My mom and I went here for lunch on a Sunday and surprisingly we got seated right away. It was 2 PM but they still seemed quite busy. It was very loud in the patio room and there were lots of children so that was a little annoying. However, we knew what we wanted pretty easily so we ordered with our drink and our food as always came quick and was good like it is every time it's consistent. The waiter wasn't around a lot, but was nice and refilled my water when I asked, and this is always an easy option for lunch. I feel they are a little overpriced, but it is good portions and good food and I never feel like I go wrong here. I do love that they give you butter croissants to start your meal, which is amazing that it is free.

Cheddars has a variety of offerings which range from fried food to healthy grilled food. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is good, and the prices are fair considering the quality of the good. They have all day Happy Hour. My husband and I like to sit in the bar and share an order of their chicken fingers and fries while enjoying a glass of their all day Happy Hour beer. I also love their chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy. Sometimes we order the double chicken and an extra side or two. Cheddars is far better than other restaurants in their category.

3rd visit and my 2nd review of this Cheddars. Spouse got the same thing she had before - country fried chicken with mashed potatoes & gravy plus carrots. She pronounced it delicious and since she shared a few bites with me I agree. I tried the fish and chips. Fish was well battered and fried perfectly. The fries I think had been under a heat lamp a little too long. We sat in a section of the restaurant beneath their unique ceiling fans and a skylight. Hanna, our server, did an outstanding job for us.

For reference, we have not been to Cheddar's in probably 15-20 years. We burned out on it as it was a frequent double date night for us and friends back in the day. So we decided to go for nostalgia sake. The honey butter croissants melt in your mouth - so yummy. I ordered the Dijon chicken and mushrooms as that was my go-to years ago. And yes, I ordered both the broccoli cheese and rice casserole and regular broccoli for sides, after asking if the regular broccoli was seasoned and the waitress confirmed they use garlic butter on it. On first bite of the Dijon chicken and mushrooms, I immediately regretted my order. I'm really not sure if they changed something or if my tastebuds have just evolved with time, but this wasn't the piece of nostalgia I was looking forward too. The broccoli itself was not seasoned/barely seasoned, so the casserole was really the only thing appealing. Again, very hard to tell if it was me or a change in recipe but the flavors were so off. Very strong mushroom flavor overpowering the too sweet Dijon sauce. I was just not a happy camper. Service was fine, nothing spectacular but she did keep our drinks filled most of the time. She didn't question that I had mostly pushed food around on the plate and offered me a to-go box, which I did take because I hate waste and figured someone in our household would eat it. Overall, I don't think we'll be feeling anymore nostalgia for Cheddar's anytime soon. The place stays packed though, so I'm positive they won't miss us!

First let me say that our family has loved Cheddar's food since they first opened in Tulsa. I would like to say that they are still as good today. As I said, our family likes their food. We celebrated the patriarch's 91st birthday Sunday night. I knew from a prior birthday celebration we had there, that they don't take reservations. That means that if you have quite a few people in your party, you just have to take your chances that they can accommodate you! They do have a call ahead wait list, however it will only accept 6 people. If you have over that mark, you had better go elsewhere. It was a Sunday night, and we were meeting there, so I arrived early to register our party. Since I could not make a reservation, or get on a wait list, I was told that it would be an hour wait! I was hoping that maybe the estimated time would be shorter. It was not! We watched people come, eat, and go for two hours! When asked about the wait we always got the reply, we're waiting for the people to leave! What kind of an answer is that? With all the people that they seated during the TWO HOUR WAIT, they could have taken us. I guess that I should mention that this was the second time this has happened to us with a birthday celebration! It most surely will be our last! Unless, and until, they institute a policy of taking reservations (I would have been willing to give a credit card to hold one), or opening up their wait list, we won't be going to Cheddar's for another birthday!!

Another full parking lot, yet another excellent experience at Cheddar's. The menu is loaded with various delicious dishes and comfort foods to choose from regardless of your mood. Service comes quickly along with a plate of warm, flaky croissants as a nice appetizer. After deciding on the Meatloaf and mashed potatoes, I was served a tasty, crisp Caesar salad that could have filled me up by itself. The waitress was on top of her game, keeping our drinks filled and needs taken care of. It was busy but not too noisy as Cheddar's is always a pleasant place for a meal.

The food at Cheddars is always good to me. The bartender was very kind and great at taking care of her customers. The atmosphere at Cheddars restaurants is always casual and fun. Sorry I forgot and ate a bite of steak before remembering pic.

This place is amazing. Service is great - so fast! Braden is awesome! Classic Mule is great! It is exactly as a mule is supposed to be! The croissants are amazing! So light & yet still flaky! Spinach dip is good, very light & mostly spinach (good for us!) I got the pot pie (my weakness) and it was divine! Husband got monte cristo & it was really tasty with 2 different cheese (maybe more) but crispy & delicious! Fries were just okay but didn't notice. Too full! Highly Recommend!

We went on a Thursday afternoon at 4:00, so we didn't expect it to be busy. There were a few people there but not a bunch. We were promptly greeted by the hostess and shown to a booth. Our waitress brought our menus and silverware right behind the hostess. She asked if we knew what we wanted to drink and I ordered Decaf Coffee. My wife deferred to later once she knew what she was going to eat. The coffee arrived a few minutes later and I placed my order for the Belgian Waffle, 2 eggs scrambled, Hash Browns, and 2 Sausage Links. My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict and a side of biscuits and gravy and regular coffee. First before I forget, I am somewhat of a portly fellow. I carry about 70 pounds more than my doctor likes, and it's all right above my belt. Remember that the hostess put us in a booth, which usually is a challenge for me, because of my extra tire that I carry. But I was pleasantly surprised that this booth was spacious. It had plenty of room for us extra large folks without trying to move the table. The coffee, was good. Remember that I drink decaf coffee, so when I say it was good, thats saying a lot. I even asked the waitress if she had forgotten and brought me regular coffee and she assured me it was decaf. When the food arrived, I was so impressed by how good it looked, I forgot to take a photo, so the attached photo shows what was left when I was full. The waffle was the main thing I was after. I love waffles, and it's hard to find a good waffle. The menu claims they are Belgian Waffles, and I cannot disagree. They tasted like the Belgian Waffles I had in Paris, so I believe they are. The has browns normally don't rate a mention, but these hash browns were soft and not crunchy, and tasted like I expected hash browns to taste, from the first bite to the last. The eggs were scrambled well, which I would have preferred loose, but that's my fault for not specifying. I also ordered link sausage which was cooked as it should be. Next time I'll order bacon. The reason I avoided the bacon is that most places either burn it or leave it partially raw. Based on how the rest of my meal was cooked, I expect the bacon will be cooked right. I'm looking forward to my next visit already.

The food options seemed endless and the menu was quite large and included breakfast to dinner items all day when they are open! I also noted milkshakes and rootbeer floats and the like - plus a display of cakes and pies for sale! I settled on breakfast with banana, strawberry Nutella crepes and scrambled eggs with bacon. The wife did the same. The food was excellent served like an old fashioned diner style setting and I started my breakfast with an appetizer slice of pecan pie. The kids each got a milkshake with hamburger for one and Mac n' cheese for the other. The server was friendly and helpful and her name was Rachel. She did a great job and we enjoyed dining with her as our server!

For my starter I ordered "Our Nice Little Salad" this beauty was crisp, fresh, and had tomatoes that popped in your mouth and bursted with flavor.
