This location has easy access off the freeway with a large parking lot. It looks a converted taco bell - there is a setup for a drive thru but it isnt active. We were seated quickly. There is lots of natural light and an open space. Our waitress wasn't having her best day and rushed us along. I had finished eating but my friend was actively eating when she brought over our bill and a box for her food. The food was just okay, definitely no presentation but i thought the flavor was bland. This is a bit of a different Diner. It has Country Breakfast with a Mexican Flare. Not quite sure what it was originally but they did a great job converting it into a nice, cozy diner. The portions were ample and the prices reasonable. Corned Beef Hash was made fresh, definitely not the pre-prepared you get elsewhere. The cook seems to know how to make an over-medium egg, which seems to be a lost art in the area. My wife had a Benedict of some sort, she loves Benedict's, and her poached eggs were perfect. Their breakfast potatoes were good, you might ask for them crispy if you like that. The chicken was dry, but the waffles were delicious. The wait for the check was really long too, but thankfully another staff member was able to help get my bill. Randomly searching breakfast spots near me and stumbled across this place.. Stopped by on a rainy Saturday morning, so the place wasn't packed.. which was perfection for me, by the way. Extremely cozy and quaint atmosphere.. definitely a hidden gem. The chicken and waffles were delicious; waffle was nice and golden-tan brown, powdered sugar added a nice touch. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast about 9:30 on a Wednesday. Let me tell you this is the best breakfast I have had in a very long time. Very clean establishment with the most friendly staff! Music volume was just right for casual conversation. Food was spot on. I got the corned beef Benedict, the very best hollandaise sauce with just a hint of spice. Hubby got the huevos ranchero, which was also delicious. They have excellent salsas made in house too. Our server was amazing and explained the dishes so we'll. I was in the area and decided to check it out because of the great reviews. I couldn't decide between the chilaquiles or the huevos rancheros. My serve said chilaquiles is the most ordered thing she has noticed so did that and I wasn't disappointed. I got some churros to go and they were so yummy! California style huevos rancheros! Looked up on yelp Mexican breakfasts and this is what we chose. A different way of huevos rancheros. It had at least three corn tortillas. We came in on a Sunday, we get that it's busy. We waited basically an hour for our food to come out, and the food was not worth the hour wait at all. The scrambled bowls came out looking like mush, and one was even missing the hashbrowns underneath it. The mashed potatoes were very dry. Nor was the service great either, had to ask for every single little thing as in drink/coffee refills to the check that never came around to be given so we had to come up to the front. Seemed like the to-go orders in the front were being taken care and sent out quicker than in house dining table. Won't be back. read more

Spent the night in Tulsa for a road trip, never expected to find such a gem for breakfast! Ordered 4 entrees to-go, took about 15-20 minutes, and the food was pipingggg hot when we got it. I ordered the huevos rancheros and the oatmeal, and I tried my friend's order of red chilaquiles. We were both wowed by the flavor of the chilaquiles, crispy and well-sauced and so tasty. The huevos rancheros were hearty and warm, perfect amount of salt and spice. I ate every single bite, and it was a pretty generous serving. The oatmeal was pretty good too, it came with brown sugar, butter, and dried cranberries, and I appreciated that the oatmeal itself was the perfect consistency. Overall a delicious option for non-American breakfast (though they have plenty of traditional American options as well). read more

This place was great! It's right off of the interstate and very convenient to get back on the interstate. I met a friend that I haven't seen in years there and the family and I had a wonderful meal. It arranged from state to breakfast. Their egg Benedict's classic style was superb. I will have to admit, the unsweet tea tasted a little bit like a Arnold Palmer, but it was still good. So me and my mom,looking for a place to get some breakfast, and not wanting a chain, happened up on this place via Yelp. This was absolutely a fantastic find. We were greeted very promptly and was told we could choose where ever we like as it wasn't too busy. After the drink orders were placed, we opened our menu to a nice varitey of breakfast and brunch options both traditional and south of the border. I opted for traditional Biscuits and sausage gravy and scrambled eggs. Mom, went for pancakes, potatoes and scrambled eggs as well. Drinks were tea's. So while we waited for our order's to be prepared, I was glancing around. Looks like it was a former Taco Bueno converted into this gem. The restaurant is nice and clean and the ambiance is very laid back. This is a place where you can have a great meal and chill and enjoy some conversation! Had a nice energy to it. We got our meals in what I feel was a very appropriate time from ordering to receiving. Cause you want your food to be done right. Holy crap ya'll. First off, the presentation on the plates was nice. Normally what I get is just sat on the plate then covered in gravy. Nope, laid in a nice little line. Makes you know to chef in the back takes pride in cooking and presentation. My mom's plate with eggs and potatoes where laid out in a pleasant appearance. Now on to the holy crap part, these were absolutely the fluffiest Biscuits I have ever consumed. They were so easy to just cut with a fork and they chewed well in your mouth! They were absolutely delicious. Me and mom both stated out scrambled eggs were also very fluffy, and not over seasoned with salt or pepper. Here potatoes had a good seasoning on them as well. I did sample the pancakes and they too, were just the absolute fluffiest we have eaten in ages. And when we were done we were full but didn't feel the food sitting heavy! The price is more than fair, but we intend to come back with my husband and kids next time we are in the area.
