Sad! This is one of our favorite places for our pizza cravings. We go here at least once a week. Lately, we have been somewhat disheartened with our pizzas. It seems the pizza is thrown together without considering the balance of ingredients. The new overwhelming amount of sauce is literally disgusting. Our visit on 1/21/22, we had to eat only the cheese and toppings which was overloaded number of mushrooms. We came on our lunch break and had no time for complaining or waiting for a reorder. We have ate at other Hideaway Pizza locations, but while out running errands we decided to try this one in Broken Arrow. We arrived after typical lunch time so there were only a few others diners while we were there. The hostess was friendly and sat us at a table as soon as we walked in. The waitress was also friendly and helpful. We ordered the fried mushrooms for an appetizer. They serve a large amount; plenty for my husband and I. We were only able to eat maybe half of them. For our entrees we ordered the Italian sub and a create your own pizza. Both were great! Even our toddler ate a fried mushroom, and especially loved the meatballs on the pizza!The only sides that were available for the sub were homemade chips and coleslaw. I would recommend this restaurant if looking for a great pizza or sub! They also offer salads and pasta, however, I personally have never tried either. read more

I ordered online in order to keep from taking a chance my order would not be filled (twice before) and was ready to use the pizza bucks your customer service people provided as an effort to make up for my previous problems. The food is good, but negative 4 stars for the service. Beware they can't accommodate parties larger than about 5 regular sized people. You might be able to fit more people in the limited number of round booths, but it would be pretty cramped. Also, they are super weird about high chairs: they said they couldn't put them with a booth, "because it'd be in the way." Well, that leaves maybe 5 tables where they're willing to put a high chair. So, you're already at a disadvantage if you have the audacity to bring young children out or to have friends that you want to dine with. Seriously, the hostesses acted like it was a jerk-move on our part to show up. So, even if there's no one else in the restaurant waiting to be seated and there are available tables that could be moved, a party of ten will have to split up and deal with annoyed servers and hostesses the whole time. The managers won't allow any moving of tables. We were told that there isn't enough room since they've remodeled the bar area... Ok, well, I think someone just needs to work on their spatial reasoning, but it's ok, I understand that it would be an inconvenience for the restaurant. Nevertheless, this creates quite a bit of hassle when trying to order, etc, which I guess I forgot was my fault. Don't worry, though: the server didn't fail to remind me that it was--as I was apologizing for us not being able to communicate across tables. Fun fact for servers who break up a party into multiple tables: you're more likely to get caught rolling your eyes. You may have turned away from the table that you were standing at, but you were facing me, so... Anyway, the circumstance of not being able to sit with all of the group I came to eat lunch with, plus the poor attitude that we received from every member of the staff really spoiled my experience. I kind of doubt that any of the children in our group will grow up asking to go to Hideaway; I'd be surprised if we visit again. Andolinis will do just fine. read more

This place was packed when we showed up with a party of 7 with some people using walkers. They seated us within about 20 minutes and our waitress Madison was really on point. She took care of us like we were family. There were no empty glasses and she was hustling. I was very impressed. The Paradise Pie was awesome and the fried mushrooms were wonderful. read more

The fried mozzarella was really good, solid balance of cheese & breading. The wings were pretty typical boneless wings. Tried the Da Bomb for the first time & it was incredible! Hideaway has been open in BA for a while now, but I just now decided to yelp it. I've been a few times and have yet to be disappointed. The menu is the same as the other sites..i.e. specialty pizza's and make your own style. The biggest downfall I'd say is that it can get pricey in a hurry if you don't watch it. Let's look at what I had on my last visit. Starters--fried mushrooms.....average, nothing to write home about Meal-We had a split pizza of pepperoni, and a meatball pizza. Hand tossed,hideaway red sauce. This was the best part. Their pizza is always good. My favorite is the Boz....try it. Good place to eat, watch your wallet because it is pizza and not steak. The best local pizza in town. The place you take out-of-town visitors for local flavor. The original crust is the best. Pro tip: get their wonderful ranch dressing to dip the outside crust in like a breadstick. The ingredients are fresh, with some ones you don't find elsewhere. The Italian sausage is my favorite. One thing I love about this place is they don't flinch or charge extra when you ask to substitute anything. So get one of their great combos, then take off what you don't line and add what you do. The service is usually very good and atmosphere is comfortable with collages and kites. read more

I decided we needed pizza for lunch, my wife wasn't so sure. We had heard that Hideaway was good so we decided to cure my craving. This was our first time so we had no real expectations. We were seated immediately and drinks followed shortly. Our server offered suggestions which we took. I did not know that there were three different kinds of pepperoni. And a pizza with garlic, bacon and sausage has to be tried. The food was prepared and delivered to the table hot and as promised. As other reviews have noted, the taste is one of the best in the area! We will be back for certain. If I had to offer a negative comment I would say that they need larger napkins. I had a medium pizza with two diferent ones the Mob Boss and the Sicilian. Mob Boss won me over, I don't like sweet stuff as much as others do. But it wasn't overpowering. I would however recommend to make the crust a little thicker in the middle, otherwise it gets too soggy with the sauce. The veggies were cooked to perfection. I am yet to try their appetizers. Ordered two pizzas a salads online, had a scheduled time to arrive ( 7:15) we arrived on time at the to go parking, literally infront of the door in the view of 5-6 car servers only to be ignored for 23min not once asked for a name on the order all the while other customers promptly being served/order checked on.
