads in town that I like as it's just not my thing, but this one was super tasty. For our pizza we went with the limited edition Cubano as I love a good Cuban sandwich and have a tomato allergy. They did a good job of converting a sandwich to a pizza, though I thought the toppings were a little sparse for $22. I would have preferred that the pickles have been chopped into something smaller than the thick slices it came with (so it LOOKED beautiful). The best part for me is that they offer a fresh-made GLUTEN-FREE rosemary dough!!!! It was absolutely THE BEST gluten-free crust I've ever experienced hands down. My wife said that she would order it even though it's g-f. The vibe was just good, pretty crowded with a mix of generations. The space is fairly small and tight, so be prepared for the possibility of sharing a table. So if you followed the math above (which should be easy if you knew me!) it was $65 plus tax and tip, so $100 for a pizza and salad dinner.... Would I go back?? I wouldn't rule it out given the fantastic gluten-free crust, but would likely consider somewhere else that I consider a better value before beating a path back to Lofi.

I always have low expectations for Valentine's Day, because restaurants are super crowded and…read morerestaurants are stretched thin. But our experience exceeded all expectations, holiday or not. Our food was exceptional, and we loved everything we ordered. However, we haven't stopped talking about the service. Friendly, attentive, and so well choreographed between all staff members to ensure that we had a great experience. I also loved the vibe and nod to the art deco style. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Atmosphere 1925's…read morespace is gorgeous. A dark interior (including the lighting) accented with gold strikes a balance between elegance and comfort, while modern light fixtures blend smoothly with Roaring Twenties touches. The music fits the theme without overwhelming conversation, making the room feel stylish yet inviting. For a hotel restaurant, it succeeds in creating a destination of its own. Service Service was handled by a team and was steady overall. Glasses stayed full, plates were cleared promptly, and our group's complicated bill split was accommodated with ease. A few missteps--like a server stumbling over menu items such as foie gras--stood out, but these are issues that time and training will resolve. Attentive and flexible, the service supported the experience without intruding on it. Dining Jumbo Lump Crab Cake ($28) A meaty crab cake opened the meal, resting on a bright white anchovy rémoulade. The first bite delivered clean notes of crab before giving way to the sharp, tangy salt of anchovy and a touch of acidity from the sauce, finishing with the faint licorice snap of fennel. It's a triple-C thick crab cake--generous in portion, rich in flavor, and well executed. Butter Poached Beef Carpaccio ($27) A stunning carpaccio. Each bite bursts first with the richness of beef, then eases into the creamy, tangy lift of mustard horseradish from the aioli, before finishing with the briny pop of caviar. Beautifully balanced and full of flavor, this is carpaccio at its best--simplicity elevated to a wonderful level. Lobster Fritto ($29) Each bite of the lobster fritto was dense, lacking the airy texture the dish calls for. The batter flavor overwhelmed the delicate flavor of the lobster instead of highlighting it. The accompanying aioli offered a touch of tang, but overall the dish felt heavy and bland. Black Cod ($34) The cod was cooked well, with clean flavors that paired nicely with the buttery notes of beurre blanc. But the addition of salmon roe created an imbalance. Warmed by the sauce, the roe pushed the dish into overly salty, fishy territory, overwhelming the delicacy of the cod. Wild Mushroom Bolognese ($27) Rigatoni rested on a whipped mascarpone and ricotta cream, but the components never came together cohesively. The whipped mascarpone was heavy in portion yet bland, offering little flavor and muting other flavors on the dish. The bolognese leaned sweet from reduced red wine but lacked depth, and the mushroom element was barely noticeable. Dry Aged Pork Tomahawk ($$$) A standout of the evening, the pork special was cooked to perfection, delivering rich, savory notes balanced by a bright, herbaceous sauce. The polenta was well-seasoned and silky, tying the plate together. It was easily the most cohesive and well-executed dish of the night and should absolutely be a staple on the menu! Cheesecake ($15) The Basque-style cheesecake carried a traditional flavor profile, complemented by a fig-walnut jam and burnt orange sauce. The sauce brought bitter citrus notes balanced by sweet fig and the earthy depth of walnut, making for a bold accompaniment. Unfortunately, the cheesecake itself was frozen in the center, creating an abrupt temperature and texture shift that undercut the dish. Dark Chocolate Torte ($13) The chocolate torte was grainy with an almost metallic note. While the chocolate itself came through, the topping of hazelnuts, coconut, and seeds created an airy, gritty texture that distracted from the base. The anglaise added some creaminess underneath, but overall the dish missed the mark both texturally and in flavor.

This was my first visit to Maestro. It's a bit on the smaller side I believe the capacity is around…read more80 guests. But it is a very attractive restaurant inside. There's a variety of seating available, booths that can hold up to six people, several high top tables and regular two and four seat tables. As you walk in the front doors the bar is immediately the focal point at the back of the restaurant. Throughout the restaurant are lights hanging from the ceiling with oversized wicker-like shades. Lighting is thoughtfully done, not too bright, not too dark. Our server was very attentive and was eager to answer all our questions and we did have quite a few because the menu was rather unique. We had questions about some of the ingredients and portion sizes. Half of the menu is more Tappas style; great for sharing because the portions are generous. The other half of the menu is more entrée sized and our table of six ordered a variety of items from both sides of the menu. The beet salad (Remolacha) was fabulous, with good size chunks of beets mixed with peanuts and Pomegranate and crema plus a few other ingredients. My entree was the Frita Cubana a chorizo-spiced beef patty with egg, cheese, onion, shoestring fries, aioli, served on a yummy brioche bun. It was delicious. We shared the PROVOLETA, Melted provolone with chimichurri served in a cast iron pan with toasted sourdough for dipping. Awesome. CROQUETAS are 3 roughly golf ball sized fried lump crab cakes, with lemon aioli and chives, also awesome. There was a happy hour which our server neglected to mention until it was too late but our overall experience was excellent and we'll be back!
