time is such a blur, it's already been a year since the soft opening. i've been here more than a few times & just like my past review updates, this is definitely a 5-star. recently, i had the box combo that comes with 2 tacos & a mini quesadilla. that's as perfect of a lunch that i could get. i got chicken with the tacos & the way they prep the chicken is my favorite when it's chopped into tiny cubes. a slight smokey flavor that comes out even better with the 3 salsas they have to offer. i went with chorizo on the mini quesadilla & that's the way i just might start eating all of my quesadillas. the chorizo was well smothered & for it to be a mini, it was more than enough for me. the combos come with a drink & i went with the manzanita sol, which is like a carbonated apple juice. as much as i saw that drink for a majority of my lifetime, that was my first time trying it & it paired perfect with my combo. the service was always great when i visited tuly's. whether it was breakfast time (PLEASE try one of their breakfast burritos) or lunch, i was always greeted with a smile along with the wait on my food not being long. another thing i enjoy about this place is the location, usually food spots are more along the area where oneok field is, while spots that close at 2pm are in the location tuly's is at (they stay open till 3pm & for thursday & friday, they shutdown for 2 hours then open back up for dinner 5-8pm). long live tuly's tacos. read more

First time ever eating at Tuly's the tacos and quesadilla were very delicious! The red hot salsa had a lot of flavor in the chicken quesadilla had all kinds of flavor that you didn't even need to add guacamole or salsa. Next time in town, I'll eat there again. read more

First timers and really impressed! 2 block walk from court, this place was perfect for lunch serving as a juror... The menu is simple, which means they can get it out fast..5 meat choices, Asada, Al pastor, Chorizo, Tripe and I believe Pollo...(no pollo here!!) I had the special with w 2 street tacos and 1/2 Torta, which had great flavor!! Thinly sliced avacado set this off. My wife had the box with 2 tacos and a mini quesadilla and it rocked with flavor!! Our combos were served with grilled onions, radish, a charred jalapeño, and a toasted chip. Green and red sauces on the table...I went with green, it was delicious. This is a very small shop and fills up fast...but the walls are bright with murals, and the chairs brightly colored steel...all tables have hangers underneath to keep your stuff off the ground. Price point is an about $12 for the combos, which include a can of pop, but also super reasonable for a downtown location. They also offer aquas frescas and Mexican sodas... Staff was pleasant and friendly...and they topped out at about 5'4", but they all had smiles, which is the important thing. They seemed to enjoy working together, and they were a pretty well oiled machine. Our food was at our table in around 5 minutes, hot and ready to eat! This is definitely worth a stop!!! read more

Tulys is amazing! If you love flavorful just the right amount of spices and seasoned street tacos then this is a must!! I have been here 4 times already. First time I got the Asada burrito and that was amazing. The flavor of the asada is so delicious whatever they marinate it in is delicious. The last couple of times I have got the combo plate three tacos and a side of rice and beans. Chicken has this delicious flavor and leaves you wanting more. Service is great! They are very welcoming and always thank you when leaving. Super cute taco shop with detailed Murrells on the walls that add a great touch to the ambiance. They are only open till 3 pm so make sure you stop in for a quick lunch if you are downtown. Food comes out fast! read more

Look, they forgot my drink and I want to complain about it but I can't. This was some of the best food! If you're looking for authentic taco truck style tacos, this is the place. I love street tacos so I was looking forward to them but little did I know the quesadilla I just had as a "side" was the sleeper hit. My coworker and friend Jim introduced me to this restaurant a few weeks back, we walk from work to Tulys. It's usually pretty packed around our lunch time (11:40-12) i've never had to wait in line longer than 5mins, the lines in here are deceiving!! it looks like you'll wait forever but noo! all the ladies in the kitchen work so hard and are so incredibly nice. (english and spanish speaking) the food is absolutely amazing, it's very authentic. the sauces on the tables are all excellent, the spicy is SPICY i love it. the tacos are my favorite, the quesadillas are my second favorite. i really recommend the carne asada but have heard nothing but good things about all the protein options. it's a little on the pricier side of tacos considering the quantity you get, compared to a typical taco truck. highly recommend this place! read more

Best Tacos I've had since I moved up this way! Super friendly ladies serving. Green sauce is good with little heat, if you like hot, try the red sauce, it has some punch to, might make your nose run a little bit. Just depends on the batch of peppers they get in. Great new taco shop in downtown Tulsa!!! Ate there for lunch today and really enjoyed it. Order at the counter and they'll bring it to you. I had two tacos and a torta. Both were really flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. Next time I'll try the quesadilla and guacamole. Both looked really good. Layout of the restaurant is great. I went to Tuly's for the soft opening on August 19th. I have been waiting for them to open, so was very excited for it. This is a great addition to downtown for a quick lunch option, as well as dinner on the weekends. I ordered The Platter Combo so I could try a few different items. My taco choices were al pastor, pollo, and chorizo. The al pastor taco stood out among the three. The rice and beans were fine, but not something I would go out of my way for. Altogether, this is a place I will frequent since I work downtown and I enjoyed the tacos. read more
