I had the sausage burrito that was pretty dang good, but I would have to admit chorizo burrito, which my husband devoured, might be the way to go if you're stopping by before 10am. For such a small shop, they have a large breakfast and lunch menu. Seemed pretty authentic (as the sign says) and they had two really good salsas. My only complaint would be that both salsas--mild and spicy--had a pretty similar level of heat. The flavor profile of each were great though. These huge burritos were filling and great for a quick breakfast before work. They also have Huevos Rancheros that I saw a great review about. We'll be going back to see if it's as good as their burritos!

I'm just gonna have to say no here. The staff was friendly but experience in general is enough to give this just three stars. The interior and location and the lack of places to sit are pretty big negative. I understand implementing the rule of having to get a key for the bathroom. There are a lot of homeless and the liquor store right next-door creates a pretty big line. I think they would do much better and see an increase in sales if they moved to a different spot. PS the breakfast burrito potatoes definitely needed to be cooked about 10 more minutes.

Damn good breakfast burrito the size of an airplane wing.

Finally...... After a lot of searching and eating some not-so-good Mexican breakfasts, I found the place. The burritos are giant, are delicious, and cost $3.99. There are 8 different choices of breakfast burritos and 6 different meats you can get. The customer service is great and fast. If you're look for fancy, this is not the place. But if you're looking for an breakfast burrito that will keep you full until dinner, this is your spot. Not only will I be back, but I'll probably be the guy with a cot set up between tables.

Really great place for tacos! Their breakfast burritos are the bomb too. Don't let this small and unassuming location near downtown scare you off, they do a great job cranking out the grub. Take note there are only a few tables here and they likely will be taken up at lunchtime. So you will likely just get your food to go. Despite the line building right at 11am, they finished prepping my order in about 5 minutes. You can call ahead of time to place your order.

Small little place thats pretty bare bones inside. This place cane highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Burrito Supreme was tasty and plenty large. Barbacoa and carne asada tacos were delish too. Give it a try.

Great authentic Mexican food!! I'm from San Diego and this is the closest I've found that compares to the taco shops in San Diego.

Everything except ground beef was awesome. They're super fast and the place is like a large taco truck theme.

The food here is good, the staff is friendly, however, every time I go for breakfast they always seem to be out of Chorizo

Have you ever heard about a place and thought "I'll never go there, they're WAY too busy!" Well,…read morethat's what I've always thought about Bramble. I've been interested Bramble for years but would always hear that it's impossible to be seated, especially during peak hours, so I've avoided it. Besides, Tulsa has a VARIETY of other breakfast restaurants with less wait time and are more price friendly. I held off for a while. By time I went, they weren't even at their East Downtown location anymore. But, on Friday August 8th, I saw an opening. After months of distance, I made plans with a friend to meet face-to-face for breakfast. She initially offered to meet at Wildflower but I to try my luck at Bramble (they're only a block apart). I arrived around 10:20am to check out the table wait. It was packed but I was surprised at how much floor space there was. She came about 5-10mins later and voilà! We were seated in like 5mins after that. As we coasted toward our table, in the middle toward the back, I noticed how the modern fixtures & décor compliment the rustic building: large glass windows, light fixtures throughout and large art pieces to capture your thoughts. We were met with 2 servers, one brand new & a seasoned staff-lady who was showing him the ropes. It was great having 2 servers; it felt like we got twice the attention. The experienced waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu which was great because it was HUGE. Front & back, full of appealing options. Given the capacity of the restaurant, I expected the wait for the food to be super long so when the servers returned, I asked for the Breakfast Chimichanga (something I never had or heard of before). As we caught up, I began to appreciate the ambiance & efficiency of the restaurant. Besides a few waiting to pay, no one seemed angry or displeased. The food arrived quicker than I thought! For prime-time seating, it came in about 5-10mins. Having never eaten a chimichanga before, I was definitely surprised at what I ordered and had second thoughts. It was without a doubt good but I figured the meal would've been heartier considering the list of ingredients that were included. I felt the meal was more crisp bread (tortilla) than hashbrown, eggs, or chorizo. I am 100% taking the blame on the meal because I didn't know what I want. My friend got some combination of eggs, meat, potatoes & a margarita, she loved it. Somehow, Bramble has come to be known as one of the more bourgeois brunch restaurants in all of the land. Now that I've atleast ate there, I can say that it's not as overwhelming as it's been made out to be. Unfortunately I feel like the meal choice wasn't up my alley but I do think that Bramble can be both enjoyable& fulfilling under the right circumstances. I'd be glad to return when/if the time is right.

Bramble is a solid breakfast/brunch option. Service is…read moreusually attentive and prompt. It usually is very busy so there likely will be a wait for a table especially on weekends. The breakfast poutine is delicious as is the quinoa bowl. It's got a chill vibe overall with a bit of an industrial feel. If you're lucky you may get street parking, but there is a lot across the street. Pricing is average for the type of place, most plates running $10-15x
