We came here looking for some good food and beers, and overall, we had a nice experience. We ordered the corn skillet and a cheeseburger, and both were pretty good. The biggest disappointment was the beer selection. Since this is a brewery, we were really looking forward to trying a variety of their beers and doing a flight, but quite a few beers were sold out. On top of that, only certain beers could be included in the flight, and several of those weren't available either, so we ended up having to double up on some beers. Overall, it's a nice spot with good food and a great atmosphere, but I really wish there had been a better selection of beers availableespecially for a brewery. We went here with some out of town friends after letting our kids play at the Gathering Place for two hours. Food was good. The kids apple slices had to brown spots (like bruises on the apple) which the kids didn't enjoy. It took a little bit of time to get water refills throughout our time there, which wasn't great after being at the park for two hours. Came here to hang out and eat as we got hungry. The food was okay. Pizza was good, broccoli was severely undercooked, and the chicken left a horrible after taste. We waited almost 20 minutes for our appetizer, before asking about it. Our waitress "got confused" and "thought we wanted it to come out with the rest of our food" we never said that. This is a solid restaurant and brewery located in the Brookside district in Tulsa. It is spacious with plenty of seating and lots of TVs to watch spots. The staff are always very welcoming and accommodating whether you come by yourself or with a large group. It can get crowded on weekends, but there's usually ample parking in the back lot, street, or neighborhood. They have an impressively large collection of local craft beers, and they brew their own as well, including the Old King Kolsch and Bluesberry Ale. Their food menu includes tasty and filling nachos, pizza, and burgers. Some of our favorite appetizers include their Boom Boom Shrimp and their Dipping Trio chips with guacamole, white queso, and salsa. I highly recommend trying the Hatch Green Chili Burger if you want to have a strong, spicy kick. read more

I picked up an online order on Friday and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. The food was ready about 20 minutes after the estimated pickup time, which I understand can happen, but it was not busy and what stood out was the bartender's attitude. Despite multiple polite yet loud attempts to get her attention, she remained on her phone and unresponsive, even after I called out multiple times. It wasn't until a guest at the bar tapped her that she finally acknowledged me. When she did, she seemed visibly annoyed and made no effort to be courteous. She eventually located my order and handed it to me with a flat, insincere "thank you for your patience." As someone who has worked in the service industry, I always try to give others the benefit of the doubt, but in this case, the interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional especially considering the bar wasn't particularly busy at the time. What if you came to my house and I served you that? Hubby loved his fish & chips and when raw meat was pointed out to the waiter, he apologized and it was remade. I loved the "burnt" edges of the burger. The burger sauce was good, on the side. Too bad it came the second time as raw as the first! Customers should be listened to -- I don't like/ eat raw meat. For brewery I guess expected a few more selections in the fruits and cider style beer. We did try a couple - One was a sweet tea but not overbearing sweet, Mighty delish! The other had a subtle blueberry flavor with a lil spritz to it. Waiter was slow at first but then got better. Maybe too many tables at once... the food was 8/10 hot and homemade mash potatoes mmmm good we had chicken fried steak- large portions and chicken fried chicken. The chicken was perfect. It was not greasy and it was not dry. Mac and cheese need little more flavor but was piping hot. You would think a roll or toast would be served with but no. Not too crowded nice comfy seating white leather boots and the wall art was nice pics on large canvases . Parking in the back and it was a full house. Here we are again. This is now the fifth time in a row--yes, count it, fifth--that I have placed an order for Mike's meatloaf and specifically requested no chili sauce. And, once again, I picked up my food only to find it, you guessed it, covered in chili sauce. Last time, the manager, Christina, provided me with two $10 coupons for my trouble. I had no intention of using them, but as I've mentioned in previous reviews, my kids enjoy eating at Bricktown and convinced me to give it another shot. Unfortunately, this experience was no different. When I placed my order with Brittany, I explicitly asked a second time to hold the chili sauce. Brittany reassured me, saying, "I got you, I even circled it." Yet, somehow, this instruction never made it to the ticket (see attached). Upon returning home and discovering the chili sauce again on the meatloaf, I called and spoke with the manager. She remembered me from my last visit and told me to come back, promising to take care of it. When I returned, they refunded the meatloaf, but I insisted on having my entire meal comped, to which they complied. However, I did not receive credit for the two $10 coupons, nor did I get the tip back that I gave Brittany for botching my order. One-time mistakes happen. Twice, okay, it's the restaurant business. But the fifth time? This is either sheer incompetence or intentional. Do not spend your money here unless you enjoy paying a premium for the wrong food. This was fun! We had hit a nearby art museum and garden to get some culture. Then it was time to check out the local brewery scene. Bricktown has cool decor. It is located in a neat part of town with small shops, restaurants and coffee houses. A good space for hanging out. The brewery has both indoor and outdoor seating. Our beer tender, Anika was great. She knew the draft beers and gave solid recommendations. We were a bit peckish so we ordered some cheese curds. I'm a sucker for fried cheese! They were delicious and complimented our selection of brews. The Bricktown specific beers that we tried were all solid. We did some tasters of a variety from other locals on draft. Had there been more time I think we would have had lunch here but there were more activities on our schedule. read more

The food was ok but I was having a hard time with the customer service. It took us awhile to place our order. Once we got our order, we asked for mayo but we never received it. Our waiter never checked in on us especially when we didn't have anymore water and was so thirsty. We had to ask our host to even get our bill to pay. It wasn't busy and there was so many employee working in the restaurant so I want sure what was going on. I visited this place on 9.23.21 with some friends from work. I have been to the OKC location several times, but this was a first. Devon, our bartender, provided great service. She is very personable as well as professional, making great beer suggestions. While waiting for our food, the manager (Molly, maybe?) came out and very sincerely apologized to me, saying that my pizza had been wiped out in a freak accident in the back. A new one was being made, and I would be comped. I told her there was no need to comp since I wasn't in any hurry, but she insisted. Hell, she didn't have to say anything about it at all. She and Devon, because of that situation, cranked up the hospitality even more. The beer was cold and the veggie pizza was legit, but the service - pinnacle. This is an update as I had a review from a previous visit that indicated my displeasure for this place, the wine pour was very small and service was slower than a snail. The past manager even asked me to come back for a dinner, free. That was nice but I want my reviews to be based on what an average customer experiences. GLAD I revisited this with a group of friends as this experience was everything I want in a place. It was clean, lively (but not too much, our server was over the top great. Had cheese curds for the first. I was hesitant but it did not disappoint. But the winner of the night (besides our server) was the fish and chips. The first beer batter version I enjoyed, it was not too puffy. The accoutrements that when along with the dinner were great. I will put in a plug to have avocado fries back on the menu.
