I was pretty excited to try this place out. It was a very busy Saturday just around 12:30. There were lots of girl groups celebrating the holidays. This is a great place to do this. There is an abundance of wine to choose from. Our server was rushed (and they were packed) and I didn't get a lot of direction on the wine so I just ordered a white sampler and just asked for three dry varieties. The first one I tried (Collan) was not dry in my opinion. The Triple was drier but my favorite was the Fume. I really got hints of pinion in this final one and ordered another 5 oz. of it. We tried the avocado bruschetta to start. It was four big pieces of good bread but was more avocado toast than bruschetta. I would probably go with a different appetizer next time. We both tried the burgers. I went with the mushroom-gouda one. It was over done and not seasoned at all. The gouda was nice and gooey and the mushrooms were seasoned well. Fries were OK. The table next to us had a couple of the flatbreads and I would try those next time. Back to the service. It was OK but our server had a tendency to just show up at our table and just stand. I would come back to try more appetizers and a flight of their red offerings. I also want to know more about the winery. Maybe after the busy holidays. read more

An impromptu girls night turned into so much fun! The food and apps were delicious, and our server, Alex, made sure we were well taken care of. The food was so good we didn't even stop to take pictures, but we had a combination of the Prosciutto Fig, and Goat Cheese Flatbread, Garlic Fries, and the Friday Prime Rib Dinner. What a cute little gem in Broken Arrow. Being a Buffalo Bills fan I was happily surprised to hear the owners were from Buffalo. Go Bills Mafia! Located in the " Rose District " , that theme was carried into the interior decor. Our server Calvin was so fun and energetic. He was extremely knowledgeable as well. Being a franchise winery they do not grow their own grapes or ferment the wines. They do offer a wide selection of whites, reds, and sangrias. Wine selection was large, and the waitress was very helpful with making a selection! Had the artichoke dip, it was great and very hot. The downside was it was served with half pita, half crackers. I don't understand the point of serving with crackers. The portion for $9 was also very small. My friend and I split a flatbread pizza. I requested the balsamic glaze for taste and appearance. It added to the flavors of the Mediterranean while fusing together the tomatoes chicken and garlic. The temperature of the pizza was cool. I would've like it hotter. The paring of the wines with the flatbread is recommended as it goes well with great conversations or a simple self-focus moment. The hamburger is Kobe beef and not Japanese waygu beef. It was a good hamburger with robust grill flavor and seasoned properly. Of course the bacon added a kiss of salt. It added to the flavor without overpowering the beef with more salt. The bread, for me, added a sweetness that was unwelcomed to such a well balanced burger. read more

This place deserves 10 stars! It's amazing! It all started before we walked in...downtown Broken Arrow is so quaint. Their are lights and music for the holiday. We walked into the restaurant and it was a beautiful winter wonderland. The decor was so pretty. The menu looked delicious and the wine list was long and decently priced. Had a lovely brunch visit here for Mother's Day with my son and daughter-in-law and grandson. I had never been to Waters Edge before so I was looking forward to our visit. It's really a charming place! We had a reservation and were seated promptly. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of wines and menu. My daughter in law has a membership which we used for wine tasting and a mimosa flight. Good was good. I had Mac and cheese with burnt ends, and the rest of the table had Belgian waffle with berries, pepperoni flatbread pizza and a breakfast flatbread. I was disappointed in the Mac and cheese it seemed more like a boxed sauce. Burnt ends were good. Everyone else enjoyed their food. I'd like to come back on a Friday night when they serve prime rib. I absolutely live this establishment! I joined a friend to watch some some music, try some wines and grab a bite to eat. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and so nice. I tried the stuffed jalapeños on this occasion even after the warning from my friend that they would be hot, but everyone still loves them. I like hot so no complaints here The first one had some spice to it but the other two either didn't or my pallette had adjusted by then I have not tried anything here, food wise, that I did not like. The stuffed jalapeños were filled with gouda pimento cheese and bacon, topped with shrimp, and drizzled honey and cilantro. They were stuffed full and I loved every bite, even with the side of ranch. My friend threw a slice of her Chicken, Blue Cheese & Peaches Flatbread on my plate to try on Oh lawd! I will order that on a future visit for sure.land! I have also tried the beignets in the past and they are heavenly pillows of deliciousness My favorite wines have been Jacob's Orchard, Limocello, and my friends favorite is "Jill." The food is always spot on! They offer a wide variety of options. Everything I've tried has been wonderful. I've dined here approximately 30+ times in the last year. Usually during the day; the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the wines. The tastings are always fun and helpful in narrowing down favorites from their large offering. A recently opened large dining area offers more space for lunch overflow, groups and evenings. With a great ambience, a bit quieter than the main restaurant. They also have patio dining with fans and misters, when needed. Check out the attached all things wine boutique with lots of speciality items. Great gifts for wine lovers. I have only had one unpleasant evening when several new employees, where obviously in the early stages of training. In the current restaurant climate, professional staff is hard to find. If you are in the Tulsa area, I cannot stress enough that you have to go to this wine bistro. They make their own wine and ciders (try the pineapple cider). Absolutely phenomenal.
