My husband and I stopped by here to have a couple of drinks before dinner. This place is really modern and high end. We sat at the bar and were greeted very kindly by bartenders. The drink menu was elevated and very unique. I ordered the Mercado Roma (see picture) and my husband ordered a double ranch water. He ended up getting the Mercado Roma as a second drink because it was so delicious. My second drink was an espresso martini and I have to say it was pretty darn good. This is definitely an elevated place to get a drink but I don't believe they serve food. I didn't see any inclination that they do. Never been disappointed here! I always stick with an older cocktail, Give 'Em Hell Roscoe (amaretto bourbon, ango, lemon & maple) and opt for at least one of the current on-menu cocktails. Stopped by Valkyrie after dinner for some nightcaps. The ambiance is beautiful - the bar is a true work of art. There is communal seating here, so expect to sit next to people you don't know unless you're in a large group. They do let people in before knowing if there is a space for them, which means a lot of people walking around the small bar. They offer outdoor seating as well, but the inside is very romantic. Service is great and cocktails are reasonably priced for what they are. The drinks are unique - I ordered two and loved the first, hated the second. The first one I got had cilantro gin and it was very botanical and bitters-forward. I loved it, it was peppery and flavorful. The second drink I got was the Pod Thai and it was super unpleasant. I have no idea what element I disliked because the description looked good - but it had almost a port wine/black licorice/molasses taste that was gag-worthy. I think it was just a bad choice for me, but I saw the woman next to us who ordered the same cocktail wasn't drinking it either. The bathrooms are clean and very well maintained. This was a good cocktail bar! You can get some unique and well prepared cocktails here. The place is incredibly dark at night. Enough I had to use the light on my phone to see the menu and I have great vision. The bar tenders were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the cocktails we were interested in even though they were busy. Prices are high, but that was to be expected. The bartenders are super nice and knowledgeable. I love that I can say what I like and they can make something for me. The other patrons were polite and offered some chit-chat but it wasn't overwhelming. Small talk, however, I think if you didn't like small talk you'd be left alone. This bar is such a cool place to hang out. We arrived at around 6PM before it got busy so we were able to get a nice cozy spot on the couch near the windows. The drinks were really good! I ordered an old-fashioned and one of their specialty drinks of the day due to their ten-year anniversary celebration. I'm super picky when it comes to old fashions and this one did not disappoint. Very good. There selection of alcohol is ridiculous. One of the biggest I've seen...displayed beautifully right above the bar. Went here while visiting Tulsa for the 1st time this weekend. The concept is good and there is a huge selection of liquors. The specialty drinks are unusual too. The downside for me is that I wanted an alternative liquor in a "Classic cocktail " and the server would not accommodate my wishes. My entire career has been customer service related so I take it very seriously and expect the same good service in return. It was so surprising that I couldn't substitute brandy for gin in a cocktail. Gin doesn't agree with me . The server told me that they don't deviate from "Classic Cocktail " recipes .
