Our water glasses were never empty, she had great suggestions and couldn't have been nicer. Things around us seemed a little hectic but she remained very professional. Although the biscuits were delicious, hot and fresh, the fried shrimp is injection molded (I never saw shrimp with corners before) the shrimp scampi was wee slightly overcooked shrimp. I used to eat there every week. Until my server finished my sentence.. It has "..shells in it? We are aware of the problem. Sorry, you've eaten too much." The Lobster is back. Back to its old glory, like in the old days of endless shrimp? Probably not. It never was a five-star restaurant, but I have enjoyed some damn good meals there, and ate way too many of those cheddar biscuits. Usually, a special occasion brought us in for a plate of fish, shrimp and my favorite the snow crab. Inside the furnishings and décor look the same as they did 10 years ago. The menu seems smaller and some of the prices for the favorite platters are breathtaking. Everything everywhere costs more now. Seafood is a premium. I went for it with the grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon platter. A wallet buster at $38.99. No matter, I'm having it. Along with the fish you have a choice of two sides. The salmon was a generous slab of fresh mild tasting fish. The best item on the plate. The lobster small, the shrimp average and both covered with a seasoned melted butter. My wife had the Cesar Salad and the Chowder. The salad was large, fresh, mixed with tasty dressing and large flakes of parmesan cheese. The salad along with the thick creamy chowder made for a filling meal. She couldn't finish it. The service from Luis R was excellent. Attentive and friendly. The Red Lobster rewind faces a strong head wind. Nearly every restaurant and fast-food joint now sells fried shrimp and French fries. That, combined high seafood prices and American's shift to a preference for cheap greasy chicken wings is going to challenge their recovery. If you are thinking about a nostalgic visit to the iconic Red Lobster, better hurry before the ship sails for the last time. read more

Our server, Blanca, was amazing! Absolutely wonderful! We had a Lobster bowl. I wish I could say it was good. But, it was not. Lobster was rubbery and overcooked. 1 tail had no meat in it at all. A salad would have been nice to go with it. I would recommend not trying to duplicate seafood places that specialize in these bowls. Stick to what Red Lobster does best! What happened to this glorious restaurant? It was sold in 2024. Nothing! NOTHING IS THE SAME. All the food was terrible. Service was GREAT! They only sell bottom feeder fish. Flounder, shrimp, crab and lobster. We paid the 55.00 bill and left. We are going to steak and shake. Too bad this happened on our anniversary! At 7:00 in evening, we were the only ones in there. Sorry folks, I can only give you 1 star. That was for our great waitress. You need better selection, your prices are too high and FISH DADDYS IS GOING TO PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS. The experience was 5/5. The food was 4/5. My mother thought her food was 2/5. This is why my rating is 4/5. But, I would like to attest to our wonderful experience. It was my grandmas birthday and she wanted red lobster. She greatly enjoyed her food, and for dessert they offered her a complimentary ice cream with topping (truly I think it should have been one of their actual desserts on the menu but we will bypass that). They gave her a card that the employees had all signed. It meant a lot to her! Then as we were leaving my two year old noticed the lobsters live in the tank and they let him pet one and gave him a certificate for touching one. It was truly adorable. These multiple out of the way gestures made the experience memorable and worth it for us. We really felt cared for. read more

Just had lunch here with one of my best girlfriends that has always loved red lobster. I had the coconut shrimp lunch special, have always loved that piña colada sauce that comes with it. Andrew was our server today, he was on top of everything. He was very personable, very nice. This is by far the best Red Lobster I have ever ordered from! We ordered delivery through the mobile app and our order arrived hot, fresh, and even before the approximate delivery time. Our order consisted of Create Your Own Ultimate Feast with Classic Maine Lobster Tail, Grilled Shrimp, Bacon Mac & Cheese, and Chesapeake Fries, Snow Crab Legs, Creamy Crab Carbonara, Kid's Popcorn Shrimp with Chesapeake Fries and the Chocolate Wave. I was able to use one of my rewards from my Red Lobster rewards account to order free Mozzarella Cheesesticks. I highly recommend creating a rewards account to earn free appetizers and desserts. Recently went here for a trip down memory lane when I was in Tulsa. This was my dad's favorite restaurant so I often came here with him. Our meals were delicious- Admiral's Feast, shrimp and scallop skewers, and a calamari appetizer. Sad to see that now a salad is considered a premium side with a $1.99 up charge fee. Also, disappointed that the build your own lunch special is no longer on the menu. Other than that, it was a good lunch. Friendly/prompt service and the usual Red Lobster vibe. read more

The last time I went to this legendary chain was on May 16. After hearing the devastating news that Red Lobsters across the nation would/could soon, I had to make sure that I tried this spot at least one more time. I wanted to try the shrimp, that apparently was the cause of the demise to the Seafood giant. I arrived around 2pm with a friend. Considering that it was the lunch hour, the restaurant was surprisingly empty, but we still weren't sat immediately. We assumed that it would be a variety of specials and deals to choose from but it was not. We ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread [pizza] and it was the best new item on the menu. Soft and chewy flatbread with ingredients spread consistently throughout, no need for dressing. For the entre, I ordered the grilled shrimp, lobster tail, loaded baked potato. The shrimp was tasteful and tender, per usual. It didn't taste like corporate greed as I would've suspected. The lobster tail wasn't as rich or fresh as I would have liked but the warm butter closed the gap as much as possible. The loaded potato was whatever, I forgot to ask the server to hold the sour cream. Given that Red Lobster is for special occasions, we ordered the "Brownie Overboard" from the menu, which is a brownie and ice-cream served in a margarita-style glass. Amazing! Overall, given the value, solitaire atmosphere and moderate pricing, I had a decent visit at this Red Lobster. I would return for sure and I hope that they don't go belly up. read more

We came here hungry. Service is incredibly slow. We didn't see anyone for over 15 minutes. We gave them a drink order and food order at the same time. When we had been here 45 minutes, the waiter said that they couldn't accommodate my order. So I told him to cancel it and I will eat nothing. He said my date' s order would be out shortly. So I know some people whine about "chain restaurants" when we mention that we've been to Red Lobster... But they are consistently good quality and service. When they have Langostinos in season, even though they say they can't make it, they are always able to come out of the kitchen with my special request of "Langostinos Marinara," a dish which used to be on the menu many, many years ago. It has been a while since I have been to Red Lobster. I was so impressed with the excellent service, cleanliness of the restaurant and best of all the food tasted fantastic! I ordered the salmon New Orleans. The blackened salmon was cooked perfectly topped with some pico de Gallo and three shrimp. The pico had a kick to it which for me was perfect. If you don't like too much heat, I would hold off on the pico. My server Tanya was very knowledgeable of the menu items and provided excellent service. The manager Katie even came over to ask how I liked my meal. Lots of new items on the menu and I will be back to try their lobster roll next time. Very soon :) read more

For those who don't eat 'insects of the sea', a review of Kung Pao Chicken and Wagyu hamburger reviews. First the hamburger, which my daughter in law and 14 year old granddaughter split. The word 'wagyu' is from 'wa' which means 'Japanese' and 'gyu' which means 'cow'. In short, it is a hamburger made from a Japanese cow - the myth they feed the cows beer and massage them is just that, a myth. Kobe beef used to be all the rage, now it is Wagyu beef. Nothing to see here folks, other than it is unusual to see it in a Red Lobster. It's a hamburger plain and simple. Thick, juicy, cooked all the way through, and it came with the usual trimmings. They've needed a hamburger on the menu for a long time so it is welcome. The current fad of Wagyu beef will probably draw a few non-seafood eaters in as they feel they now have something to eat when they accompany their friends and family. Previously pretty much the only non-seafood option was mozzarella sticks, a salad, and the Cajun Chicken pasta. The burger was nothing fancy, but a full meal in and of itself. The other heavily advertised new item on the menu item to entice non-seafood eaters through the doors is the Kung Pao Chicken Noodles. My Kung Pao Chicken came in a large bowl, and was delicious, with a couple of demerits. Just the right amount of heat, but the first negative: It was served with so much sauce it was a soup. When the waitress sat the bowl in front of me some went over the top like a dam in spring when the snow melt and rain combine for a flood. Watch out downstream I didn't know it was a soup (It's not supposed to be). I had to quite literally get a fork full of noodles, and then hold them suspended over the bowl to let the liquid drain away before putting it in my mouth. The second demerit was the overcooked noodles. I can guess what happened - the noodles had been cooked sometime before in anticipation of an order, then reheated by dunking in hot water for a few seconds. They weren't quite mush, but they had no texture. I could purse my lips together to cut them as they entered my mouth - no teeth needed here if granny is with you and forgot hers! The taste was good if not rather homogenous. At Pei Wei for instance (the bistro version of P. F. Chang's) the flavors are distinct - perhaps it was the soup I was served and if dry maybe I could have tasted the various ingredients. But the heat was perfect, it was filling, the aroma filled the car from the leftover container as we drove home. I'll give it another try. Perhaps. But hey, I'm not there for the food, I'm there to be with my insect of the sea eating friends and family, so it was adequate. Our waitress Mandy was amazing, perfectly timing appetizers (Mozzarella sticks) and Caesar salads, kept the glasses full, right on top of things all the way to dessert. Can't fault the waitress....now if they could just teach their cook that Kung Pao Chicken Noodles is not supposed to be a soup... read more

Endless Shrimp 2015 has begun. We arrived around 1115 am and the wait for our party of 2 was about 15 minutes. We both ordered the Endless Shrimp. The price this year has increased $2.00 and is now $17.99. This does include their wonderful cheddar bay biscuits, a salad, two shrimp choices and a side. I started with pineapple habanero coconut shrimp and the garlic shrimp scampi. The portions are slightly smaller than in years past as scampi started with 7 shrimp compared to 10 last season. The pineapple habanero shrimp were very good but the coconut flavor overpowers the dish. Will ask for the pineapple habanero sauce over their regular fried shrimp if we decide to try this again. My favorite though was the classic fettuccine alfredo shrimp which is always spot on and very good. Our server, Kevin, was very attentive in bringing drink refills, clearing empty plates, etc. By the time we left the restaurant, the lobby was packed and had to have been a 30-45 minute wait so go early! read more
