For starters the hostess seated people in front of me when I was standing in line then more people came in and was standing behind me and she ask them if they were here first I was floored then the people she asked looked at her like she was crazy. My family and I love Chilis. We can get just about everything/anything we want, there's such a variety, and it always consistently good. We especially love the drinks to. For the value of dinner and drinks, you can't beat Chilis. One great memory we have is that when my mother passed away a few years ago, me and my 2 sisters went to Chilis and had lunch and drank a few El Nino's in my mothers memory, and sat there all afternoon and just talked about everything, all the wonderful and special memories we have. It was very cold out. We were set by the back door where people kept coming in and out. We were cold. We made our order and ask for coffee because of the cold. We order ribs and when she brought them they were cold. The coffee had to be ask for a refill and the first time we had to wait for the coffee. Can't tell you the food was good because it was so cold. Like just taking it out of the refrigerator and putting it on a plate. Not even trying to make the food hot nor service worth wanting to go back. I would not tell anyone to go there for a meal. IT SUCKS! read more

Either Chili's just isn't the restaurant I remember from years ago, or this location just misses the mark a bit. I came here for a quick dinner during the week and it was not busy, but we were still not greeted by anyone until we ventured into the dining area and were stopped by some servers. The service was not bad, but it was not good either. I felt it had a degree of apathy served up alongside our dishes. I come here because I still love their chicken crispers. The premium cost for the Mac n cheese side is not worth it at all - it's mush and very "prefab" tasting. I do, however, think their "2 for $20" deal is a great bargain and I definitely recommend that. It just may be better to order it take away, but double check your order first if you do, I've had mistakes on mine in the past. I'll still return for the crispers and the light and airy chips they serve with their salsa. Maybe I'll order "togo" and head to the Dusty Dog around the corner to watch the game this weekend... read more

I worked at a Franchise Chili's in New York several years ago, so I was excited to stop by the Chili's near my home in Tulsa. I will NEVER enter this Chili's again. As I entered I noticed that the hostess was chatting with an employee in one of the nearby sections and paying absolutely no attention to the door. I made my way to the bar, where a grand total of 2 customers were seated. Granted it was late, but still nearly and hour before closing time. I did not see the bartender for almost 6 minutes, and she did not acknowledge me until she finished flirting with the gentleman at the end of that bar. When she finally managed to stop by she did not even bring a menu, she simply said "what can I get you?", no offense, but I am certain that Chili's is a full service restaurant not a dive bar. I politely asked for a menu and a glass of ice water. 5 minutes later she finally returned with both... at this point I feel it would be redundant to continue with my experience. Their food was horrible! It took 30 minutes to receive a few appetizers that should, even during the dinner rush, take no longer than 10 minutes, and the quality was severly lacking. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but having worked in the service industry for the past 10+ years I quickly recognize a poorly run establishment. This Chili's is ruining the companies reputation. read more

I was very disappointed. 1. I asked for a larger booth, of which there were a number unoccupied. 2. I waited at the small booth they gave me for over ten minutes before someone wandered by and asked me if I had been helped. 3. I told him the table was very sticky and asked that it be cleaned or I be given a new table. 4. Finally, after waiting several more minutes, I just walked out. I know Chili's is trying to save money on labor by putting little kiosk screens at every table, but perhaps they should re-think that policy in favor of quick, competent service - for which I tip generously. read more

We stopped for a late lunch around 3:30 today. We were greeted by a friendly person, who was also our waitress. The food and service are ok. The restaurant is filthy. There are chunks of food all over the floor and under tables. Someone was bussing a table and stopped. I've been looking at food and a rag on a nearby table. The restaurant smells bad. What's bothersome is the staff is ignoring everything. They are not busy and have time to clean. If it's this dirty up front, what does the kitchen look like? read more

Ashley was our great waitress. Always smiled. The greeter was welcoming and also told us to have a good night, even noticed us while he was cleaning, and another waiter smiled as he passed. The place was clean and the location is great. I had a steak and seered shrimp with vegetables and it was amazing. I'll be back! No waiting on being seated either. I absolutely love chilis the servers are always nice and service is great. My favorite foods are the chicken crispers and the chicken fajitas they are so delicious i dont know how they do it but once you bite into it your mouth explodes with flavor its just amazing. The prices are good also so you know you will never pay too much and you barely have to wait for your food. I HAVE NEVER EVER had a bad plate of food at chilis. They always bring you your food hot and fresh never cold. I think chilis is place for everyone because once you go you will never stop going back. read more

Such variety & always great! From the Queso & Southwest Eggrolls to Quesedilla explosion salad, Honey Chipolte Crispers or ribs...you can't go wrong! And every dessert is good reason for an extra few minutes of exercise, in my opinion!
