The food was great, they brought queso at the beginning of the meal with the salsa, the cheese was delicious, and the service was great!

I stopped in to get a doordash, decided to grab a chips and queso and salsa. I asked for extra chips knowing I was going to need it because I was getting 2 dipping items. I pay and tip. I understand inflation but to give Me the world's smallest bag of chips for a large queso and a salsa is insane. I asked again, mind you had asked before I paid and didn't receive them or get told to pay anything additional until I asked a second time after I paid and he told me if I wanted extra chips it would be 2.99. for the same size bag. I said absolutely not and walked out. I almost asked for a refund. and I actually wish I had because it was mediocre at best. not to mention the salsa was so runny. I wont be back. that's for darn sure. and if i have anything to do with it no one else will be disappointed by the place either. I can only imagine the rest of the menu would be equally if not more disappointing. save your money or just go somewhere else. read more

Hey, this place was great! I've driven passed this place many times when in town visiting parents. I stopped today and it did not disappoint. The enchiladas (beef and chicken) were delicious. The wait staff was attentive and very nice. And, the price is right! For what it's worth, I live in Houston where there are ALOT of Mexican restaurants...so, I've got some experience with this genre. Had high expectations based off the reviews. Unfortunately about the same middle of the road fare as the other Tequila phrased restaurants around the Tulsa area. Underseasoned and somewhat underwhelming food. Like anywhere else I'm sure they offer some specialty dishes that may be more inspiring. This was our first time eating here. The food was absolutely delicious! Daughter had steak fajita quesadilla, no gristle. I had seafood nachos which were cheesy and yummy, seafood tasted great. Husband had molcajete which was good, pretty spicy for me. The margaritas (frozen and rocks) were good also, but watch the pricing on the alcohol. The quality of the food and customer service at Los Tequilas is beyond compare. They are absolutely my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The food was pretty much typical. The cheese sauce was good. I had the huevos rancheros and it wasn't bad but not outstanding. The red sauce alone on the eggs is not my favorite. The price for cheese and lunch for two was around 26 bucks. It may be good for the area. I have many choices around my area though and this would be average, maybe. read more

I'm sry, I understand that people who don't really understand true Mexican culture and food tend to unfortunately take "Tex Mex as pure Mexican cuisine. But even this is upsetting! Every tostada should have a crunchy hardness at its base, something to grasp onto, however, this was not the case and when I called them about the issue, the lady was not apologetic and hung up on me in mid sentence, I'm sure by the amount of business they had when I got there, they could have cared less for my displeasure with my meal as they were packed with people. I can't help but think that this business is in it for the money and money only! I'm Irish, black Dutch and Choctaw and I'm Telling you this right now- I could make a far more flavorful Mexican dish than I had there tonight plus it wouldn't be cold!
