My first review for the New Year of 2024! This was my first time going to a Firehouse Subs. I wanted to try the chicken meatball parmesan sub. There were a small number of customers waiting on their orders and we got our order in fast. The one taking our order was very friendly. There were plenty of seats for a lunchtime meal. Everything was pretty quiet overall. After about 10 minutes we got our order and we were pleased at how they turned out. My sub sandwich was delicious and not just steaming hot. My wife got the Firehouse steak and cheese on Wheat. She said she really liked it. Looks like we may be going back at some point again. If you get a chance give this place a try. read more

Decent sandwiches, but they are very, and I mean VERY slow. I made an online order for 1 cold sandwich, with an estimated pick-up time of 11:45. There were only 6 people in the lobby, and 4 people behind the counter. The experience I had last time I visited was the same. read more

I love the sandwiches and typically I get decent service. Not tonight. The girl working the register was super pissed off because I arrived at 8:50 and they had put away a lot of stuff. I had the Club Sub my first time ordering at this restaurant. The sandwich was enormous and delicious! Ashley went above and beyond to make certain that I was served properly. The entire staff was wonderful! I am now officially a Firehouse customer! I will refer all of my friends and family to just try it and I know they'll never go back to the old, standard sub shop!! Firehouse sub might very well be my favorite sub joint and my favorite sub is the smoke house brisket hands down. The sandwich has the perfect ratio of bread and meat and its toasted to perfect every time I come I have to get one. I also like how they welcome you like a king with their chant when you walk in, although I didn't get that today but service was still quick and efficient. read more

Subs at work today. Sub did have quite stack of stuff on it. I think mine was turkey, ham and jack. I heated it, to try and give it some taste, that didn't help. I added the BBQ looking stuff and Spicy mustard, that did help. I have been wanting try them out, this cured me. Can choose type of bread. read more

Horrible place to eat, Lady with big rose cheeks had terrible attitude. My food was supposed to come toasted, it tasted really stale, Lobby was so dirty i couldn't bring myself to eat there, once i got home i threw the sandwich out. Restroom were disgusting i took my 1 year old to use the restroom, there was tissue everywhere no soap or anything! I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person. I wouldn't attempt to eat at this firehouse if it was my last meal. I really wanna start a petition for this store to be shut down, whoever is running this dump needs to bring it more help. I took a glance behind the counter, there was bacon on the floor, lettuce, meat & bread. It looked as if no one cleaned here in months. whoever the manager is SUCK , really need to do a better job. This isn't my first time having a horrible experience, the last time i came in I needed help with a problem on the app and a really nice black girl was helping me out before the lady with the big red cheeks said "we have no control over the app bcs it's third party we don't know what's going on" it was so rude the girl apologized to me and took my order , Everytime i come lady with the red cheeks have attitude for no reason , it was so bad this day the black girl and a white guy were telling each other to ignore her bcs they didn't know what her problem was. Waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches and online orders were more of a priority over 8 other in person orders.

Was greeted by a gentleman the minute I walked in and stood I line but it ran smoothly. The girl at the counter was knowledgeable and courteous to each of us and thanked after our order. The young man that handed us our to go order was good he knew what was in each bag a called each person by name and thanked us by name as he handed us our sandwich. read more

This is a new location for Firehouse subs on 70th and Lewis. This was my first time trying their food. I chose a hot specialty sub the New York steamer. It was good. But, I will try something different next time. I liked all the different hot sauces and the rating system of numbers 1-10 for a hotness scale. read more

My favorite is the turkey bacon ranch. It is a lot like having a BLT. My hubby likes the meatball sub best. The buns are toasted and it is hand down the best subway sandwich outfit. read more

"Welcome to Firehouse!" they screamed at me as I entered the door. Their shouting threw me off my senses for a few seconds. I've got accustomed to this chain even though I still don't get all the hype. Fresh ingredients are key here. Meat is okay too. Don't particularly like the bread or how they steam it. This location's main struggle is that it's impossible to get out of during the lunch rush. You have to quickly cut across for lanes of traffic to make a left and the fact that it's right next to a stop light increases the riskiness of it all. read more

I'm not sure if the young man at the register was having a bad day TWICE but he was very rude throughout the whole experience. I asked for a straw and he rolled his eyes and after I had said "thank you" and no response just walked away. Second time I came in he was the same way. read more

Fantastic service at this location. We are visiting from California and the friendliness of the employees here is off the charts. We were here during the tornado warning and they went above and beyond. Great food as well. read more

This place really took me by surprise. My mom wanted Subway at the time, but this place was closer to our location. The sandwich bread was fantastic as was the cheese on the "club on a sub".
