The Collab has such a cozy community environment that invites you to stay a while and get some work done or catch up with an old friend for hours. This is especially true after their recent renovation that includes beautiful murals and more open seating, not to mention the amazing patio to soak up the sunlight! The drinks are terrific too and Collab has an inventive menu for their specials. I like their drip coffee and they have this really spectacular drink called the Sunny Spro (lemonade, sparkling/tonic water, lavender, and espresso) that took me by surprise and became one of my all-time favorite drinks! The staff are also very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about their menu and offerings. This is also one of the few places in Tulsa where you can order a bottomless drip for those days where you do decide to stay a while. I love the Collab and highly recommend you give it a shot! This is in my list of top 5 coffee shops ever. Ambience- there's something here for everyone. Shaded patio, lots of AC space, private spaces. Clean, cute furniture. Comfortable. Some people working, some people socializing, but not crowded or loud. It's in the burbs but feels quiet and plenty of parking. Menu- my almond orange latte was truly life-changing. I will be trying to recreate this at home for sure. Not sweet but lots of flavor. The espresso here is excellent, not sour or bitter, very smooth. The blueberry muffin was truly the best muffin I've had in my life, and I do not say this lightly, I am quite picky about muffins. Fluffy and moist, the blueberries were not mushy. And the jalapeno scones was shockingly good and it was even gluten free. It was more similar to a shortbread in texture, which I preferred over a scone actually. Very buttery and tasty, not spicy if you're sensitive to that. It was $17 for these items, so higher than expected, but spot on for unparalleled quality. Friendly service, and very fast. First time visiting The Collaborative based on a suggestion by a friend. I was greeted as soon as i made my way to the counter. I thought the interior design was cool with some interesting lights hanging from the ceiling. Plenty of seating. There are three seating areas. Inside seating was a mix of 2-seat high top tables, 4 seat tables, some bench seating with tables and a few comfy upholstered chairs. There is also a really nice outside seating area but it was pouring rain the day I visited so I wasn't able to enjoy that space. On this visit all I had was an Americano but the coffee was really good tasting. The pastry selection was quite sparse at the time of my visit but apparently there are normally more to choose from; muffins, scones, croissant, etc. read more

I just love Collab--I've made arrangements more than once to meet a friend there just to chat. I will often take a book and just go sit and read. I love their outdoor seating, and it would be wonderful if they would install heat lamps out there for cold/cool days (I would sit outside far more often than inside if I could sit under a heater, especially when it's sunny but cold.) It's a cute coffee shop, but my problem with it is with the tea. Yes, it's a coffee shop but not everyone drinks coffee. Some of us drink tea. You need to offer more than four varieties. And one of the varieties should be a simple black tea. Nothing fancy, just tea. It's really not hard. We went on a Sunday morning and the weather was wet, so it was pretty crowded inside. The tea comes in a really cute pot (see my picture). The presentation was nice, although that's not what I came here for. The tea was mediocre, at best. I was really hoping for something better. I can't comment on the coffee since I don't drink coffee, but the tea leaves much to be desired. Hopefully they'll up the stock and get in some better teas. When we got our coffee, I had to ask if someone could please wipe the table, so we could use it. The Collaborative is essentially an Internet café or cybercafé with a mediocre coffee bar. I like to visit local coffee shops when traveling, and I picked this one from Yelp. Turns out I had been here once before, a year or so ago. The Collaborative has a slight hipster vibe; unusual for Wichita Falls. The shop was maybe half filled with customers; there was no line to order. When I walked in, it wasn't super obvious where I should go to place an order; the iPad 'register' was sort of hidden by equipment on the counter. So, I sat at one of the stools at the coffee bar, which had three people working behind it. I was the only person sitting there; no one said hello or acknowledged me in any way. The order spot with the iPad was right there at the bar, only a couple of feet away. I sat there for a little while, figuring someone would get to me sooner or later. Then, a new customer came in and walked up to order, and he immediately got the full treatment --warm greeting, instant service. Huh. After he was served, I waited another minute to see if anyone was going to acknowledge me, but no one did. I stood up, walked three actual feet from my stool to the iPad, and the change was immediate --it was like I had appeared from thin air. I was greeted, asked for my order, etc. Maybe there's a switch in the floor at the order spot that activates a customer service function? My Americano was weak and tasteless, to be honest, which jibes with my original visit, once I remembered it. Between the lack of service and the coffee, I won't be back a third time. read more

The Collab is probably my favorite coffee shop in town. It is pretty hidden and I drove past it dozens of times without realizing what a gem I was missing. They have great standard drinks and their rotating seasonal menu is always fun to explore! I've tried things here that I never thought I'd want to try, and they became a seasonal favorite! I hope they bring back the peaches and cream iced latte this summer-totally not something I ever thought I would want. Also-try the broccoli quiche. It is DEVINE! The manager, Gabe, is always really kind and will chat with customers, but also quick to pick up on if a person isn't wanting to banter. The space is super great! They really try to make it a space that's good for working and studying, and I feel like they've done a great job. I totally feel like the back room area is my go-to work space, and the front area is where I meet friends. I even took a job interview here when they asked where I wanted to meet for the interview. In the warmer months, they will sometimes open the garage door that is part of the wall, and the store interior flowed nicely into their patio. I stopped by because I desperately needed some caffeine and I was in the area. There's a whole area on 51st that I had no idea it existed. You have to pull into the parking lot and go all the way in to see Collaborative on the southeast end (Suite E). Once I figured out where it was and found a spot to park, it was such an amazing experience! The place itself is extremely cute and modern. They have welcoming chalkboards outside and right now it is festively decorated. There is ample room inside and plenty of tables/chairs to set up shop and work. They also have a beautiful patio with plenty of seating, including wooden swings and a firepit! They have five great selections of Hugo Tea, including Jasmine and Grey tea as well as a yummy food menu with quiche (spinach fetta or sausage cheddar) and delicious pastries. There's also a Holiday menu! I chose the caramelized croissant after the staff recommended it. He heated it up for me and it smelled amazing. I also ordered a latte. They did not disappoint! The croissant was out of this world and the latte was steamed to perfection. Will definitely be back! read more

I've been to this coffee shop about 6 times now. I love the aesthetic. Outdoor seating is great. It's probably the main reason I go. The coffee is just okay, I feel that the beans feel a bit over-roasted most of the time, and all of the iced coffee drinks have been a bit disappointing. I definitely prefer their hot coffees. Second, the place is nicely decorated and feel trendy while music aren't too loud like some other places. Drinks - I have tried both hot and cold drinks, from pour over to latte to cortado to sweeter drinks. The coffee drinks are my favs. Mixed drinks are okay. Their pastries are good also. The servers are friendly and easy going. The relaxing and chill vibe are great but parking could be hectic, depends on time of day. read more

The menu is simple, if you want coffee or tea, that's what you get. I decided to skip on the food this time around and just wanted to give their iced matcha latte a go. I can't vouch for their coffee but I've seen other reviews praising it. The barista was personable and the cafe itself looks wonderful. But many of the cafes here can't make a decent matcha latte and it's always pricier than what I used to pay for. I usually substitute whole milk for oat milk but this one took over the flavor of the latte entirely. Can't say I'm too disappointed or surprised though. The matcha latte is a pass for me. read more

We were fortunate enough to be around,essentially when this business opened, and we have known most of the servers since that time. It's a great space, and the biggest downside is that too many people have discovered it now, and you have to compete for a table. That's literally the biggest criticism of the place. Otherwise, they have a limited food offering, but everything is pretty good. The drip coffee and lattes and specialty coffees are good. Their cold brew is overly acidic, so plan on some form of milk or creamer... If you like sour, the. that will be a plus, but I think it's too much for most people. I have been to pretty much every coffee shop in Tulsa, and this is already after a short time one of my wife and I's favorites! For my grading, I have said from the very beginning of my yelping that if I have ANY complaints whatsoever it CAN'T be 5 stars. 5 stars is perfect, and if I have a complaint it's not perfect. So starting with a couple complaints. The americano I had was not great. There was either not enough strength in the shots pulled, or they used a bit too much water. But not much coffee flavor in the americano I got. My wife always gets a latte' and again, not enough coffee taste. I don't like them much anyway, but even for her it was just way too creamy. Now for the good, and there was A LOT. The area is amazing. Great outdoor seating, comfy chairs, cornhole, cool art work all throughout the place, nice people, clean, honestly everything you would want in a new modern hip coffee shop. Every time I try a new place I get their cold brew. Only want I can truly judge a place is by getting the same thing every time. Their cold brew was one of if not the best in Tulsa. Came in a cool glass, plenty of great flavor in it, a floral flavor, nice chocolate aftertaste and enough in the small glass to get the fixin I wanted. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this place. It's a top pick of mine already and it's very young. Keep doing what you're doing. Not perfect but I highly suggest going here! read more

I stopped in twice while traveling in Tulsa. What a lovely little space! It's set back from the road so slightly tricky to find (it bamboozled an Uber driver) but once you find it, it's a cozy little spot perfect for enjoying a coffee, reading, or working. Lots of tables and cozy spots for curling up with a book. Everything I tried was excellent but the quiche deserves special recognition - both the ham quiche and broccoli quiche were delicious!
