For appetizer we had the spinach artichoke dip. It had great crust and flavor. The pita chips were a great compliment. They were warm and soft. The pizza we had was the chicken bacon jalapeño 14 inch regular crust. It was a great pizza. Even when reheating, the cheese remained gooey and the crust stayed soft and not chewy. We arrived for dinner and were seated immediately, which unfortunately ended up being the highlight of the entire experience. When our server came to take drink orders, she had to be reminded multiple times about beverages we had already ordered. Refills were another challenge entirely and required repeated reminders throughout the evening. It took so long for her to return and take our food order that our table seriously considered tabbing out and leaving before we even ordered. When she finally did take the order, her pen didn't work. Instead of getting another pen, she pretended to write anyway and rely on the embossment left on the paper to remember the order. Meanwhile, there was a podium within arm's reach with dry-erase markers that could have solved the problem immediately. She skipped one person at our table entirely and had to be reminded to take his order. When food finally started coming out, only three of the nine plates arrived. About ten minutes later a few more plates showed up, but one entrée was still missing. Despite repeatedly telling our server that it was missing, it apparently had never even been entered into the system. At the same time, another guest at our table was missing a salad and someone else never received their pasta salad side. All of this happened while we continued having to remind our server about drink refills. After asking for a manager, she came out and apologized and said she had removed the items we didn't receive. However, when the check arrived it was still incorrect and had to be sent back twice before it was fixed. By this point we had been there nearly two hours and one member of our party had still never received their meal. To be fair, the staff did eventually make things right from a payment standpoint. But by this time everyone in our party was frustrated and just wanting to leave. Unfortunately, the situation then took another strange turn when a random woman sitting at the bar, who I'm a little suspicious may have actually been an employee, decided to insert herself into the situation and began insulting and threatening members of our party. When someone in our group suggested stepping outside to discuss it on equal footing, she suddenly lost interest and that was the end of it. It was an unnecessary escalation that management should never have allowed to happen. If I had to grade the experience: Server: F. If your pen stops working, get another pen. There was even a dry-erase marker sitting at the podium within arm's reach. Trying to take an order you can't actually read later is a predictable recipe for mistakes. With nine people ordering food and drinks, it's simply unrealistic to think you can remember everything from an impression in a piece of paper. Management: F. Even though things were eventually corrected on the bill, giving a nine-top to someone who was clearly new with no oversight is a management failure. Allowing another patron, or possibly an employee, to insert themselves into the situation and hurl insults and threats at a guest is also a management failure. Food: C. What we actually received was fine, but it certainly wasn't worth the two-hour ordeal it took to get it. Overall this was supposed to be a simple dinner with friends and family. Instead it turned into a long, disorganized experience full of missing orders, repeated mistakes, and unnecessary drama. read more

Nothing like a fresh whiff of junk sushi from the below restaurant before going upstairs. We got the BBQ pork 14" pizza. Beers were cold and refreshing, service quick and polite. Pizza was absolutely trash. Toppings were fine but the crust was basically "pre-manufactured junk." Pretty much chewing through a used tire. Also WHY DO YOU ALLOW DOGS??? We were sat at a dirty table, which to be fair, we chose to sit at, but they never came around to wipe off the food chunks or the water puddles that were gleaming. We didn't take any pictures of the food, but there was a hair on our round pizza that almost seemed baked into the pie. They also never gave us the pizza slice holder, so we had to go hands in on this hot pizza. We WOULDVE asked our server for the utensils, but she never came around for refills or asked us how we were, so it just seemed like a lost cause. Regardless if she was busy or not, we saw her pre-bus all her other tables, so maybe she assumed we wouldn't tip since we looked younger. Took my friend out for his birthday, upon getting seated we waited 20 minutes to be served. Before being served at all we were rudely approached by the bar tender to close the window. Not only that but one of our food items was not served. The atmosphere was good, but the poor service overshadowed any positives. I left feeling frustrated and unlikely to return. read more

My mom is visiting Oklahoma for the first time from Indianapolis. We just moved here from Columbus, OH and haven't been to many restaurants yet. We have, however, been to Waters Edge in BA. I was so excited to take my mom there because we loved the food, wine, and decor. (Service both times was slow but friendly.) This time was a huge disappointment. We were told to seat ourselves, so we picked a table out of 4 others that were open. There were 3 servers working, but wasn't overly busy. (About 2pm on a Friday.) A waitress came over after about 5 minutes and asked what we wanted to drink. My mom ordered an iced tea. I asked for a water and a taste of their driest rosé. (We have ordered bottles of Sauvignon blanc, so I wanted to try something new.) She walked away before I could tell her what my children wanted. I never got my rosé sample and we waited 22 more minutes without any interaction. Therefore, we sadly left. She never smiled at us, apogized for the wait or even said she'll be with us momentarily. It's like we were invisible. We had two hungry children and (now) 2 hangry adults. We tried The Rooftop just down the street. We were sat right away and greeted within seconds by Arianna. She was personable, warm, and very welcoming. She recommended the pulled pork sliders for my mom and she was not disappointed! (I was actually jealous I didn't order them, lol.) I had a wedge salad with a side of French fries. My daughter had a scrumptious, gooey kids grilled cheese and my son had the kids pizza which was huge! (Only $5 for his pizza and his drink. Whaaaat?!) We sat outside and it was a lovely setting. The flowers around us were well taken care of, the entire restaurant/patio was clean, and every server was attentive. Man I really want to love this place, but can't. Met some friends here and sat on the rooftop. Damn it's hot up there. No breeze, just sun. Finally got an umbrella to our table. I ordered the Pasta Putanesca while she ordered the hot Ham n Cheese. The ham. Cheese was good, but nothing you couldn't make at home. The Puttanesca was good, but needed salt. Portion size for price was smaller than you would expect. Our friends ordered a pizza and wedge salad. I have to say the wedge was small and if you really want a wedge go to Outback. Drinks were good, service was pretty good considering how busy they were. I've been here a few times and enjoy it, but it could be so much better. read more

My girlfriends and I went to the rooftop after the wine walk and broken arrow last week. There were only two restaurants listed with food even though there usually or more and one restaurant literally just didn't do food even though that was part of their deal. So we were not happy. We mainly were only having thimbles of wine but we still wanted some actual food so we went up here for pizza. It was pretty good! My friend ordered rattlesnake shots for all of us and the bartender didn't know what those were. When they figured it out it still took a good 45 minutes to actually get them. They weren't honestly that busy so it was kind of surprising. But they may have been short staffed. The pizza I got was the margherita with balsamic reduction. It was excellent. We also ordered a mushroom one but I focused on the margherita lol. I live downtown so this is not convenient for me but I would definitely check it out again if I was in that neck of the woods! read more

I am visiting from Dallas and really wanted to give this place a shot. Came here for some drinks with my sister just to talk and hangout after dinner since we never get time together away from the kids. We got sat by a lady and she asked us what we wanted to drink.. so we gave her our order. Then another lady asked us what we wanted to drink. And we gave our order... and we asked to have 2 drinks so we didn't have to bother them & so we could just talk and be on our way. The server straight up said no and that it was "illegal". What? I am a server in the bar/restaurant industry and have never heard of that in my life. She straight up lied to us and so we gave up. And said fine. We drank our drinks & finished our first round. Waited 20 mins for someone to come take our order.. A new server came and got our second drink order. About 30 mins passed and no drinks. Finally an hour of waiting we decided to leave and close our tab only to find our drinks sitting at the bar? The lady proceeded to hand us the drinks. We honestly didn't even want them at that point. But we drank them & that will be the last time we ever go there. Better luck at the tavern where we had the best time & service to finish out our evening. What a mess. read more

We absolutely loved this place. It has a super cool atmosphere in downtown rose district. We ordered the jalepeno poppers as a starter and they were delicious and so creamy and cheesy. My husband had the pizza and said he loved it. I had the Turkey sandwich and pasta and loved both. We both left happy and full. We also really enjoyed the ambiance. It was very busy and upbeat. Had an indoor/outdoor interior. You walked in at ground level and climbed stairs to get to the top. There was also a patio with fans/misters, TVs and a view of the street! We stopped here after Spamalot at the Broken Arrow PAC. We originally stopped at the tavern, but they kindly redirected us to the rooftop due to better Gluten-free options. They are under the same management or ownership. Well we were really pleased. My Long Island tea was spot on and although I got only a small salad it was packed with flavor. My husband LOVED the Dagwood sandwich. Funny thing was we both thought the bartender ( we sat at the bar) looked like Sal Vulcano from impractical jokers but neither of us would admit it until the next day. I would add he looked like a fitter and younger version of Sal. No disrespect intended! He definitely had the New York Swagger! I can't wait to go back and try some gluten-free pizza! read more

It was such a beautiful day out today that we thought we would try the rooftop in broken arrow. We try to take advantage of outdoor seating whenever possible. I read some other yelp reviews about the food not being so great but I wanted to try it for myself. I absolutely love pizza so I got the pepperoni and my husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich. I can honestly say that the buffalo chicken was the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. The chicken was shredded and minced ( obviously chicken used for the buffalo pizza) sour and mealy. I don't know how my husband finished his half. The pasta salad that came with it was quite delicious though. The pizza on the other hand, was good. It was a flat bread style and a good size for $10. I like to support the new businesses in BA but I think I'll just pass on this one. read more

I'm a sucker for rooftops. If I were to come back to The Rooftop, the rooftop seating would probably be the only reason why. Food: Eh. The menu is really small - mainly sandwiches and pizzas. I got the Dagwood because the horseradish mayo sounded intriguing. I could barely taste it, so the sandwich was pretty boring. The pizzas didn't look too appetizing either. It came with a pasta salad, which was also eh. Not the best, not the worst. Service: Service was really good. We were constantly checked on, even though we were out on the patio. Food came out surprisingly fast. Patio/Ambiance: The saving grace of this restaurant. The inside part of the restaurant looked okay (but I really only walked through it for a minute). The rooftop patio = love. Clean and new with a large screen on the wall to project things. The table umbrellas even have built in USB hubs, so you can charge your phone (A+++++). This place would be a really cool/fun place to watch a game outside. You also have a nice view of good, ole downtown BA. read more

I had Chicken Bacon Jalapeño yumminess, my husband had the house salad and Sausage Pizza of some sort. No picture of that bc he dived in too quickly! His salad and pizza arrived at the same time and that shouldn't EVER happen. Our waiter had been there 2 weeks and was VERY average but since he was new I'll let that pass. Suffice to say he was more interested in TV and the girls working than service. Oh well... The hostess (noonish on Sunday) was wonderful! Today was my first visit to the roof top and after my meal today it won't be the last. I enjoy the rose district in Broken Arrow and have another reason give I had a delicious pizza, salad, appetizer in a warm, friendly and trendy establishment. At the top of the stairs we were greeted quickly and seated and a server arrived quickly to get our drink order. Those soon showed at the table and out appetizers were happily taken. I had a ceasar salad and my wife ordered the old fashion bruchetta. We also ordered the pasta Alfredo and a single pizza. More than enough for me, my wife and 3 year old daughter. So the service is great here. Couldn't have been happier. The food.... WOW! Nothing traditional about any of it. I'm 100% okay with that. The salad and app were thoughtfully designed and plated well. The flavors all integrated well together and we're delicious. Our pizza was amazing. They are small but for 2 they fit the bill nicely. The crust was fantastic, the bacon was crispy and yum. I am a HUGE fan of the bitters you get from arugula so this pie (Jack Attack) was a hit. The Alfredo pasta was good and my daughter loved it, but for me it didn't stand out as the bear I'd ever had but when it's good its hard to complain about?
