The Bloody Marys are AWESOME! Stephanie makes it with love and care. Very friendly staff and Jake is our current fave server. The food is fresh and not processed, like a lot of breakfast places. Not a greasy spoon, but the portions are generous. The cooks do a fantastic job! Highly recommend. Family friendly. read more

My wife and I came here for breakfast last a few weekends ago and you could tell that they don't use pasture raised chickens for their eggs. It really made the scrambled eggs turn out poorly I had the Murrito I didn't taste near as good as he usually does. I'll probably stick to going to the one on Peoria. read more

Great brunch for our first time since corona virus pandemic. They have all the safety protocols in place which is very nice. My huevos rancheros was delicious, loved the green chile sauce. Wow! That's for my perfectly cooked poached eggs on my Eggs Benedict at this wonderful spot! Hubby had the Short stack combo and literally ate all but a couple of bites of the pancakes! Ordered breakfast here a couple of times. I enjoyed their waffles with strawberries and bananas. Sadly, they forgot to give me butter and syrup the last order. My mom liked their eggs and sausage. Really appreciate that they delivered within five miles of their location. read more

Great place for brunch! We had to wait only a short time before we were seated. This was the morning after the big storm hit Tulsa so the place was crowded. The tasty buckwheat pancakes had a nice hint of cinnamon. The coffee was smooth, and the server kept my cup filled. I liked the big selection of hot sauces for my eggs. We had brunch here today around 1:00pm. We were seated right away. Our server was amazing and the food was tasty. I had the Santa Fe melt, hubs had a chef salad, son had steak and eggs. The Bloody Mary and mimosa were both good. Again, our server was hands down fabulous. BUT...all the young kids working were terribly unprofessional and immature. Taking turns sitting on the banister swinging their legs, play fighting over who was going to deliver plates to which tables, and 3 of them sitting at a table behind us telling another one how nobody likes them and they are the worst host. I was super shocked and appalled. It was like we walked into early middle school. Annoying. Oh! And one kid that was sweeping was walking by tables of people eating swinging the broom around in a huge circular motion WHILE they were taking bites. Gross! read more

Awesome! I apologize for not remembering our waitress name. She was amazing! Kind, friendly, humorous and very knowledgeable of our selections. We ordered from the egg plate selections, eggs were served perfectly cooked, overall meal was delicious! I love grits so I dared to try the grits and cheese with... ready? Ghost cheese! Started adding an over-easy egg to put it completely over the top! The grill man is paying attention to how you want it cooked ... and it has flame grilled taste. This truly might be the best burger in Tulsa! No joke, it is legitimate! Hey BBD owners ... prob about time to think about your "BB in T-town" marketing campaign. The food is not great. Drinks are poorly made and don't come out before our food. French toast wasn't soaked long enough and was dry. Servings are small. I actually orders two meals for breakfast. Coffee is weak. read more

Been wanting to try this out for several months. We finally had an errand around 51st and Harvard around 12:45 and since we were this close, we decided to run down to 83rd and Harvard to "The Deuce". I knew they close at 2pm and we arrived at 1:30. We were immediately greeted and assured they were still open though there was only 2 other customers at the time. I believe our waitress was Marcy, though I could be mistaken. My wife got the lunch pulled pork special which was huge and delicious. I got the Huevos Rancheros (excellent, but more than I could eat). We each had unsweetened tea and waters. Checked on frequently but not too much. Bathrooms and the rest of the restaurant were very clean. Nice patio on the east side by the front door. Large parking lot. If we're ever close some morning, I'd like to try the breakfast/brunch with maybe a mimosa and Irish coffee. Something to look forward to. A nice place. read more

We traveled from Arizona to Tulsa for the PGA. We happened across this wonderful breakfast spot located in the neighborhood we stayed at a lovely Air B&B. So very glad we did! We had warm, efficient service with prices that are on point. I had the chicken & waffles - the chicken was so very good; tender and crispy just like it should be. I was served so much that my husband had to eat part of the meal! We didn't want to let a good thing go by, so the next day we showed up again. This time was as warm and efficient and we were greeted by the owner, Carol. She was so polite and unassuming. Very comfortable. We both had bacon & eggs and were not disappointed. BBD's is one of those Tulsa special places.... that you must visit.. The site on Peoria used to do dinners (not sure if they do anymore) on Friday nights only if memory serves and we would goto breakfast there from time to time... This one is at the same level of top noch food. And i mean top noch.. you can get anything and man just like grandma used to make.. DO get the biscuits and gravy if you are hungry i will make you happy! If oyu like the potatotes get those and ask for some cheese on them.. Maybe even onions if you like them too... I usually get the waffle or omelet and biscuits and gravy and walk back to the car wishing i didn't eat so much.. Tulsa ICON! read more

Fun place with some great food. I was visiting Tulsa for the weekend to see family and after a tour of the area we stopped here because the kids wanted Fried Green beans. Great choice Ashley. I think we could have easily munched away on 2 orders and called it a day. We only got 1. I decided on the street tacos. These were filled with skirt steak very well seasoned with an ample supply of green stuff, onions and salsa. Served with 2 tortillas as they should be. The chips that came along for the ride to the table were crisp and not overly salty. I can see why the family loves this place and I am sure I will return on one of my upcoming visit.
