Put my name on the list, showed up, told me before I could tell them my name that it was 20 minutes or longer (there were several open tables), I told him I was on the waitlist and he told me that he could not even see that as their branch did not use the yelp waitlist. I said ok well I have 4 people and he said I don't care how many you have it's still at least a 20 minute wait. I said ok and we set down and then he preceded to tell me what my name was because miracle of miracles I guess he could in fact see the waitlist I told him yes that was me and said something like I guess you can see it then huh... he was incredibly rude and the whole restaurant smelled horrible. Wow I used to love this location but sadly it has gone extremely downhill. I walked in looking forward to having a nice delicious meal after a long day at work. Turns out it took at least ten minutes for a hostess to come up front to get me seated. Then a group of employees were standing around talking like a bunch of high school girls right in front of the table I was seated at for at least ten to fifteen minutes before one of them could even be bothered to take my order. Then they took about another ten to twenty minutes to bring the food out. It wasn't even busy in there. There are literally no excuses for this appalling lack of customer service. On top of that, servers demand to collect a 20% tip while doing nothing but socializing. From what I have seen in the majority of recent reviews from the past couple of months, this seems to be the norm here. You're better off driving to the chili's in Pryor if you're craving their food that bad. You would probably make the 45 minute drive, be seated, and have your food arrive much sooner, and by the time you get your check in the same amount of time as you would at this location right here in town! read more

We arrived at Chili's at 4:45. We were hoping to beat the dinner crowd, which we did. However, it took forever for a server to take our drink orders. Finally, we were served old tea and broken chips and salsa. We ordered 2 salsas but we received one. No real big deal. We ordered a salad and 2 old timers. It took 35 minutes to receive our order with only 4-6 people in the entire restaurant. Never saw our server again. Our burgers were warm and the fries were cold and old. The chicken on my salad has been removed from a refrigerator and sliced . Therefore it was hard and very cold. I can't remember having such terrible service or food in my life. I like to go to Chili's because I like the soup and salad lunch and the rewards program. I went for a late lunch today, the store manager and his manager were sitting in the dining room. With a bottle of water and a frozen drink. I have a problem paying for a drink when the managers won't even drink it. I'm very happy to know I can bring my own drink in! She came by several times to ask us if we were ready to order and we informed her we were still browsing. We finally were ready to order only to find half the items on the menu (e.g burgers, soup, chili, certain sandwiches) we were unable to order because they were out of these items. She should have told us this up front (before she took our drink order). Wasted our time. Another waitress did the same thing to other customers. Probably under managers instruction. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were seated at a dirty table and did not get our drinks for at least ten minutes. Once we were finally greeted by our waitress, we asked for our table to get cleaned, and the lady used a paper towel to wipe the sticky stuff off of our table (obviously did not work). We ended up having to go and grab the cleaning supplies to do it ourselves. We were also greeted with dirty silverware (4 sets to be exact) and no drink refills. When we asked to speak to a manager the manager sent one of the hosts to talk to us, and we NEVER saw him/her. Although the host, Lenorra, helped us out a lot, I would say this place has EXTREMELY poor management and the manager should be fired immediately. Horrible experience at this place. Placed an order To-Go and pulled into the designated spot along with the other waiting cars. A young lady comes to the car and asks for the name order and as I'm waiting she runs back out and tells me my order is not ready and that I would have to go inside in 5 minutes to get the order myself as she continues to run out other orders. Been a fan of Chili's since 1980's in Houston, but ate my last meal there ever last night. This review is more about corporate boobery than this particular restaurant. Basically, you now have to sit there with a tv screen on your table trying to upsell you. I'm sure some mba consultant dreamed this up to increase margins, but what they did is so offensive and obtrusive what they've really done is commit corporate suicide. My advice: short the stock of Brinker International. This restaurant was poor, also. Salads inedible because of the amount of dressing slopped on. Not our best experience tonight. Long wait for someone to come greet us, approximately 5 minutes. Server was nice, but drinks sat empty quite a bit. We ordered 2 orders of cheese bites for appetizers that never came, they were never rung in. Server talked up the 30% more meat on the fajitas. What came out was definitely NOT 30% more meat. I eat here probably once a month. Several reviews note slow service; I've only experienced that once (the day before Thanksgiving last year). The food is pretty good--although, admittedly, I can only speak to a couple of their dishes as I am a vegetarian. But the few that I order taste good. I love that I can order any of their burgers and have them substitute a black bean patty. The new burger with egg on it (forgot the name) is really good, and the guacamole burger is an old favorite. I'd say the only thing I ever have an issue with is the waiter not paying attention when I order lol. Nearly every time I go, I ask the fries to be substituted with broccoli. So my fiance' and i had a crazy sweet tooth last night and decided a molten choclate cake from chilis would fix it very nicely. I called it in and when i got there it was ready just as they said it would be. I get home and we are ready to dive into this awesome confecsion of sweetness only to find out we have to put it together.BOO. So we get it together and its nothing like when we get it there at the resturant. And the weird part is there is this hard as rock chocalate stuff in between the ice cream and the cake. GROSS. This Chili's is a good one. We always get good food and service. The best thing, though, is that they have a bowl of corn you can order on the kid's menu. Our granddaughter LOVES corn so that makes Chili's our go to place when she is with us. We've been disappointed by some of the other Chili's but this one, closest to our Tulsa home, is a good one. :-) read more

This spot represents the chain fairly well, and has improved over the years. Some time back, I ordered a dish with tuna and it suffered from freezer burn. But we happened to have an occasion to get some take-out not too long ago and we just got some sandwiches. But the sandwiches were AMAZING! I wish the young lady that took our order had told us that non-white bread was an option, but we didn't notice that until we looked at the take-out menu. Still, there are sandwiches, and there are GREAT sandwiches... and we'll go back to Chili's for THOSE sandwiches! read more

I have always enjoyed Chili's however, this time the experience was not one I would ever want to repeat. I was there around 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. I sat in the bar area. The waitress was very involved with one customer at the bar, and finally looked up, right before I gathered my things to leave and told me she would "be right with me". I ordered a Pinot Grigio and she told me that they were out of that...(the only Pinot they had). I ordered the fried asparagus for an appetizer and it came out promptly, however, it was like eating wood. It was absolutely inedible. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and it was so overdressed with dressing, I couldn't eat it. My waitress didn't offer to take anything off my bill, although she could see I ate almost none of what I had ordered. I paid my bill, and made a mental note to never come back. read more

Not my favorite location. The food is always great, but the service is TERRIBLE. I have been here several times, and the service doesn't seem to get any better. The visit I will never forget is when we waited 15 minutes just to be seated while there was no one waiting and plenty of tables available. That night, it had happened to more than just our party. Chips and salsa had greasy chips and when asked for a fresh batch, these were just as bad. Rest of meal was so-so, except when we asked for BBQ sauce for the baby-backs, they bring a tiny cup that would have been just right for 2 ribs, not that full rack on our order. Grand finale was going to the restroom, stepping over the epic strand of TP in the hall in front of the disgusting men's room. Like a bad nightclub, one stall was backed up and the other was in use. I was facing the opposite wall but hear the roll spin several times and then the stall opens, quickly followed by the exit door - no flush, no hand washing, nothing. I LOVE Chili's and that's why I chose to eat there while I was in Tulsa today instead of a non chain restaurant. Wrong decision on my part. Everyone in our party wanted to go somewhere else but I craved the fajita trio. It was horrible. It was overly sauced, and the steak and chicken were barely sliced. My wife ordered a featured cocktail offered by our server and she didn't take more tan two sips because the only taste was tequila. I'm al for getting a bit more alcohol in it but not so much that it overpowers everything. Very disappointing visit. On a side note, our server was EXELLENT! read more

What in the world? I went to have lunch with my mom and sister and we were all disappointed. The service was terrible - this was surprising as the restaurant was slow. This is the worst chilis I have ever visited! I ordered from tex mex menu and my order came out cold. My waiter who was slower than a 90 year old w/ a walker, took it back to have them remake. Second try COLD. I gave up and while waiting on a cup of soup, I had to get myself water, my son some ranch dressing, and I had to also get kids drink refills. Meanwhile, all waiters were hanging in kitchen chatting it up. The table across from us just ordered chips w/ cup of guacamole and salsa and it took their waiter over 30 minutes to bring it out and that was after the gentleman at the table got up, hunted down hostess and ask her to find out if he would get his chips tonight. What makes it even worse there wasn't even 7 tables busy and 8 waiters on floor. Needless to say what was supposed to be this mom's night off for the first time in 2 months I ended up with shitty service, no real dinner, and still had to wait on kids and myself!
