Here's the thing with this Bueno. They can't get employees to stay in the doors. So, what is going on is that you're getting good food still, but you're waiting a long time for it. Every time we've gone in recently, the employees that ARE there are super nice. But, the service takes a while. I've not seen over 3-4 employees in there on one shift in a while. As for the food? It's bueno food. If you like bueno, it tastes the same as usual. I don't know if we are always lucky or not, but ours is always hot and tastes fresh. In our local forum on FB, this location tends to kind of be a "laughing stock" in our community. Ordered a Wholotta Platter today. They were out of rice so i asked for extra guacamole instead. They put extra beans and im glad because look at the yucky guacamole in pic. I did' not time the wait; however i did put my car in park twice while waiting in line, so if you're in a hurry probably not the place for you. I also ordered a kickin chicken taco. I would rate this establishment zero stars if possible. First time visiting a Taco Bueno ever and didn't get the chance to try the food because the employees didn't do their jobs. The employees were clearly high as the sky and ignored us as they walked by the drive through window, all while in their field of vision. This seems to be a common problem with these restaurants, as the yelp reviews before me echo my grievances. Perhaps Taco Bueno is not suited for nighttime hours? Is there something in the restaurant that causes their employees to not do their jobs? Are these built on ancient burial grounds that cause the employees to slog about in a drug induced, zombie like trance once twilight falls? Unfortunately, these answers may never come, just like the meal that eluded my oh so hungry tummy. read more

My first and only experience with taco bueno wasn't a good one. The management was rude. The food is over priced, (at least the food you make it home with) I ordered a whole lotta platter, but the tacos only had beef only (no lettus or cheese) they didn't send me home with any chips. This is one of the good taco bueno locations. Fast food made by hand. Refried beans made fresh each day. The beef and chicken is seasoned pretty good considering this is cheap fast food. The nacho cheese is just velveeta though. This place kept me alive during my college years. read more

We have a large family and after many practices, games, etc it's easy to swing into he drive thru but we regret it almost everytime. We were very dissapointed in the establishment, service and condition. Whrn we got there I stood by the register for a good 3 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The lobby was dirty, trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. The salsa bar was also very dirty and very low. We waited 17 minutes for our To Go order.
