Ordered two medium pizzas, three beginner salads three waters, and a kid DP. We had to comment on the salads being served after the pizzas arrival. Usually, since I have frequented here many times before, the salads make a presence with the drinks. But let me stay on track. This was an utter disappointment and floor manager, talked at us saying she would comp the salads., whatever that means... talking at us when she brought the pizzas to our table, and dashed. Ok I get it, you're busy. But it's literally slow dead in here. I ordered the rigatoni pasta which the taste was off. This whole trip was off. I am not really into writing a review like this, but this experience was nothing to write home to mama about. Goodness gracious my momma was sitting next to me during this horrid event. While on a family trip, this spot came highly recommended for large groups and its wide variety of food options. Ambiance The setup gives classic pizza‑parlor energy, complete with a bar centered in the middle of the space. They also offer large circular booths that work well for big parties, along with high‑top tables and high‑chair seating in the bar area. Service Our server was incredibly patient with our larger group. She helped us navigate the menu, offered suggestions, and handled any modifications we needed without hesitation. She even made sure we had clean plastic utensils when the silverware supply ran low--small detail, but very appreciated. Food You really can't go wrong with the pizza here. Everything is hand‑tossed and made to order, which is always a plus. The marinara sauce was just okay for me, and the pizza leaned a bit on the greasy side, but overall it was still enjoyable. The signature plastic cups were a fun touch--some even change color depending on the temperature. Overall I'd recommend giving this place a try if you're ever in Broken Arrow. The bar area is above average for a pizza joint, it feels spacious and welcoming rather than an after thought. If you can, grab a seat at the bar when Joe or Cydney are working. They are hands-down the best bartenders in the building. The happy hour drink prices do not disappoint. Since we moved to Broken Arrow from Southern California, we've been looking for a good pizza shop, and we feel we found one. Interior looks good with large booth seating and large wooden tables, unlike many other typical pizza shops. We also liked large surrounding windows with outside views. Cheyenne, our server was very friendly and we started with salad, fried mushrooms and they were all good. We chose a typical medium (8slices, this can feed 3 people easy. We ate 2 slices each and took home the rest) with pepperoni, sausages, green peppers and mushrooms for $20.99. Very reasonable. What's not to like? Cozy atmosphere, great service and even better pizza. We go here about once every 2 weeks and we've never been disappointed, I've had their naked wings and they were great. My husband's family lives in Stillwater so he's used to the original Hideaway location. This one was pretty close to being as good as the original! Staff was friendly and efficient and the pizzas we ordered were delicious. Gotta get that Hideaway ranch on the side! Restaurant had the air cranked on our visit so be aware of this if you get cold easily. The started salads are good for basic salads, decent size. Before the family decided to hit the road for Spring Break, we were told in Sunday school about Hideaway Pizza. We were told everything on the menu was great. When we arrived at this location, parking was not an issue yet the entrance is located next to an access road so keep an eye out as you drive in. We met up with my wife's friends who were waiting for us. It's a large place with many TV's with a Dave and Busters feel. Our server was nice yet didn't visit us alot throughout the meal. There are tons of choices for your family on the menu. Our hosts ordered cheese sticks and ravioli which were warm and tasty. We ordered 3 pies one pepperoni, the "sin" of pineapple and pepperoni, and a meat lovers pie. While waiting we use the restrooms that were located in the far left behind the bar. The pineapple pepperoni pizza had a great mix without one flavor over powering the other. The meat lovers pizza was just bursting with flavor and the crust was fluffy enough to eat. We were there Saturday evening, party of 19 for a birthday party and this place was busy! The food and service were excellent!!! And most of the servers, workers were YOUNG people, well dressed, professional, hard working teens. Our drinks and appetizers came out quickly, then the pizzas started coming. I love hideaway pizza. First, the pizza is just good!! I've never been to this particular location but excited to try it out. I'm actually visiting someone at the local St John ascension hospital and needed to step out for food. The location is in close proximity to hospital. The travel time was not bad as the highway is also close. The restaurant is pretty crowded but no problems with that as we are ordering carry out. The customer service seems on point. I am actually writing the review before I've tasted the food so I will definitely do a follow up as far as the tasting and presentation of the food. I've been frequenting Hideaway for the better part of 20 years. There's a reason for that, it's good pizza! This location in BA is among my favorite to visit. For one, obviously the food is just as good here as any other location I've visited. If you're not familiar with Hideaway let me tell you, the variety of pizzas they have are fantastic! I also like how they are named after iconic Oklahoma stuff and people! Being a fan of pepperoni, the Pepperonipalooza makes me smile on the inside and out! Specifically about this location I love it's size. It has a LOT of tables and a nice size full service bar as well. The staff have always been friendly during my multiple trips to this locaiton. One note I have to add is during the CORONA lock down I had some curb side ordered one Sunday afternoon. As a project manager I have to tell you I was impressed at the level of organization and quick turn around time from when I pulled into one of at least 25 numbered and marked spaces. It was clear to me that what I saw spoke of a well trained staff with thoughtful leadership. It's this sort of thing that will keep me coming back for another 20 years! Great job Hideaway! I must say, this place has some really great pizza. It's great to have pizza from a place different than Dominoes, Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. However I would throw mine in the oven for 8 minutes on 375 to get that fresh out of the oven flavor. I ordered the Big Country and it was definitely great. I highly suggest this pizza or possibly any pizza from this establishment. Price: Now the thing about this place, their pizza is a little costly. The pizza I ordered, a large, was $26. This was only for a pickup and not a delivery. However the pizza was pretty huge. I think that I got what I paid for. This place off the highway between Tulsa and our way to Tahlequah was a great place to stop. The food was absolute delicious and we were lucky enough to stop at lunch so we could try different things. We had planned on getting a couple of pizzas and getting back on the road as soon as we could. Well the specials, which included $3 off pizzas, $2 off pasta and $1 off salads, I decided to try the Bac n Mac n Cheese. It was so good and it had so much chicken. I am so glad I ordered that. My wife and daughter both ordered salads: the wedge and a cesar salad. I course I had to taste both and we are all still arguing which was better. And the pizzas were delicious as well. As for getting back on the road quickly, well that didn't happen. We had a great conversation with "Michelle" [that's not it, her name was a German version of it but I can't recall what it is now]. She was so great to talk to. Super friendly and great waitress making sure our drinks were full and seeing if we needed anything else. NOTE to "Michelle": my wife typically doubles the tax as our tip. Our tax in CA is 9.5% so we typically give about 18.5%. It wasn't until we reached Tehlaquah that she realized OK doesn't have a high rate like ours. She was like "we need to go bac.... NO". We're visiting family and they told us about this pizza joint. I hadn't gotten to Yelp around beforehand but we were pleasantly surprised with the outcome. We came on a Monday evening as a party of 5 adults and 2 kids. Jared was our server and took great care of us. He brought out plates, extra napkins, and some silverware before hand. He kept drinks filled and was very attentive. We ordered a cheese pizza for the little ones to share while we got the 10 piece boneless bbq wings and a small Big Country. My in-laws ended up getting garlic knots and the chicken Florentine, while grandpa got the supreme with extra pineapples (I know, I know, pineapples *shivers*). The wings weren't half bad. Not the best, but not the worst. They were however, generous with the sauce, winning. The Big Country was actually really good. At first glance I thought we made a mistake ordering a small, but it was the perfect size for two adults who also ordered an appetizer to share. I was skeptical about the kielbasa but it actually added a nice flavor to the overall dish. If we end up coming back out here down the road, we'd definitely come back! Well, it has been over a year since the last disappointing visit to the Broken Arrow Hideaway Pizza. I am happy to say that it appears they are back in the game. We ordered 2 Italian Subs w/Chips and a side of their Fried Ravioli to go. The Subs were loaded with meat; the ravioli was fresh, hot and tasty. When Hideaway does it right they are hard to beat. Hands down the best hot Italian Sub of any restaurant in Broken Arrow. So, whatever their problems were a year ago (staffing and or/management) they had their act together today. I worked remotely in Tulsa for three years and started going to this restaurant once a week. Ended up eating all my lunch and dinners there. Great variety in menu choices and they would customize any dish. One of the best happy hours I've seen in my travels. Staff was great! Ashley was a fantastic bartender and eventual friend. This experience today was a two star review. Started off great got seated right way on a Friday night around 5:30. However, our waitress was a nice girl but it took a very long time get our drinks. She was not very responsive to filling our drinks or getting our plates for our appetizers. We already had our appetizers for a little while and have been ready to order but the girl would set things down and then walk away to help her other tables. We waited for our food for over 50 minutes. We understand it's a Friday night and she didn't have many tables. We stop one of the mangers Jack and asked very nicely if he could check on our food. He seemed annoyed when asking. When walking back there he probably sent the kitchen manger out to our table. She was a very nice lady and kept checking up on us. She sent our waitress over to asked what we could use. We needed refills, mind you we been needing refills for a good minute now. After we got our food the kitchen manger came over and said the appetizer was on the house and gave us $10 on our next visit. We love coming to this Hideaway and usually have a great dinner. But where we had the most problems is Jack ( the manger) not evening coming back over later( which he walked by many times) to ask if everything was resolved. read more

Pizza is hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's too dry with too much crust and barely any sauce. Theres only toppings on barely half the pizza and the rest is crust. Also I find whatever herb shake they use on some pizzas vile. It is unnecessary and tastes odd, like a musty flavor. The Hurricane with pepperoni added and bbq sauce instead of pizza sauce is prob the best one. The prices are outrageous. Last order was near 80 dollars for 2 large specialty pizzas. They are good, but not that good. We will be going elsewhere for pizza from now on. Just too pricey. read more

Hideaway is my go to when I'm in Broken Arrow. While their pizza is not exactly custom made it's good. I purchased the Ultimate pizza that comes packed with practically all the meat and vegetables you might want. They are efficient and offer drive up delivery. I do find it a bit awkward when the staff delivering to your vehicle comes to you to complete your order by placing the tablet in your face with the gratuity page for you to complete. I could have actually walked twenty steps to go in to pick it up myself. Nonetheless, I tipped $6.00 on a $17.00 order. I'm not cheap, lazy or disabled so in the future I'll just go in to pick up my carry out just like I do at other local restaurants. read more
