    Churros! Delicious!
    Debra K.

For service it's five stars. For ambiance it's a three. This space is so massive. I can imagine it more as a steak house (it's previous life). The margaritas were probably about a 2. Totally made with pre-made mix. Chips and salsa with complimentary queso (and it's the real stuff--not the thin Ted's kind) were great. Food was about a three. I ate about half of my chicken chimichanga. But, the churros were a five ++. Get them for dissert. I will give them another try. All in all I would say my experience was a 3.5.

Large open space in the old Freddie's Steak house building in Sapulpa. Love that they give you a free queso with your salsa. Food wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. Same for the margaritas. Service was good though. Promptly seated and food arrived to the table quickly.

First time eating here since they opened after Freddie's Steak House closed. It was a nice experience. The waiter was fast and friendly. They give complimentary queso and salsa with their chips. I got Yolanda's special, three chicken enchiladas and a side of rice with white queso. My wife got the Mariachi special, it is grilled chicken and vegetables with refried beans with a side of tortillas. The food was delicious. Nice music and plenty of space to eat. It was a great night out. If you're in Sapulpa stop by and give them a try. You'll be glad you did.

Out with the old, in with the new Parrillas Mexican Grill. Burritos instead of cabbage rolls, refried beans instead of hummus and carne asada instead of ribeye. The dark dated interior is now bright white. Freddie's is history. The floors are finished with a crazy colorful psychedelic paint job. The tables match. This is the sister restaurant to the Parrillas in Catoosa; one of my favorites for good Mexican food. No disappointment at the new restaurant. It is even better than their Catoosa location! Excellent salsa and thin crispy chips, along with a small bowl of queso. Salsa picante on request. The menu has pages of options. My wife had the Las Parrillas Lunch; 2 cheese enchiladas with two eggs, rice and beans. I had the Special Lunch #1:1 Chili Relleno, 1 beef taco, rice and beans. Both meals were wonderful. The outstanding items on the plate: the eggs on the enchiladas, the flavorful ground beef in the taco (some of the best that I have had), the queso was perfect as were the rice and beans. Great fast service. Big bright clean restaurant. Sapulpa now has another excellent option for Mexican food!

This is my 4th time coming and I have to say it's my personal favorite place in Sapulpa.

This location has been in BA for a while, and I regret I did not try it sooner! My parents and I…read morevisited here for lunch on a Monday. We were promptly greeted by a friendly worker. She explained the different menu boards to us, one is for seafood boils, one is for fried food and one was the lunch menu. We placed our orders, grabbed our drinks and sauces and took a seat at one of the large, loungey booths. The sauces are self serve with tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, ketchup and malt vinegar. Our crab bites came out quick with a side of creamy (not spicy) remoulade sauce. We quickly dove in and were greeted with flavorful little nuggets of crabby goodness. Our shrimp and catfish platters came out next. The batter on both the shrimp and the catfish was incredible! It was cornmeal based, super crispy and well seasoned. You could see the flavor in the breading it was so good. The waffle fries were also exceptional. They weren't just there for backup, they were part of the delicious crispy flavor trio. The portion size was generous. I ate about half and took the other half with while my parents split a platter. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious and clean with a bright, modern feel to the space. It would be good for small or large groups. Again, I just wish I had tried this place sooner! I will be back ASAP to try some of the other menu items. The seafood boils look interesting, served with different flavored butters. I fully recommend this place for locals or if you're just stopping through the area and craving delicious seafood.

Since it was my first time being able to get a daiquiri I took the chance and got a mango daiquiri. It had me spinning after a few sips but it was a perfect match with the food. The server was so polite and offered great alternatives if you wandered about mixing and matching menu items. My food ended up taking a while so they gave me an extra piece of fish and let's just say that I was certainly pleased with that gesture. I didn't eat it all In one setting, so I was able to take some home and actually have lunch the next day. The place was such a relaxed space and easy spot to consume your food. It wasn't too cold in there and it wasn't too noisy. I will surely return.
