These older reviews are no longer valid. I was skeptical of going there because of these reviews. I found that far from the truth. The location seemed fairly new in remodeling. The place was very clean and smelled like kfc chicken! Makes you hungry walking in the door. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The food was off the chain awesome. Best KFC chicken I have had and I will be going back. Great value, great food, great service. It's a win win. read more

It advertises a $20 meal on the website. When you ask about it they tell you they no longer have it. If it's on the website they should honor it. Not get rude because they don't have it. read more

Have visited my local KFC and food was always great. About two weeks ago ordered a bucket with sides etc. Service in the store has always been great. No complaints there. Sat down had a chicken breast original......but into it and behold there was a hair. Thought, I am done with this probably my own hair! Nope, started to pull it apart and three more long hairs!!!! I immediately called and explained. Was told Manager would call me back. Next evening still no call so I called again, asked for Manager was told I was talking to Assistant Mgr - she had heard I called been busy did I want a refund etc. told her no I wanted them to be aware of problem. Said they wear hats etc. owner is very conscious of standards. Long story short, we are over this place. Don't believe it was taken seriously and everyone does not wear adequate hair restraints - hair falling out of a hat does not count. I was never rude just matter of fact. Visited today after church. I ordered their delicious chicken pot pie. Mistake!! It tasted more like tuna than chicken. I took it to the counter and told the manager it taste more like tuna, it doesn't taste right. I was assured it was chicken. Then I was told, and I quote " don't order it next time. There's nothing we can do. You ate the top crust " truth is, I didn't eat the top crust, I broke it up and mixed it in to the pie so it would cool off enough to eat. I will not be going back. If I were the owner, I would be embarrassed at the people running my business' behavior. read more

I love KFC chicken. In my opinion it is the best fried chicken you can get. The Sapulpa location is old and dirty. It always plays the loudest most obnoxious modern country music ever! The cleanliness, atmosphere, and service is terrible, but damnit they have good chicken. I am a fatass, so I always get the buffet. The chicken is great, but everything else on the buffet is atrocious. I know I should be a better food snob but I love KFC chicken! read more

To remain objective, a person should never write these reviews when they are angry or upset over an event at a particular business. So having said that, I'm writing about my latest visit (last night) to the Sapulpa KFC. While the food is good, I want to warn all to be wary of their business. Before visiting the restaurant for a take-out, I visited the KFC website and found a discount coupon. The KFC website asks you to enter the local zip code so they can provide appropriate coupons that can be used at the KFC stores in that particular area. I entered the Sapulpa zip code and it offered me a $3 off coupon on a 12 piece dinner, which normally sells for about $26. I entered the drive-thru at KFC, ordered my food and advised the clerk that I had a $3 coupon. She said their register is not equipped to handle coupons and would have to check with the manager. When I arrived at the food pick-up window, the manager met me and advised that they do not accept coupons. I told her that my coupon had no disclaimer, i.e., participating locations, etc, and how the KFC website had offered it to me AFTER entering the zip code for their location. I suggested that they contact the KFC marketing folks to get it straight so coupons wouldn't be offered for the Sapulpa location. She went on to tell me how they are individually owned and can operate in any way they want. I asked about franchise agreements and responsibilities and she stated that they are not a franchise, but individually owned and could operate in any manner that suits them. I'm sure that she's mistaken but I let that go. Anyway, I told her that I had made my choice to buy there because of the coupon and asked what she could do for me. She replied that she could charge me the full price. At this point, I wasn't going to pursue it further for $3 even though I think she could have handled it differently and could have treated me as a valued customer.... one who pays her salary. :) Like I said previously, the food is good but the business practices are less than satisfactory. I've never liked how they treat customers in this store and did not like how I was handled last night. I went to their business in good faith because KFC routed me there with a coupon offer. The Sapulpa location of KFC seems to not have respect for their customers and in the future, I will lean towards getting take-out elsewhere. Beware of their business practices and how they treat you. I hope others will send a message to this store by spending their dollar elsewhere. Shame on that manager for treating me like she did! The food is "finger licking good" but the customer service stinks. read more

A newly remodeled KFC store that is centrally located...a spacious parking lot that is very easy to navigate. The store is well maintained and kept clean. The buffett is kept fresh with good quality, good variety. read more

This KFC was great, the staff was so friendly! The tables were cleaned off and food was hot and fresh. The place looks like it was recently remodeled and was nice. Not just your average fast food KFC, this location is great. read more

Lots of friendly faces, good service, good food. the buffet was very active when I went at about 1:15pm and I enjoyed a wide variety of freshly cooked KFC classics. It was a little older and just slightly run down, the bathrooms are comically terrible, not dirty or smelly, just comical. read more
