Ok wow this place as a disgrace the night manager is a bitch has no customer service and thanks she's right all the time not only did I get my food cold as fuck it was also old. When I was leaving the drive-through I eat some of the fry's and they were cold, and old. But I went home because it was late and I was just glad they at least had salt on them. But anyways I live probably less than 2 mins away from the sapulpa McDonalds. And came home and me and my boyfriend took a bite out of the food and and yet again cold and old. Charged us 50 cents for extra sauce packets we never added. Was out of the strawberry banana smoothie and the apple pies, not a surprise at McDonald's. Food was okay but would've been better if they gave me the ranch and sauces I actually asked for. Since we stopped here to sample the Archburger on our way to Tulsa I'll review what we had. Maybe the corporate folks will read this.. Archburger has potential, but falls flat. The dominant flavors of the regular $2.19 Archburger are the egg bun, onions, CHEESE, and mustard overload. BIGGEST ISSUE (besides drowning it in mustard) was, I couldn't even taste the fresh beef. So basically it's pointless. Wasn't the whole point of this burger the fresh beef? It needed seasoning too, but that is nothing new with McDonald's. SECOND ISSUE, the synthetic American cheese they use overpowers the other flavors. While this cheese works great enhancing the sweetness of a Big Mac or Filet-O-Fish, it clashes here with the Archburger. Combined with the egg bun, it makes it taste a little breakfasty, which I disliked. Another issue, the size of this burger is fairly small, so you have to get two. It costs 50 cents more for a tomato slice and lettuce. Even more for a barely there thin piece of bacon. Yet another issue, it is surprisingly greasy. The wrapper was soaked with oil. When a customer is thinking 'fresh', it's a contradiction and a turn off. To take on the size issue, I might try adding the option of adding a second patty to your burger, so just one sandwich and a fry on the side is a meal. "Make it a double". It would likely enhance the beefiness that way too. Something to think about. Well, those are my thoughts on the much talked about Archburger. Service here was very fast and friendly even with a sizeable line. read more

Absolutely the worst experience at McDonald's ever. My wife and I are older, and was not having any luck at using the self check out stations. We finally got somebody up to the counter and asked if we could get some help and we were told this is not my station. The young lady proceeded to walk off whisper something into a coworkers ear and that was it! It took me and my wife way too long to figure it out when they could've just come up and help us at the front counter. We will never eat here again! I've been to this particular McDonald's for years, since the late 90's and I'm not going to lie they used to be among the worst of all the McDonald's I've ever been to. Cold fries, wrong food or missing food from orders and dirty. It has been years since I've been in town and boy times have sure changed. It's nice to see this spot update the restaurant. Weather I've been through the drive through most of the time service is fine. My orders have never been incorrect and every time I'm fries are fresh, used to have to request fresh fries. Burnt burgers and nasty toppings. I ordered just a plain meat and cheese quarterpounder and they just scraped off the toppings that they had on it and served it to me. I hate pickles because their taste is so strong. I gave up on the burger and realized that the fries had to be made from something else besides potatoes.
