This restaurant is a great addition to the area! They have fun cocktails that come in various novelty cups, and the food is great! One of my kids' orders took a very long time to arrive, significantly after the rest of our food, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The manager did comp that meal but I had to point out that would be the appropriate thing to do, it wasn't offered. Overall we plan to try it out again! read more

Delicious Tex Mex and a great location. We gave Mi Pueblo a try today. We started with the queso with chorizo & jalapeño margaritas. INCREDIBLE! Next, my daughter got a bean burrito, I ordered the taco salad with ground beef & a side of the street corn, and my husband ordered the chimichanga. Everything was delicious. The ambience is pretty typical of a Mexican restaurant. It was clean. Bathrooms were nice. Service was my only issue. My iced tea remained empty for the second half of my meal. We ordered margaritas and they took awhile to be picked up from the bar. I am hoping it was due to them being busy. We will definitely give them another try. read more

The ambiance here is very nice. Lots of colorful decor. Spouse had lunch #1. She really liked the guacamole salad. The taco was ok. The chili relleno had way too much coating. She got the 18 ounce house margarita which we both thought was waaay too sweet. Not having a big appetite I ordered the chicken quesadilla. Juicy shredded chicken and white queso folded inside a flour tortilla and grilled. The chicken was a little too juicy as the quesadilla was swimming in juice on the plate and there wasn't a lot of queso. I think they were understaffed as service was spotty. We intend to give them another shot some day for their happy hour. read more

As soon as this restaurant opened, me and my family were dying to try it. We always love going out and eating Mexican food. Let me just say this, I've had better Mexican food experiences. To start, we were given chips and salsa. For the first time in history, I didn't think the chips were good at a Mexican restaurant. Some bites of the chips were hard and others were soft, creating a weird sensation in my mouth. Besides the chips, the salsa and the Queso were great! I ordered two bean burritos with a side of rice. If I'm going to be honest, they were pretty slow. It took a hot minute for us to get our food. Of course, when we finally got our food, they got my order wrong. Instead of two burritos, I was only given one. Ugh. Though they did mess up the order, the food was still good. I enjoyed my one burrito with a side of rice and beans. The rice was probably my favorite part. I will say this, the service here was great! Our waiter, along with the rest of the employees, were very nice. The inside was very clean especially the bathrooms. I was very impressed! Great ambiance too. Overall, this Mexican restaurant was decent. I know they are new, so I am going to give this place a second chance in the future. As for my recommendation? Our food came out quickly, our waiter was patient and kind with us as we had never been there before, and I would absolutely get the arroz con pollo again. I added vegetables and it was tasty! Folks, save your money and go elsewhere, such as 'Tijuanas' in Bixby. Disappointing. Lovely ambiance and efficient, and cordial service for positives. Good Dr. Pepper. Negatives--silverware was gummy dirty. Asked for second set--gummy dirty. Hand cleaned it myself. Salsa was WAY too Spicy hot. No mild option when asked. Chips hard as a rock. Plate super hot, yet food barely tepid and everything was HOT and spicy, even the crema sauce cheese enchilada. Mole was mediocre and looked 'old' like. Verde sauce--super Spicey HOT. Rice-SUPER Spicy Hot. Chicken so tough it grew in the mouth. I like to write good reviews. It pains me to write this one and feel badly that my husband had to pay for this meal. read more

We love Mexican food, but are picky and have had trouble finding a Mexican restaurant we like. This one fits the bill pretty well. My husband ordered the Chile Verde. It was very good, & in fact, better than anyplace else we've tried in town. The pork was very tender & not fatty like some. I ordered the Camarones (shrimp) a la Diabla. Mine was also very good. I may have to order the Chile Verde next time, or maybe the Chile Colorado... The downside to the food was the chips! They tasted like they came straight out of a bag! Only good thing about that is we neither one filled up on chips & salsa before our meals arrived. The salsa was good, but I've had better. We were there on a Friday night about 5:30 & it was already very busy & pretty noisy, but to be expected on a Friday pm. The service was still great! We will definitely be back. read more

Came in at 4:30pm on a Saturday, barely a crowd. We got our waters and sat about 10 minutes waiting to order drinks and appetizers, no one ever showed up. Several employees just standing around on their phones doing nothing. We left, won't be back. read more
