I will say all the burgers are ginormous which is what I quickly realized after I ordered the double liberty burger. It came with two beef patties, double cheese, bacon, and ham slice on a bun. It was a good old hamburger and other than big just a normal burger. I do love how all the menu items are very patriotic themed. The vibe inside is eclectic and interesting. The staff was super friendly, and even on a Saturday night it wasn't overly busy. The new streets in Sapulpa look great now that the construction is finished, but because most of the parking is behind the buildings the street can look like a ghost town even when places are actually busy. I wasn't very hungry, so I ordered from the kids menu (which I very much appreciated did not say "12 and under"). I got a grilled cheese and the waitress suggested adding a cup of tomato bisque. Yes please. Both were excellent. My husband ordered the grilled chicken and said it was moist and really good. They also have a full bar and a huge coffee bar, which I thought was a fun touch. Then we headed upstairs to the speakeasy and it's a whole different vibe up there. Very cool space. Also extremely eclectic. Think Tommy Bahama meets world traveler's curio cabinet. There were travel finds from around the world displayed in cases, parrot chandeliers, a baby grand piano, and a cheetah print pool table. It somehow all works. Live music was by Steve Lindell and he was fantastic. Two thumbs up. Maybe they are normally fully staffed just shorthanded this morning. It was noticeable. Several diners that were in the restaurant when we got seated, had been over looked. We got service before them. I understand their frustration. A group was up front at the register waiting to be seated for over 20 minutes. The restaurant had plenty of open seating. They were overlooked. Our food sat on the counter too long before it was finally served. It was a little cool. I had my standard breakfast, cooked just right, just a little too cool from the delayed delivery. My wife had an excellent cheese omelet. Check the pictures. Be patient, the food is good.

He did say that the gentleman that brought it to him stopped and said this can't be right, not enough in here. I had ordered a slab of ribs and a large order of fresh slaw. He went back and then brought out 2 bags and told my husband that they hadn't put the whole slab in. The ribs in the first bag were burnt black and mostly inedible. The slaw was definitely not fresh, slightly slimy. When I opened the second container, the ribs were not cooked enough to eat. I wish that I had taken pictures. I had to cook them before we could eat them. The dry rub looked like it had just been put on then ribs warmed a little. I should have gone back and taken it to the manager but the man that gave it to my husband looked old enough to be a manager. This week is the first time that I have had a chance to deal with this. I still have the receipt and pickup tag but know it has been too long for refund but management and public should know that one former, loyal customer will go elsewhere in the future. Burnt, raw and slimy in one order is just too much.
