Nice surprise when looking for breakfast! Decor is dated...seriously dated, but we came for food. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive...and they worked together as a team! Everyone helped everyone out...something you don't see often. We were eating KETO so they offered cottage cheese in lieu of hash browns, which we jumped on. Breakfast was good and hot, all fresh ingredients. Did I mention the decor in here is dated....but that's not the food and service which made this a good visit. Priced reasonable...but not cheap. Not sure where to begin. I'll start with Food: I ordered a vegi omelette minus potatoes and toast added fruit. The omelette was not bad, but the fruit was actually a fruit cup... no thanks. The cheese was just sprinkled on not melted. The service was good, I sat at the counter and coffee was filled and refilled promptly. My omelette came out in about 10 minutes. The staff was friendly. The Ambiance: the reason for the two stars. The good.... They have a lot of cool stuff to look at on the wall. But the one thing I always notice is the cooks... my opinion only... they both looked unkept. One was working a million miles per hour like someone on meth. Again just my observation and opinion. Both not wearing gloves and rubbing their nose then back to work on food. The general area looks dirty. The waitresses look very nice on personality but also possible ex addicts. The seat cushions at the counter were ripped and my observations behind the counter just looked dingy and dirty. The owner was waiting at the end of the counter from the time I sat down till the time I left waiting for a guy to show up for a job interview...(waitress friend) the owner wanted to leave but the waitress said he will be here... he's late because he's riding his bike. Appeared to be over an hour late when I left and the guy was not there yet. That owner has more patience than me... if someone was over an hour late to a job interview... he will be late to work with 100 excuses. Not sure what he was thinking waiting that long... seems like a lost cause on that interview. The price for an omelette is super cheap!!! $8.99. So if you're on a budget and want a little risk in life... this is your spot. read more

Ordered from grubhub for delivery, got the 7oz steak dinner with potatoes, green beans, and a side salad (10.99$). Food was tasty, good for the price for sure. Also got an order of biscuits and gravy (3.99$) and the biscuits were fluffy and delicious, not dry at all. Gravy needed a bit more seasoning but overall it was a good meal. My cousin Leesa and I ate here for breakfast today and it was a delicious treat! I ordered the breakfast sampler which came with three scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage, and hash browns all for 6.69. She ordered the same, but with grits instead. Our breakfast came quickly and was hot and delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the hash browns tasted perfect. I enjoyed the sausage which was not at all spicy, but had a sweet taste. The bacon was crispy and flavorful. The waitress brought my breakfast with a side of pancake syrup as I requested since I love pancake syrup on my eggs and bacon. We split the bill and our bills each came to 9.49 plus tip. The food was excellent and the price was reasonable. We will be back! read more

I worked at the Collinsville location. I love the people there. I just went to go pick I up my check. Ali the owner, tells me that he is not going to pay me my wages. We had a few words and he still refuses to pay me. He said he is not paying me because if my poor attitude. Well my attitude doesn't have nothing to do with my wages. As Iwas walking out I got caught on the silverware basket. Ali the owner ran up behind me and drew his fist back getting ready to hit me. He took my credit card tips and kept them. Be careful. The food is great. But I've seen him pick mold off the pies and made us serve them. He will take food that is spoiled and serve that too. Needless to say, he kept my tips, and my wages. Food was priced right and was decent comfort food. Went about 7:00 on a Monday night and most every table was empty. Surprised by the smell of cigarette smoke when I walked. Not use to having a restaurant with a smoke smell when you walk in. Wife and I both got hamburgers. Not spectacular but for price about what I would except. Nope. Our waitress was really lovely and sweet but the food was not much above what you'd find at the average Denny's and I wish we'd tried someplace else on our way through Tulsa. It was bland, kind of flavorless, and we both felt ill after. read more

Great breakfast place. The coffee is the best around. Biscuits and Gravy $2.50. Daily lunch specials. It's a nice family atmosphere. My friend and I eat here twice a week. This place is dirty. As soon as we stepped in the door we could smell the smoke although they have a "smoking section." It was so bad, my fiancé got a headache. This place is seriously amazing. The waitresses are super friendly and helpful. It's true southern home cooking. I had a homemade cinnamon roll and she "made it up" for me which meant heating it, and topping it with icing and butter. It was better then my mom's and my mom makes amazing cinnamon rolls. They even accommodated my sister who can't do gluten or tomatoes (swapped her tomatoes for broccoli). All around great place. The only drawback was a smell of cigarettes but it's not seriously terrible and they even made our food to go since we were in a rush. I now know where I'm going to eat whenever I fly into Tulsa to visit my family. read more
