I recently ordered take out from here for the first time aster rave reviews from locals. I got the double Liberty cheese burger and bacon cheese fries.My views might be skewed from the take out and not fresh dine in. The fries were good, but nothing special. I will say all the burgers are ginormous which is what I quickly realized after I ordered the double liberty burger. It came with two beef patties, double cheese, bacon, and ham slice on a bun. It was a good old hamburger and other than big just a normal burger. I do love how all the menu items are very patriotic themed. I will say I will be going back, but will dine in next time to see if that makes a difference. read more

Greeted immediately as we walked in. Open seating. Clean area but ceiling needs some repairs. We ordered the Swamp Burger with Onion Rings and the Lexington Burger with grilled onions and bacon, added Tots. Unfortunately, the burgers were not the star of the meal. No "burger taste"! The fresh tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and had more flavor than the burgers. f you like mustard on your burger you will be happy otherwise choose mayo and ketchup. This is one of our favorite cafe in Sapulpa. We have done both dine-in and take out. As you can see our pics, our favorites are fried fish, pickles and chicken nuggets. They are fresh made-to-order, crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. So much better than other places that I've had in town. If you dine-in, you would enjoy their patriotic decorations. Not overwhelming but done tastefully. They have a semi-open kitchen, table and booth seatings are available. Once you walked in, you will notice this little restaurant is definitely a local favorite. Stopped in after the Sapulpa Christmas Parade and we were treated to delicious home cooked foods...the best fried mushrooms we've had in ages, delicious burgers, onion strings, fried pickles, with their own special twist...everything was delicious!! Restaurant was clean and bright. Our server was cheerful and friendly. Combine this with delicious food in ample portions and you have a recipe for success. As for price, not cheap, but not overpriced for the quality and portion sizes. Fairly priced...good value for the $. This is not a fancy Michelin 5 star restaurant, but is definitely a 5 star down home family restaurant. Definitely a stop if you are in Sapulpa! read more

The hubs and I were thrifting in Sapulpa and just happened to pull In for lunch and I am sooo glad we did!! I eat like a bird and was able to order a half dog and my hubs got a patty melt and added fries! The portions were plenty and some and the food was literally steaming coming out and tasted soooo delicious!! We also got to go dranks and this dang ole place gave us 32 ounce cups!! HELL YEAH. No kiddie cups like a lot of places. Service was good and food came out quickly! We will 100% be back! Thank you for some good ole food for a great price!! read more

The food is great! The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is small town burger joint. We enjoyed it.

I have to give them a shout out! I went there a few days ago and left my debit card there and didn't even realize it. The next day one of their servers looked up my name on Facebook and sent me a message to tell me they had it. I almost didn't open the message since I didn't know her, but thankfully I did and asked them to hold on to it for a couple days till I could make my way back, which they did! Excellent detective work and saved me a lot of hassle. I appreciate it! Also, their food is great -- good diner food. I'm a big fan of their Texas spaghetti (chili spaghetti/3 way chili). I ordered the Kitchen Sink Fries, and the order was so huge that I ended up taking most home for another meal. The service was superb, waitress was quick to take our orders and the food returned in a timely manner. All the food I have ordered here has been delicious, and everyone must agree, because the place is always packed. read more

This is not just a regular greasy spoon. The menu here is outstanding and innovative. Rudy the chef is a classically trained culinary expert. The Okie cheese steak is amazing and their specialty section looks like it's all food based on a dare. Try the bacon grenade if you think you're man enough. Every item we have ordered and received has been well cooked, seasoned, and tasted great. The servers have been helpful, attentive, and had personality. I wished it was closer to me. Driven by this place for 10 years and honestly haven't noticed it or quickly forgotten about it. That's a shame because I've been missing out on 10 years of quality burgers and cafe fair. The menu is vast, but not really overwhelming. Sometimes at places where the menu contains 100s of items you get concerned about quality. No so here. Haven't had a bad lunch at all and there is enough variety to keep me coming back. Their texas spaghetti (chili 3 ways essentially) is the bomb. Especially when you upgrade to add polish sausage and battered jalapenos. Also recently tried their take of the classic fried chicken bits with jalapenos. Opted for the medium portion and probably could have taken a doggy bag, though I chose to join the clean plate club. They also have a very eclectic burger menu, which they make to order. These burgers are thick, juicy and come with high quality toppings. Stuffed burgers take a bit longer, but they are worth the wait. Currently making my way through that menu before I dive into all the other stuff they offer. read more

We stopped by after a hike north of Tulsa one evening. The chicken bites are really good they're real chicken and the breading is just right. We tried the cheese curds and hamburger and also wings and the cluck dish! All were really good. Our server was amazing too. Holy crap balls y'all this place is AMAZING!! I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy... they were out of onion rings so I got onion straws... dude. This place is delicious! I love chicken fried steak, and I consider myself quite the food snob. I'm one type of bougie and it's food-bougie. This place is worth the trip. Food is your average hamburger place for a restaurant, better than fast food. Service was good not bad but not great. Server was nice but that doesn't get your drinks filled or condiments when you need them. Willing to try again just in case it was an off day. Place is clean. read more

Ok I really didn't want to eat here, because the last place in this location was not great but the Patriot Grill was a pleasant surprise! We really loved it. Now it is not health food, it is like burgers and fries, but actually they do have some low carb selections, gotta love that. Didn't do that though this time! Our waitress Sarah was delightful-loved talking to her! She is a real people person. She gave us some chili samples so we could see what it tasted like. I did love it, but was in the mood for a burger so I got that. My husband did get the chili though-with spaghetti-he was so delighted that the chili did not have beans in it. He also got the sliders. It cracked me up-their menu said they had sliders like "that castle place" referring to White Castles. My husband loved the sliders! I got the cheeseburger-on special that Sunday. Oh by the way, another Yelper alerted me to check out their Facebook page as they put the specials there. The cheeseburger was great! And we split the fries-huge portion! Couldn't eat it all. Oh and we learned something - on the menu it said under the sliders that the patty was 10:1 steam cooked-we didn't know what that meant, so Sarah asked. It means 10 to a pound, but actually she said they now do 8:1, so even bigger! The atmosphere took us back to when we were kids. Just a good old fashioned small town good place to eat. Whether you want an entree of beef or chicken, or a big time great hamburger, Patriot Cafe in Sapulpa is a great option for an excellent meal. It is a great sign when they sold several phone in orders as people want good food as we approach the Holidays. A nice lady named McKenzie provided excellent service and people were happy and satisfied as they paid and I didn't see anyone voice dissatisfaction. Should have took the sign out front as a warning!! We were not greeted upon entering so we just went and sat at a table. Took a bit to get drinks. We ordered an appetizer which came fairly quickly, our main course.... Took an hour to receive after I had to ask if it was getting close to being ready. We were never asked about drink refills until our order came. Upon finally getting our food, one of our burgers were still very red inside and his side of onion rings were ice cold. We received one meal 15 mins prior to everyone else getting theirs. Another burger had so much mustard on it we had to scrap it off and not eat the bottom bun. We did receive a discount on our ticket but there needs to be a mature adult running the kitchen who has a sense of urgency, accuracy and pride. read more

The Patriot Cafe is by far our favorite place to eat. They have lots of what we call "Comfort" food. I love their Texas Spaghetti which is chili, spaghetti, cheese, onions and beans in the chili. My wife likes " The Cluck " which is mashed potatoes, corn, chicken nuggets that are fried or grilled and white gravy. I always get a Root beer in a frozen mug and my wife gets a Diet Pepsi. Who ever takes our order comes to our table with the drinks. We've been there so many times and order the same drinks every time, they just bring our drinks first. They have lots of hamburgers and fried fish and fried chicken. Their chicken fried steak is so tender it just melts in your mouth. Their French fries are home made not frozen. You won't go wrong by eating at this restaurant. It's decorated very nice, not fancy or elegant, just down home. read more

I tried the sausage/beef hamburger and it was different. I loved the fries and give them a 5! The service was friendly and the decor was cute. I promise to go back and try a different burger as I think the weirdness, to me, of the sausage beef burger really threw me off........
