Excellent house made food... great daily specials... superb service.... And a bar! Everything is great here for breakfast, brunch and lunch! A total icon of Tulsa! You won't regret this!!

Giant, delicious cinnamon roll

We were visiting Tulsa last week and stopped in on a Saturday morning for breakfast. We shared the amazing and huge cinnamon roll, I had the avocado toast, and my daughter had an omelette with sausage in it. She also had biscuits and gravy for the first time and was a big fan! All of our food was great! My daughter said it was the best food we had on our trip. Great diner food, but not overly greasy. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Our server's name was Chris and he did a great job! We will most definitely come here again next time we're in town.

Steak sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. In the back BBD2 Bowl with a side of Biscuits & Housemade Gravy - Half Order

I've been searching for a place that makes a REAL steak sandwich, Not a breaded steak in bread... And let me tell you. This sandwich was everything I hoped for and so much more!!!! I got my steak medium rare and they cooked it to perfection! The flavor was on point and the roll was toasted so beautifully! This place has such a homey type atmosphere, the walls are covered with past records and the waitress was so awesome! I didn't feel rushed and she made sure to check on us several times without having to ask for anything because she was on it! Will be back again for all of the experience.

We rolled in around 11:30 am which means the biscuit will be cold and the gravy thick. Seat yourself. We found a comfortable table over by the window with a view of the patio dining area. The sun shining in made it like sitting outside. Nice. The server had menus on the table and had taken our drink orders within minutes. Me, two eggs medium, bacon, hash browns, with a biscuit and gravy on the side. The eggs were perfect. The bacon thick, smokey, salty delicious. I wish my hash browns had been crisper. The gravy tasted fine just a little thick from being warmed until I got there. My wife had the Florentine Omelet (bacon, green onion, spinach and melted Swiss cheese on top) She rated it as excellent. She got the raisin toast as her other side. Her hash browns were noticeably crisper than mine. It is a nice clean café, with good service. We enjoyed the food and the relaxing café atmosphere.

Avocado toast

Eating our last breakfast in Tulsa Oklahoma for this trip at one our favorite breakfast diners BBD2. Obviously I avacado toast for a reason. I have had Avocado toast all over from the East Coast to the Midwest and this by far is the best I have had. The menu description does not give it justice I'm not sure what they do but that it's not just a smashed avocado there has to be some type of season that gives it the little extra kick and that being on top of "Everything" wheat toast topped of an egg poached perfectly it is a to die for breakfast if you're wanting to be healthy. My only wish is that I could find avocado toast that I enjoyed this much where I live. Oh yeah I also wish they sold merch online. Because I would definitely representing them on the East Coast. If you can't tell by this I will be back in the next time I am in Tulsa see you then!!!

This is our Go-To Brunch place in Tulsa!! Delicious food whether you choose breakfast or lunch!! Great "family" atmosphere due to the upbeat attitude of the managers and waitstaff! Spread the word and give BBD2 a try. You won't be disappointed!!

Delicious local coffee and vanilla flavored creamer available.

Zero Taste, Worse food and service. Too expense for the little portions. I'd rather eat at McDonalds. Not even worth it, stay away.

Have you ever heard about a place and thought "I'll never go there, they're WAY too busy!" Well,…read morethat's what I've always thought about Bramble. I've been interested Bramble for years but would always hear that it's impossible to be seated, especially during peak hours, so I've avoided it. Besides, Tulsa has a VARIETY of other breakfast restaurants with less wait time and are more price friendly. I held off for a while. By time I went, they weren't even at their East Downtown location anymore. But, on Friday August 8th, I saw an opening. After months of distance, I made plans with a friend to meet face-to-face for breakfast. She initially offered to meet at Wildflower but I to try my luck at Bramble (they're only a block apart). I arrived around 10:20am to check out the table wait. It was packed but I was surprised at how much floor space there was. She came about 5-10mins later and voilà! We were seated in like 5mins after that. As we coasted toward our table, in the middle toward the back, I noticed how the modern fixtures & décor compliment the rustic building: large glass windows, light fixtures throughout and large art pieces to capture your thoughts. We were met with 2 servers, one brand new & a seasoned staff-lady who was showing him the ropes. It was great having 2 servers; it felt like we got twice the attention. The experienced waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu which was great because it was HUGE. Front & back, full of appealing options. Given the capacity of the restaurant, I expected the wait for the food to be super long so when the servers returned, I asked for the Breakfast Chimichanga (something I never had or heard of before). As we caught up, I began to appreciate the ambiance & efficiency of the restaurant. Besides a few waiting to pay, no one seemed angry or displeased. The food arrived quicker than I thought! For prime-time seating, it came in about 5-10mins. Having never eaten a chimichanga before, I was definitely surprised at what I ordered and had second thoughts. It was without a doubt good but I figured the meal would've been heartier considering the list of ingredients that were included. I felt the meal was more crisp bread (tortilla) than hashbrown, eggs, or chorizo. I am 100% taking the blame on the meal because I didn't know what I want. My friend got some combination of eggs, meat, potatoes & a margarita, she loved it. Somehow, Bramble has come to be known as one of the more bourgeois brunch restaurants in all of the land. Now that I've atleast ate there, I can say that it's not as overwhelming as it's been made out to be. Unfortunately I feel like the meal choice wasn't up my alley but I do think that Bramble can be both enjoyable& fulfilling under the right circumstances. I'd be glad to return when/if the time is right.

Bramble is a solid breakfast/brunch option. Service is…read moreusually attentive and prompt. It usually is very busy so there likely will be a wait for a table especially on weekends. The breakfast poutine is delicious as is the quinoa bowl. It's got a chill vibe overall with a bit of an industrial feel. If you're lucky you may get street parking, but there is a lot across the street. Pricing is average for the type of place, most plates running $10-15x

We split a slice of the passion fruit chocolate pie along with a couple of regular drip coffees. (Of course, we had to get some of the orange-chocolate chip cookies to go.) I liked the pie. Interesting flavors. The chocolate chips did not overpower the subtle passion fruit cream. It was served a bit haphazard though (but that's just me being picky). My biggest complaint was with the coffee and some of the service. I guess I will order an Americano or something next time because the drip coffee was luke warm at best. We were bussing our own table and one of the staff didn't even seem to know what to do with our dishes. Nobody was overly friendly. Maybe they were just prepping for the onslaught of First Friday-ers. Just off night perhaps.
