Take this review with a grain of salt as it is coming from someone who just had a dental extraction the day before and who has been feeding off soup and water for more than 36 hours. In addition, this review is coming from someone who thinks the chalupa from Taco Bell is the best Mexican food ever. Now, disclosures have been disclosed. Let's get this review under way. I am usually the type of person that won't be able to finish any of the entree at Tex-Mex restaurants because I find the food is a little too much for me. However, on this occasion, I was able to finish everything including the chips and salsa. It could mean only 2 things, one the food is really good or two I must have been starving. I opted for the combo dinner because it has variety, 2 enchiladas, 1 tamale, and a taco. For some reason, I thought a tamale is a stuffed jalapeños. Must have been a brain fart moment. Again, it could be a result of starvation. Everything tasted really good and it was worth every penny. Til this day, I still don't know why I was able to finish everything. Is it the food or is it the starvation? Someone please let me know.

New restaurant in the area. Food was really good. They have Mexican Coke. We had the sampler appetizer and really enjoyed it.

I tried the enchiladas Mexico. It was cheese, chicken, and beef I believe. It came with rice and beans. My favorite one was beef. It came with a side of rice and beans. I thought the dish was alright. My wife's La Reina De Las Fajitas was a lot better. The horchata was delicious. Somehow it helped with the slight hangover! Service was super friendly and the restaurant was family friendly as well. I would come back to try to try the other items.

Luckily, outdoor seating was my escape. Thank goodness! It took a couple of minutes for the host to get back to business but service went on smoothly afterward. The chips & salsa were delicious at this restaurant. The Guadalajara (one chicken burrito and one enchilada topped with lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream) was good. Rice was also good, but beans were not. Three Tequilas may not be my favorite Mexican restaurant but it has a nice outside seating area and excellent the chips and salsa. Edit: The bad thing about outside seating is the waitress can forget about you. That was what happened to me. However, I didn't mind because I wanted to stay back.

This is especially true after their recent renovation that includes beautiful murals and more open seating, not to mention the amazing patio to soak up the sunlight! The drinks are terrific too and Collab has an inventive menu for their specials. I like their drip coffee and they have this really spectacular drink called the Sunny Spro (lemonade, sparkling/tonic water, lavender, and espresso) that took me by surprise and became one of my all-time favorite drinks! The staff are also very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about their menu and offerings. This is also one of the few places in Tulsa where you can order a bottomless drip for those days where you do decide to stay a while. I love the Collab and highly recommend you give it a shot! (5/5)

Some people working, some people socializing, but not crowded or loud. It's in the burbs but feels quiet and plenty of parking. Menu- my almond orange latte was truly life-changing. I will be trying to recreate this at home for sure. Not sweet but lots of flavor. The espresso here is excellent, not sour or bitter, very smooth. The blueberry muffin was truly the best muffin I've had in my life, and I do not say this lightly, I am quite picky about muffins. Fluffy and moist, the blueberries were not mushy. And the jalapeno scones was shockingly good and it was even gluten free. It was more similar to a shortbread in texture, which I preferred over a scone actually. Very buttery and tasty, not spicy if you're sensitive to that. It was $17 for these items, so higher than expected, but spot on for unparalleled quality. Friendly service, and very fast. Can't wait to go back, this place is just doing everything right.
