This was my first Whataburger experience. I liked it. I have other chain fast food burgers I like more and others I like less. I ordered a Whataburger with cheese Meal. It was fine nothing to complain about, it just wasn't great. Next time I will try the Junior. This location is open 24 hours. There was a little bit of a wait but that wasn't too bad, considering that it was raining very hard. read more

After placing my order at the drive through I drove up to the window and waited. For almost fifteen minutes. What did I get for my trouble? A decent burger and fries so cold and greasy I had to park and take them back in. The guy behind the counter apologized and said he would drop a fresh batch and bring them out to me in two minutes. So after sitting in my car for another ten minutes I went back in and asked for them. He apologized and said he forgot about me. He then pulled the last of the remaining fries from the batch he dropped last and said he upgraded me to a large for my trouble. Ironically enough, I paid for a large originally but was given a small fries. So now I had my large fries, which were still nasty. read more

My sister and I ate at this location today. I quit eating there because the food was always cold and unappetizing. So today we decided to try it bc it is under new management. It was the vest burger I've had there in a year. Good job. read more

I don't always come to this place but everytime I do, It's always friendly, quick and smooth! Tonight we dined in and the lobby was clean, their bathrooms clean, and we enjoyed sitting down and watching them work. Drive thru was packed but they still got orders done in a timely manner. I like coming here! and ofcoarse food is always so fresh and yummy! that Prickly Raspberry is my favorite! read more

See all

I use to love this place but the wait is outrageous and my food has been cold the past two trips. Idk if I'll ever go again.

Restaurant was dirty. Food was nothing special. Every surface was sticky. One star is too much.

Very slow. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes and have not moved at all. Still currently sitting and i want chicken biscuit.

I was visiting Oklahoma for a work trip. I stopped by this location and I can say I was impressed! The location was clean, service was great and the food was made to order. This definitely made dinner a breeze with two hungry kids lol! Thanks Whataburger! read more

We started driving to the sapulpa whataburger because it's so so much tastier than the sand springs location friendlier staff cleaner food always hot such a big difference it's unbelievable how the same restaurant can vary that much you go sapulpa whataburger well done read more

They "BURNED" a What-a-Fish MEAL so bad, it was UNEDIBLE. I took 2 bits and returned it to the counter. I wasn't given an alternative. They took the full meal and dropped it in the trash. The manager REFUSED to give me a refund as I did NOT want a replacement meal (had I asked for it) as I did NOT want to take a chance of spit being a cooks additive. MY ADVICE, DON'T TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS LOCATION...BAD EXPERIENCE...!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

On a road trip from the West Coast, had do the taste test to compare this burger to my favorite In & Out Burger. It was very tasty and had good toppings to choose from, like bacon, jalapeno and avocado that are not offered at In & Out Burger. Whataburger also had kids meals, salads and maybe a senior discount (not quite sure). Overall, the verdict is a WIN vote for In & Out because of their fresh and tasty meat patty that is not frozen and thin. The In & Out fries are hand cut too, not the frozen shoestring type. I would definitely have a Whataburger again, it is very good, popular, reasonably priced and most locations open 24/7. This is a definite plus for travelers, late night munchies, and for those working graveyard shift. read more

I love whataburger but this location is horrible. Food is always cold or missing items every time.

Waited 30 minutes. No big deal, until we got the food and it was all ice cold!!!!!!! Ugh!!!! Yeah not sure what it took so long for cold food. Bright spot... the ice was cold. read more

Ignore like every other review. Those people are whataburger diss'ers! Honestly. Have you met the peeps that work up in that place bro?! They're so nice, and I've never had a bad experience at any whataburger, but definitely not at this location. The burger is GOATED and the fries are perfect, the environment is clean, and there's literally nothing wrong with it, however, you might want to bring a hoodie during the summer, some of those places do stuff with the AC I didn't even know was possible! Uncle Dustin loves it too. read more

I just want to give a big shout out and high fives to all the employees at whataburger who make my visits comfortable and relaxing, thank you for good service, I also would like to point out the older lady who works the cash register is awesome and very helpful thank you so much good help is hard to find these days and it's appreciated !! read more

Waited in line for 30 minutes and never got our food. It might as well be a dine in only Whataburger if wait times are this long. 4 other cars left the line as well. read more

Consistent and always friendly. Just slow drive thru but it's fresh! Resteraunt is simple and clean

I'm usually not a burger fan, I make my own. But man there's something about the avocado bacon burger here that turns me into a craving carnivore. Haha This location is always clean, and the customer service always good. (Keep in mind I don't come here often, maybe once every two or three months). Suffice it to say, they're fast food with a more upscale attitude in how they treat their customers. If you love burgers but want something different, hit up the Sapulpa whataburger and eat one of those avocado bacon burgers...just save enough for me, PLEASE! Haha read more

We love and stop at Whataburger any time we travel out West. This particular location was not the best. Food was good, but the staff was not all that pleasant and the dining room and grounds outside were dirty and unkept. We were there long before the lunch rush, so that type of thing should be on point! Again... the food was great, if Whataburger is your kind of thing. read more

This Whataburger had all nice employees. Very polite. As far as rating them they just met my expectations. Nothing more or less They were out of sweet tea. They forgot an order of fries when they brought our food out. The French fries had little black specks that looked like pepper all over them. Usually this is indication that the deep fryer oil is old and needs changed. The bathroom wasn't impressively cleaned. Aside from the above, it was ok experience. read more

Whataburger - Ordering counter - Burgers Near Me - Sapulpa, Oklahoma

Good food. Nice people. It's really great since they butcher the cows in house! I mean, I assume so because they're soooooo slow. If there are more than two cars in the drive through, honestly go to a cattle auction, buy a cow. Learn to love and raise said cow. When it comes time, slaughter cow and prepare your burger. By that time, car number two in their drive through should finally be asking for their delicious honey mustard. Also, the hatch green chili bacon burger is absolutely divine. read more

This is an absolute garbage bag of both service and food. This location is very familiar for not giving you your full order but is more than happy to make sure you pay for everything you DON'T get. Half the time the food that you do get home tastes like well crap. Trish Kelly , the manager of this store, store #557, does not take responsibility for her store and her lousy employees. You'd be happier taking your money to another store or to a local burger joint instead. If I could give it zero stars I would. read more

Whataburger Why do y'all keep giving me these fucked up burgers!! I pay good money with y'all, but for some reason, I can't get lettuce, tomato, and pickles on my burger. I'll be back. And I promise you I will sit in your restaurant and you will remake my food up to the standards that you all hold yourselves to. #whataburger read more

Some of the best service I've ever had and some of the nicest morning crew so glad we stopped to get a bite here! There was also a stray dog named boat outside and the crew was nice enough to try and help find the owner of said dog! The first time going there was amazing! Had the mushroom swiss and loved it. However, when I got a malt it was just ice cream and syrup not even blended. I thought ok, it was busy so no big deal. I went back weeks later, craving another mushroom swiss. Well, they put 2 mushrooms on it, no cheese, and again the malt was not a malt. This time it was not busy. So hopefully, when I go again it will be great. Loved the food overall though. read more

Good food nice people I should know I go there a lot early people is really good.

This is one of the closest burger joints that we frequent often. They have recently remodeled the entire restaurant and are now up and running once again. Their sweet iced tea is some of the best around. read more

Horrible service tonight, I haven't been in ages and I come in tonight and we got chicken bites that were mostly the breaded crunchy part and no chicken probably 4 out of 9 had chicken and super crunchy fries and we found a bedbug on the booth! We packed up our stuff and left and on our way out I told one of the workers and she proceeded to tell me that she will tell management but they have been spraying for them but it looks like they need to come spray again. Will not be coming back!! Oh And the Dr Pepper shake is fucking gross. read more

HORRIBLE. The service was terrible as we had to wait while the manager just looked at us and said someone else would help. 5 people stood and just stared at us standing around. The place was filthy with food and trash everywhere. The most disgusting restaurant I think I have ever been in. We almost cancelled our food and left. If it wasn't for the drive we would have. Disgusting. It's also shameful to have one employee doing all the cleaning while everyone else hung out and didnt lift a finger. Clearly taking advantage of her. read more

It is in Sapulpa, that means it's worse here than other locations. It is still a pretty good burger. It's always slow and the staff always seem to be oblivious to customer needs. It's always disgustingly filthy. However it consistently produces tasty burgers. That is why it gets 3 stars. If they would clean the place and the employees would bathe, wear deodorant, and quit eating boogers I might give it 4 stars. read more

The French fries were cold and unsalted. The burgers were both bland. The fish was burnt almost black and no gravy with the chicken strips. After specifically asking for it. Used to be a fan wont be back. Braums and McDonald's is way better. read more

Let me start by saying the people that work here are always so friendly. Compared to other places in Sapulpa it's why we go back. Also I can not recall ever having a problem with the quality of the food. Now onto what was not so good. The place is just not clean. We often have to go past several tables to find one we can wipe down ourselves. The other day one clean table was occupied by an employee laying across the bench spitting into a cup from his skoal. They need to paint or something as well. Most of the benches look very worn. The restaurant smells of old grease. One request too, most other locations carry Coke zero. Would be nice if you had that as well. Also monitor your tea. It's hit or miss if there will be any available or not. read more

Lettuce was only the parts you don't want to eat, burger was pretty cold on the outside, fries were bland and you can literally hear the stupid kid making the fries argue with another employee because he didn't wanna run the food out to a customer. Sapulpa whataburger is actually the most horrible, slow, disgusting whataburger in all of Oklahoma. I'm not exaggerating, go ahead and go to witness it. read more

I do love me some Whataburger! This one would get a higher rating but the toppings are below average, the inside is a little dirty, and the wait time is about 5+ min. Other than that, it is tasty xD read more
