Okayyyyy call me crazy but this cheeseburger with the relish taste almost like a Bob's Big Boy cheeseburger. Which is a very high compliment! Five Guys Cajun fries are da bomb! So good! They just added to their menu a combo deal. Which is good, because their burgers are sold separately from the fries and drink. It's very pricey that way. So today I got the combo. They call it their "little" combo. It was not little! Let me repeat that... it was not little! It was a lot of food. I took half with me to go. I also had the single patty. I received email for special BOGO. I followed directions to order online, but gave up after about 15 minutes and drove to restaurant. I explained to young manager and asked if could honor BOGO. He said he would have to check with his boss (probably not local) and after I waited a few minutes, he returned and said that his boss said that he couldn't. I finished order without special. This Five Guys location has been consistently great. There is essentially infinite parking because it's at the front of a large shopping center. If you like Five Guys this is a great location near the river and Jenks. Easy access off if the Creek Turnpike. Good experience with customer service and food in store. Consistently correct door dash orders. In general this chain has great burgers, hot dogs and fries. Highly customizable, made to order and they also make a great keto bun less burger. read more

I love Five Guys! They have a ton of toppings that can be added for no additional charge, and they have cheap bottled water. And the way they wrap your burger up after it's done....it just does something magical to the cheese. It turns into almost liquid cheese that melts perfectly into your burger patty....whatever it is, I am a fan! I like that they don't use a super bready bun either. Whatever happens with the cheese also seems to steam the bun. One big delicious burger no matter how you dress it! A little burger is a single patty, and a regular burger is a double. I wasn't aware of this difference on my first visit and of course ordered the regular. Woah that is a lot of burger! AND my husband and I made the mistake of ordering our own orders of fries. A small fry is big enough for 2 people, easy. What they don't tell you is that they have the small fry cup on the bag, filled with fries, and they dump another full serving of fries on top of what's already in the bag! So don't be fooled by the fry cup sizes, you will have plenty. Like I mentioned above, you can order your burger with any toppings you desire. If you order it "All the Way' you will have almost every topping they offer, which is what my husband orders when he's feeling lazy lol. They have a few other menu items besides burgers, but I've honestly never ordered anything else. The burgers are so good! Not something I could eat all the time, but definitely ok every once in awhile. Good thing Five Guys doesn't have a location by my house, I would be in trouble! Well I've noticed quite a difference in the quality of the food depending upon what location you go at least as far as Tulsa locations go. For five years I did a lot of traveling for work and always had a tasty experience at Five Guys. Unfortunately it looks like complacency has set in and food quality is no longer a priority. Particularly at the South Memorial location. For now I'll Reserve judgment on the Jenks location because that's always been up to par. But yesterday was a disturbing class hike down in food quality. Starting with the burger, it looked pre-made, tasted dry, and shocking for the first time ever at Five Guys cold. Furthermore, ingredients were missing on my burger. Next were the French fries also dry tasting and WAYY over-salted. The pop machine which was out of a few of the Coke flavors I can even give a pass for that. But I didn't see any urgency to fix the pop machine either? But I think a regional manager needs to come in and inspect the free peanuts which were saggy wet and inexcusably stale. Perhaps this is the canary in the coal mine for your food quality experience at Five Guys? Test the peanuts first BEFORE you order. I won't take anything out on the staff who was polite and courteous. But they must be somewhat inexperienced to put out food that tasted this sub-par relative to other locations. The only thing I noticed is that they kinda mashed down the burger while cooking it and perhaps that's why there was no juiciness to the meat? which I don't think they used to do?? Perhaps that's why my burger came out uncharacteristically dry. Finally, I understand every restaurant occasionally has an off-day. But I think the problem goes a little deeper now at Five Guys. They've become very complacent & content to charge $15 for a burger fries and soft drink that simply doesn't justify that price. You'll get a much better value and quality in a burger place like Red Robin for a comparative price. I hope 5 Guys take this criticism constructively and improve the food quality sooner rather than later or this may be a quickly fading rise and crash of a once tasty fast food chain. Sometimes I crave a burger. I've been to five guys a couple times to satisfy this and gave never been disappointed. Here are some things to note: The 'small' burger is actually a regular sized burger. There are lots of topping options. Free soda refills. They have tables to accommodate various party sizes. Service is quick. The french fries... Are created by a perfect french fry fairy. They are cut fresh and cooked perfectly in peanut oil. This place is amazing! I usually order through DoorDash or Uber eats. I usually get the same thing and it always tastes fantastic. This is one of the only restaurants I can find that offers the lettuce bun. It's fantastic because that fits in with the Ketogenic diet my doctor has put me on. It's great to be able to add the extra patty, cheese, and only have mustard through the apps--and have it come out perfect every single time. Order one regular order of fries (HAVE YOU SEEN HOW MANY FRIES YOU GET HERE?!?). Drink water or whatever you want. But assuming water, you're in about $15 + tax for two people. QPC combo at McDonald's runs in the neighborhood of $6-7. You're at about $13 before tax there. Enjoy. Live life. Free up that coin bank. And don't worry so much about those marginal $2 expenditures. Back in school my professors would tell me to live by marginal decisions. I decide to spend the extra $2 for the burger here. Five Guys is The Best fast food burger. Bar none. WHOA! I can't believe there is a burger place this good in Oklahoma. Sure, we know beef, but somehow we don't have "In-n-Outs" or "Fatburgers", but no worries...we now have "Five Guys"! A quick tip, if you're going to order fries, just get the small. They fill up your fry holder and there is always a huge surplus that falls out in your brown bag...which is awesome! The burgers are the best in Oklahoma. They're juicy, you get as many toppings as you want for no added cost, and the taste is just incredible. My husband and I wanted to try this place and although it was a bit of a drive, it was worth it. The menu is classified into big and little burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and soda. All the toppings are extras and the refills are free. The little burgers are single patty burgers. I ordered a little burger with mustard. Kenny ordered a large burger with everything. We split a regular side of fries and each got a soda. The fries were amazing. They were seasoned to perfection with just the right texture. I've been waiting for Five Guys to come to Tulsa ever since I tried them in KC a year and a half ago. If you've never been to a 5G before then you're in for a treat. They start with 100% ground beef patties, and your choice of several toppings (at no extra charge). It's made fresh, right in front of you, so you get it hot and dripping with goodness. If you're so in the mood, have them dump a cup of thick, delicious fries into the bag, and you've got yourself a meal you'll be bragging about for weeks. I suppose that's what I'm doing now, so...case in point. Look for any survey on the best fast food burgers, and 5G will almost always be in the top three. If they're not, then you know that survey was done somewhere that doesn't have a 5G. It's more expensive than McD's or the King, but this burger is fifty times more amazing than anything you'll get at one of those defrost and serve burger places. This place is not what I've heard about. Burger greasy and tasteless, fries soggy, greasy and the salt - my goodness the great salt lake has less salt and I love salt but this was ridiculous. Only four tables with people when I arrived and not a clean table to be found, literally not ONE clean table. I had come before but was a different experience - then the burgers were dry and tasteless but at least the fries were still soggy and salty. The menu is pretty basic which I like. There are tons of different toppings to choose from, which is cool. It is a bit pricey for fast food but you get what you pay for, this isn't a McDonald's burger. I don't care for this place as much as some other burger joints in town but my boyfriend loves it. Be careful when ordering the fries, there are two sizes and the they are both huge! The Cajun fries are over spiced in my opinion but then again it's all personal preference.
