The queso was gross, I think it was meant to be a chili con queso but I can't be sure. We ended up ordering the sopapillas. Um, those were not sopapillas. We love their a la carte menu for inexpensive mains without the unnecessary beans and rice when we're feeling cheap, and we love their Mexican specialties when we're feeling bougie. The margaritas are worth the price, the queso is good and we enjoy their salsa, brought to the table in little carafe so we can refill ourselves. We will continue to eat here for as long as they'll let us! They've also recently (in the past few years) renovated and things do look nicer.
