We just left there after witnessing two servers argue about who was gonna to be the one serving our table. We sat there for 15 minutes and watched others come inside, they got sitted and drinks ordered. And we just sat there with no waitress. When asked if we had a waitress, 2 of the staff members started arguing about whose table it was gonna be. This was our first experience there, first impressions are everything. This place is a great little diner that i can honestly say I have never had a bad meal at. The service is always fast and with a smile. Each staff member has a great knowledge of the menu and is willing to talk you through your choices. The only thing that i have had here that wasn't really what i was looking for was their home fries. They were extremely under cooked. We found another breakfast gem here in Coweta. It's a cute little railroad themed diner. Our plates consisted of French toast (3) slices, which my SIL said was very good. A blueberry waffle which was loaded with blueberries, golden, and fluffy according to my wife. A Western omelette with biscuits and gravy. My BIL liked it but said it tasted like the sausage grease they used was a little old. I had the chicken fried steak with grits and biscuits and gravy. The CFS was tender, well seasoned and delicious. I thought the biscuits and gravy were great. Great sausage flavor and consistency. We will definitely be back. read more

Went for a quick "breakfast for dinner" at 7:45 pm Tuesday evening after a long day but was told at the door by a rather rude girl who was mopping that they "were closed" even though the front sign said they stay open until 8 pm. Doors WERE unlocked and all signs indicated they were open so why not allow someone in to order? Why be cleaning up to the extent of mopping at 15 minutes prior to the time you close unless you actually don't want business? Or maybe you just don't want to work? It wasn't like there was a sign on the door explaining anything had come up? The sad thing is, we eat at this place all the time and even introduce friends to it and usually enjoy the food but guess they don't appreciate their paying customers? #disappointed read more

We had breakfast for dinner, and it was okay. I didn't particularly like my meal (the Cowboy), but I think I'd like each item more individually. Requested eggs to be firm, but they were very runny. Had breakfast from here recently via Grubhub. I ordered the county skillet with hash browns, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms all topped with cheese. Oneta Station Diner is a neat little restaurant in Oneta Oklahoma , a short drive southeast from Broken Arrow. The greeting was friendly and quick and we were seated immediately. Coffee and water arrived as we reviewed the menu, which has all the breakfast standards. According to the big sign over the door breakfast is served all day. At 8:30 they were not all that busy but it did take a bit for the food to arrive, possibly because we ordered steak and eggs and chicken fried steak and eggs. At the point the food arrived the relatively average diner experience tanked. The steak was cooked well as were the eggs. Unfortunately it's not clear if the biscuit was home crafted or frozen. My chicken fried steak came topped with gravy despite my request to have gravy on the side. It was difficult to tell if the steak had been hand breaded or was from frozen, but it was above average for a diner. Like the biscuit this felt like another missed opportunity to do something amazing. Coffee refills were plentiful, but apparently Oneta was in water rationing because the water refill was hard to find. Also the sweet tea didn't seem to have been made fresh in the morning bc it had that off taste The service overall was adequate. The experience overall was good, with points taken away for the above mentioned reasons. I would label the service terrible if we even got any. Got sat without menus. Got up to get our own while the staff sat at the bar top and talked about why they can't eat raw fish due to it "messing up their stomachs". After being sat we waited 15+ minutes with no one acknowledging us after many times making eye contact as they continued to sit and talk while on their phones. We eventually got up and left and no one said anything as we did. Zero excuses since there were more employees than customers there at the time (Sat April 23 @1:30). First and last time there. I used to frequent this diner several years ago when it was known as the "Maple Diner." Very little has changed other than the name. It still has a huge assortment of items to order. When I walked in, the diner was packed. The hostess is still the very pleasant lady that seated me years ago at the Maple Diner. My waitress was quite attentive and quite pleasant. I ordered the "All American" breakfast which consisted of two eggs, (hash browns, home fries, or grits)...I chose hash browns, (sausage patties, bacon, or ham)...I chose sausage patties, and either biscuits and gravy or toast, of which I chose biscuits and gravy. The food arrived fairly quickly and looked great. The owner and chef of the old Maple Diner actually delivered my meal to the table. So, in reality, nothing has been changed other than the name! The food was quite good other than the two sausage patties were burned on one side. I will go again, as it was a good experience. read more

First impressions... exterior nice... interior needs an up date, counter top where you pay dented... cold air comes in each time the front door is opened...the floors needed to be swept.. the breakfast food was okay. The yeast cinnamon roll was okay, and the home fries needed more time on the grill and were not steaming hot when delivered, just warm. The veg eggs were ok and the meat lovers omelette was filled with meat but nothing special. I asked for a side of mustard.. and was brought small packets of old mustard that had turned brownish and hard ... making it hard to get out of pack... there was one pack out of six that had eatable mustard. They need to get new packs. They were out of the biscuits and gravy today and so we asked for toast ... very cheap bread, thin, and burned.. I do like that they offer jelly and apple butter.. Hit or miss with this place. Walked in to make a to-go order of biscuits and gravy and a side of bacon. Waited 10 minutes watching my food sit in the window being ignored. Got fed up and left.
