Tried this restaurant for the first time this afternoon. I tried the fish and chips with fries that are made in house fresh. The fish was very good, I do not like tartar sauce whatsoever, but they're fresh made tartar sauce was very tasty. They also have malt vinegar on the table. The fries weren't for my taste, they were very soggy. The only ones I ate were the crispy ones I could find which were very few. But I still left Full. The fish, two pieces, were huge! The club sandwich was pretty good! The jalapeños sauce is sauce was not spicy at all. It had a great taste.! Steak fingers with fries an eight out of 10 the steak fingers needed a little bit more taste for my liking! They say it's kid friendly there, but the environment doesn't feel welcoming to children in my opinion so we definitely won't be coming back here until they're older. I take customers and staff here all the time and the food is always great the wait staff is always on point and very nice and the TV screens add a nice touch to the atmosphere if your into sports. Been to this spot several times in catoosa and to be honest it has just got down hill. I had good service, but the food was terrible compared to how I remember it being. Took the family out and we ended up getting the chips and queso. The chips were stale, the queso was okay but without good chips, it's hard to get excited about. The wife and I ended up getting Caesar salads as our side and honestly, I think that may have been the worst salad I have ever had. The dressing came on the side and the dish it came in made it really difficult to even mix up. I got some shrimp tacos which wasn't bad, no major complaints there. We also ended up with chicken tenders and fries... I tasted the chicken tenders and honestly I could taste the cardboard on it. Got some take out from this spot and do not regret! The food was all there and labeled. It was so warm and yummy! The queso was one of the best parts of the meal. I also tried the chicken philly and it was also just amazing! I truly don't have anything negative to say about this spot and the location is even convenient. We were staying at a nearby hotel and needed some dinner. The choices in this area were limited to the typical chain restaurants and fast food joints you can find anywhere in the US. Given the slim pickings we saw the reviews for this place were decent and we could walk on over - so we did. Being a Friday it was hopping and with no tables available inside or outside we opted to eat at the bar. Being a nondescript strip mall space it was really loud inside. The bartenders were all friendly and helpful. One minor gripe - what is it with bars and restaurants around these parts not putting prices on their drink menus???? I opted for an order of a dozen chicken wings with their bang-bang sauce (a creamy sriracha sauce) - they were crispy, tasty and very messy. We came here on the advice of Yelp. It's located in a strip mall and it's a very simple layout with minimal booth seating and an abundance of high top tables. Our table needed balancing as it was like dining on a boat. My wife had the fish and chips and I had the meatloaf sandwich. First the good. The fries were excellent and cooked perfectly. The fish was Cod and was cooked thoroughly although portions of the batter were soggy. That didn't reflect on the flavor which was average. The meatloaf in the sandwich needs more binder as half of it fell out of the sandwich on the first bite. The meatloaf itself was very tasty, I just had to pick it up off of the table and/or plate. As numerous reviews state, it is very cold in here and they need to do maintenance on their high top tables, not just trying to level them with a coaster. Our server Carly, was phenomenal and she was spot on with drink refills and suggestions. We are not sold on coming back, but time will tell. read more

Found this local dive on Yelp while in town for work. I was surprised how packed it was at 7:45 on a Wednesday. And the service and food answered that easily. The fresh cut and battered steak fingers are hands down the best I've ever eaten. Full of flavor without the flour taste. The fresh cut fries make this plate 5-stars. We've been wanting to try out this place for several years but we always forget about it when we're in the area. Today was the day! We'll definitely be back because it was sooooo good!!! My husband loves a good cheeseburger and this one was so fresh and tasted perfecto to him. I had the pig n Mac and it was creamy deliciousness, I could eat that stuff all day long. I requested that my cheeseburger be cooked completely (no pink). My server brought my food to me with the caveat that she "waited for me to return from the restroom" before bringing my food. I was away from booth for less than two minutes. My food was lukewarm--like it had been resting on the line counter for a while. My server wasn't in a hurry for anything. The meat and cheese were half on the bun, half off. The cheeseburger was a gray mass with drippy, wet cheese on top--no griddle char on the meat. "Lazy and I don't care" was the manner in which the cook made the burger--totally under a steam dome. Couldn't eat the burger. Paid my check, explained to my server that it was a sloppy mess. All right, so here is the thing, it isn't every day you find a restaurant with such fresh tasting food. Every item we ordered was made to perfection. The environment when you walk in is open and very welcoming. There's a wonderful bar area and plenty of TVs if you're interested in that. There's also enough space to have big parties. There is also a patio out front to sit when the weather is nice. when I was visiting my son in Oklahoma, we actually ate here twice in five days. :-) So if that tells you something. And yes, I know it is in Catoosa, but if you are in Tulsa, it's worth the visit next-door. read more

Not our first time here, but great food as always. They are always busy which causes a loud environment but the food offsets that. I had the Pig Out sandwich, ham, pulled pork and bacon with Cole slaw and BBQ, it is so yummy. My wife, who doesn't like BBQ has the Mac and Pig and loves the Raspberry BBQ sauce. The menu lists a decent variety of oleaginous fried finger foods which traditionally require a generous accompaniment of alcoholic solvents for proper digestion. There is a darn good-looking offering of hand held, bread and meat combinations listed. And, something for everyone; attractive salads. Just about anyone could find a desirable appetizer or meal from The Lodge's menu. A pub is a fitting establishment for the consumption of fish and chips; my choice. English style as proclaimed by the menu. Guinness battered cod with unique and tasty jalapeno hush puppies and fresh cut fries. Tarter sauce comes with the meal, but a good malt vinegar is my preferred condiment. Nicely prepared. Delicious. My wife picked the Blackened Tuna Salad. A properly encrusted, seared chunk of rare tuna on mixed greens, avocado, orange slices, slivers of celery and carrots, crunchy wonton chips, and finished with a ginger vinaigrette dressing. They had a very nice bar area & excellent cocktails. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries and it was okay! The chicken was fried nicely but was a bit thin & the Buffalo sauce was very light so it didn't really seem like a Buffalo chicken sandwich. Would probably try something else if I went back or even get the Buffalo chicken as a wrap. Their menu has plenty of options and it was a fun atmosphere, the music was loud so I wouldn't choose it as a quiet meal out. They did also have a nice outdoor area at the front. read more

Cool little American pub next to the Hard Rock in Tulsa. We sat at the bar and the time it took to get the food was impressive fast. My husband has steak fingers, I had a cup of chili and we shared a chips and queso with guacamole. Chili was amazing! Loved. A little tomatoey but, 5/5. Appetizer was lovely. Guacamole is made from scratch and the Queso and Salsa were delicious. Salsa is VERY limey but, I love lime so not offended. I found the Yelp reviews about The Lodge Eatery and Pub appealing. So my wife and I loaded up and went to check it out for ourselves. The pub is large with dining booths and tables on one side, the bar in the middle and pool tables and seating on the other side of the pub. There are 15 large TV monitors covering different sporting events. Unlike other pubs I've to that are so dark I felt I needed a flashlight. The Lodge has an all glass front allowing plenty of light. The music is plenty loud but not so loud that you have difficulty talking. The pub appears clean. The waitress we had was friendly, efficient and professional. We ordered fried zucchini as an appetizer. There was a generous portion and tasted great. I ordered chicken fried steak, mash potatoes and salad My wife ordered steak fingers, mashed potatoes and salad. Both meals was great with no issues. * I didn't take pictures of the fried zucchini. The place was busy with locals, and the service and food were great. I had a seasonal Chicken Berry salad along with a Black Apple Hibiscus Cider. My husband had a Chicken Caesar salad and jalapeño hush puppies. The salads were huge, everything fresh. Our son had two sides, macaroni and cheese plus fries; he liked both, but loved the fries. Chicken cooked perfectly. I was able to get a side of the buffalo sauce as I like it hotter than they made it and I completely understand their reasoning for that. My side was slaw and it was good. Reminded me of KFC slaw - no complaints here. They have Local as in made in Oklahoma craft beers. I had the Skydance Brewery Fancy Dance. Delicious! It's a hazy India Pale Ale. Nice bar food menu that not everything is deep fried and bland. It's located in a shopping area so parking is free and plentiful. They have an outdoor patio on the West side of the restaurant. Stopped in for a pre-concert dinner and a couple of beers. We've been to the Lodge before and enjoyed the ambience and staff. This will become a regular stop on the way to the casino. We were fortunate enough to sit at the bar where Josh, the bartender, provided excellent service. I ordered the Steak Fingers with side of mac, while she ordered the Chicken Fried Steak which came with mashed potatoes & one other side. The kitchen was very fast with our order in front of us in about 10 minutes. My steak fingers were plentiful and super tender. I easily cut them with a fork, but they did need a touch of salt. The mac n cheese was excellent. Cheesy, creamy and with a little surprise flavor of pimiento & jalapeno. Will definitely order this again. I tried a bite of her CFS and thought my steak fingers were better. The steak had good flavor and a slight chew and just not as tender.
